Airtel Blackberry Services Not Working

NON activation of international roaming

I was travelling abroad on the 24th of October 2012 upto 3rd November 2012 and I had opted for airtel international roaming services. To activate this I was informed that I need to deposit Rs 3000 in any airtel center and the services will be updated. Worst service

Hi!
I am Sivakumar TK, my mobile number is [protected] and my airtel landline number is [protected]. I gave cancellation request in the month of july but in order to retain me they gave me some other plan with 1400 rental of 8 mbps speed and download cap of 40 GB something. Then someone called me telling 8mbps is not feasable in my locality. Then they come up with an option of 4 Mbps speed with date cap of 40GB and unlimited download....

Airtel not letting me port out of their network because their people are lazy.

I have been submitting my port out request from Airtel network for about 6 times. Airtel staff are so lazy that never paid any least attention to my port out request. They are so lazy to their work. They are only good at disconnecting calls and giving promises and miss routing calls. Useless people never helped me at least once to get rid of them. Confirmation/Receipt Not provided and installation not yet done

I have booked the Airtel DTH HD setup box. I made the payment through online. The money got deducted from my account but i neither receive any confirmation nor any calls to confirm the payment. So I called the Customer care to ask for details they are not telling any details. They told that within 48 hrs from payment they will install the set up box. Its almost more than 35hrs they have not given me any confirmation and dint reply my calls....

About ISD recharge

I have recharged for rs.99 when i received the message 30 mins isd call in rs 99, after receiving the confirmation sms i am not able to avail the isd30 service and there is no such customer care tab in 121 automated customer care unit or in their portal.
Now i want to know about the rule of TRAI, If there is no customer care facility for subscriber then how they are in promoting such offers through the sms.

This is with respect to my airtel broadband connection. I have subscribed for airtel broadband from 1st Jun,2012. Am going through such a pain and numerous calls from airtel asking me to pay the outstanding, but there is no one who hears what is the problem. I have subscribed for a plan - alpha 3GB which is kind of limited plan (monthly charge of 650 Rs). To my surprise, I have not received my e-statments as the airtel...

i can't get 3g speed in 3g plan

i was recharge 101 3g plan for one month first day i got 3g speed upto 300kbps
but from second day i got speed like 2g 10kbps-20kbps

Cheating on 3G Dongle broadband plan

I procurred a 3G dongle with a post paid rental plan. As per plan I would get 3G speed till download of 6GB, subsequently it will come down to 256 Kbps and will get renewed till the end of the bill cycle.
I could get the 3G speed for one month, subsequently after 6GB download the speed came to 256 Kbps and was never renewed at the end of the billing cycle even after paying all rental for subsequent 2 months.

Balance Deduction for no reason

For almost 2-3 weeks, I'm being charged by Airtel for no reason.
Last month, I recharged with Rs. 30, and the balance became Rs 4.70 the very next day.
When I contacted the customer care executive, they said Airtel Talkies were activated, which I didnt activate at all.
The next week, they charged me Rs 5. I checked if any service were active, if any packs were activated, but nothing!...

Worst experience while applying for new internet broadband connection

I am writing this with high level of frustration and disappointment caused while applied for Airtel Wired Broadband connection. I would say it is probably the worst service that any ISP can provide to a consumer in this country. Lot of communication gap and false promises from their end really tested my patience.
