Amazon India - Fraud Alert!

I ordered a Samsung S23 FE for my mother’s birthday and received a broken power bank inside the box. Until this time I had only heard about such frauds.

This needs to be escalated at another level. Who on earth would expect @amazon India to do this!?

Shame on the logistics partners and the company. Lost all trust on the e-commerce giant!

I bought a (Refurbished) Lenovo ThinkPad 7th Gen Intel Core i5 from amazon, 12th January after receiving this product when I want to turn on its showing that " the hard disk corrupted " so ultimately my laptop is damage.
After that I raise a return complain they called me ask me what is the problem so we discus about it and they told me ok we will return it and you will get your money back.

I invested around 1100 USDT in Amazon mall trading app. (One lakh ten thousand rupees) They did not give me any returns.I made profits but they denied withdrawal due to demand of commission. On 15th january 2024 I had placed an ordered for nirlon nonstick coated aluminum appachatti and casserole combo cookware set along with cello glass mixing bowl without lid.

On 17th January 2024 I have received my package which included only appachatti which was defective and cello bowl, casserole was missing the package. I had raised a exchange and missing product requested and even explained in detailed in the description..later...

On 6th of january i got a defective pair of speaker and when i try to return it the amazon feculty denid to take it back because that was defected they also blamed me that they delivered a right item only i have proof of box condition that he box have more than 3 labels on it and was used before .

When I click contact seller the webpage goes back to all mu orders and does not provide any optin to cancel and hence I am unable to claim refund....

I have order Woodland shoes on Amazon Website.. however I have received order within 15 hour's but it's defective product and not as per expections..i raised return request on same day after 3 days also it's not collected from Amazon team, also initially raise request cancelled by Amazon....

Amazon has refunded 10024 rupees on 16/12/2024 which is not been credited to my bob account till date. They have provided with refund reference number[protected]. Kindly investigate the issue and do the needful.

Amazon's electronic items are mostly used or new cover on item and sell as new
I have placed a battery and I claim warrenty but Amazon said that Amazon did not give any warrenty and contact to seller which no any detail are provided by Amazon

I had ordered for 3 packs of Olay Day cream + Night cream. That is a total of 6 items. But I received only 1 pack ie 2 items.
