I placed an order of items bearing the order number FL[protected]. I was not satisfied with the products and immediately initiated a return option for the specific product. Ajio then notified me it will be picked up by the (RETURN ID #RT[46684492]
The delivery person told that there is a mismatch between the tag and the product was not picked up.
The product is in perfect condition along with the tag.
So I humbly request before this forum, the customer wants to get a refund of the amount of ₹1146.38 for the cost of the above product to the bank or wallet as soon as possible.

      On their website there is a spinning wheel and u r allowed to spin only once in a day but next day when i tried to spin i couldnt as it says u already got ur points .

              my order was cancelled and returned to your warehouse as I refused to accept the delivery. Delivery boy issue.

              But till date I have not received the refund of my order for amount of 45000rs till date. It's been a long. Every day I call you and no resolution.

              I kindly request you to look into this matter asap and intiate my refund

                      Ajio is highly pathetic site. Still struggling from past 2 months for my exchange despite so call logged in system twice... Nobody to resolve. Cheat site and fraud people.

                            I hve ordered some products from ajio app amnt rs 10, 790 and my money is deducted from my account but no order is shown and no status of order given there and didn’t receive any text or call from them and even thought i m not able to contact to customer care!! I HOPE TRY TO SHOW MY ORDER ID ON APP OR REFUND MY MONEY ASAP!!!
