Night time disturbing sms

Yesterday Night and day before yesterday night i got sms form airtel 12.55am and 2.22 am. Ao-HMARLV Activation purpus after i got sms both day i waked up afterthat i cannot sleep last month i activated dnd service but still night time i got the sms so airtel please resolve the issue otherwise if i start the action against you so you only responsible for that.........

Airtel 2G mobile internet speed decrease

Airtel 2G Internet speed continuously decrease now a days. It gives below 10 kbps speed to mobile internet user on many area of India and in our region also while telecom copany like tata docomo gives maximum 40/50 kbps data speed. While discussing with Customer care it argues that they provide 30/40 kbps speed but it is not real.

No signals

I have not been able to receive signal at my office in chandni chowk,because of which I have not been able to make or receive any call. My no.is about 9 years old,all my customer has this no.My business is suffering because of this. Mean web interface lead to unnecessary request, which airtel does not allow to cancel

The interface for buying smartbytes(extra high-speed download bytes) doesn't ask for any confirmation before submitting my request, which leads to me placing an unnecessary request. Airtel customer representative says airtel doesnt provide option to cancel the request. I regret being a postpaid customer of airtel, they can bill me at their will....

Cheating Top up Plans

On[protected], I had recharged my Airtel mobile after checking up with the Airtel's website (airtel.in) for top up of Rs.300. The offer was given clearly, for Full Talk time of Rs.300.

But I received like this: Talktime: Rs.264, Processing Fee: Rs.3, Service Tax: Rs.37.08

I had complaint this to the Airtel Customer Care on 24th (Complaint No: CBNRA[protected]), they said, I will get it resolved by 4.00PM...

Postpaid to prepaid migration

I lost my airtel post-paid SIM card almost 3 months ago, but unfortunately I couldn’t realize that as I was out of station.

So once realized I planned to convert it to prepaid, and I went to airtel office (Indiranaga, Bangalore) on 20-Oct-2012.

Worst Service which never works fine

Hi,

I have lodged one complain to Airtel in regard to their Internet/fixed line services on 7am of 2nd Nov’12
And the corresponding service request No is 24226714, for which the maximum resolution time is showing as 04-NOV-2012 02:15 PM. Even I called several times to the toll free No but no genuine response and I literally doubt if they intentionally disconnect the calls if they were unable to answer.
But regrettable...

Grievances regarding miscellaneous airtel services

My grievances are as below:
1. They had blocked my customer care toll free number and 121 number too. I'm unable to contact them if any problem arises.
2.They deduct charges for various schemes, which even i haven't activated, they by self activated and in telling argue.
3.i have recently activated my MSG pack, then also my charges are deducted when i MSG.

Issues with cancellation of Airtel Broadband

I was holding a broadband connection with Airtel (number : [protected], account number :[protected]. In Feb 2012, I have raised a request for transferring the connection from JP Nagar to Kanakapura Road. They did it on time, but from the next day onwards the link was down. I had raised multiple tickets for resolving the issue. Nobody looked into this problem and finally in March 2012, I had asked them to terminate the connection....
