After pick-up of item they are denying for refund of Rs 2,999

I had ordered CrossBeats watch of Rs 2, 999 which was picked up for return on 20-Jun-2023. It's been more than 9 months, and I have not yet received refund. Previously it was displaying on the Amazon account that refund will be issued once they receive the item. Now, it is showing in the refund status that product is lost in transit.

Is it my fault? Why Amazon is not issuing the refund.

This is total fraud. They...

I have placed order no[protected] on 21 July 2024 for Amazon Brand Symbol Women's Regular Fit Work utility T shirt.
I received the same on 30 July 2024 but due to color change I request for replace with other color. I received a message from amazon that your order will be delivered on 2nd August. I received message from Amazon on 2nd august at 7.42 PM that your order delivered. I have not received any order from your end. Immediately and also the next day I talked to your customer care, and they assured me you will get your order on 3rd August. Till date i have not received my order. I wish you will help me to get my order.

2nd I placed order#[protected] 21st July for Premium Women's letter print Regular T shirt (SU-08_Black-XL) which I have not received 31st July 2024, so as per your customer care representative advice I cancelled order, and I reorder the same with change rate. Your customer care representative gave me a very good response and assured me to refund Rs.150. Which is mentioned in the following email I received from Amazon.

    Amazon online mall task platform is a scam

    I got an online job from Amazon online mall task platform and I was told to recharge to complete a task which I recharge 1000 which I did and completed the task and was ask to recharge 9578 again which I did and completed another task after that I was told to recharge 15100 to complete the last Task I and recharge it before i was now told to recharge 211700 which I don't even have so I loan in a bank to have that money still i did not get...

    I have order a firestick 3rd generation remote my order no. is[protected] from Amazon App on 20.07.24. I got delivery of this product on 23.07.24. But this product is not the same as my order even the remote brand and model number is also difference. At the same time I have complaint their customer care service and provide photo of this product also. They assure about this problem. But on 27.07.24 they reply me product and order are same and they can not help me.

    I will send the order details with product image which is i have get. I have full faith that even a person with common sense will understand that these two are not the same.

      I ordered "ASICS Men's Gel-Contend 4B Black/Energy Green Footwear (9 UK, TOO1B.002)" shoe from amazon on 3rd July 2024. Due to size issues I have tried to return the shoe and order the shoe on the next size.

      I placed the return order on 6th July 2024 and the return was picked up by the pickup agent on 11th July 2024. I got an update that the order has reached the warehouse but the amount was not returned to me.

      Initially I got an update that the amount will be refunded before 19th July 2024, I did not get the amount when I again contacted the support and got an update that amount will be refunded by 23rd July 2024. Since I did not receive my money back when I called today I received the date as 29th July 2024.

      Further I came to know that the product picked up from me by the pickup agent is not properly delivered to the warehouse and they are investigating this issue. Pickup agent validated the product and got it from me. Ideally I am not sure the reason for holding money for your internal issue. I am not sure how long they are going to hold my money and they are not going to pay the interest for my money.

      I need my money back immediately or I need the penalty to be paid for this issue from your end. I cannot wait for another week to know the updated deadline.

        I ordered 3 fans from Amazon India. I was promised through customer support that my fans will be picked up by 4th July. The delivery guy came and he said us I cannot pick up your fans because they are heavy and i will send a separate van for the pickup. It's been 15 + days and I call amazon, pickup guy and till now the fans are not picked up. I wasted my Rs 10, 000/- .

          You need to check how come everytime customer complaints on chat, it comes up technical issue at customer service rep end and transferred back to queue .

          I have already share the chat isntacne with Amazon still no action as thete customer rep making fool of system either to avoid customer survey or ther work while getting chat transferred back to queue whenebr customer express disatosfaction

            Discrepancy with refund

            Order number :[protected]

            For aisilin sunglasses worth rs 679.

            Amazon agent incorrectly processed the refund to Amazon pay balance saying that the product is not returnable prior to pickup .

            Later when I asked to create a return request with bank account as mode of refund, my product was picked and refund was not issued .

            Now they say they cannot transfer the wallet amount...

              Hi, we order a total 20 of these book shelfs and only received 1. We have proof from the delivery driver that he only delivered one of these. When asked for a refund Amazon is saying that they delivered all 20 and refusing to give us the refund.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I am writing to file a formal complaint against Amazon India regarding the non-delivery of an order I placed. As a loyal customer who has placed numerous orders, I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received concerning Order #[protected], which I placed on June 17, 2024.

                  Order Details:

                  Product: LUMINOUS INVERTER
                  Order Date: June 17, 2024
                  Payment Method: Mastercard ending with 6950 (EMI: Rs 2722.88 for 9 months)

                  On June 28, I received a call from the delivery person who confirmed the delivery address as 142 Samarth Green City, Near Gomatgiri, Indore. However, he expressed concern about the distance, saying, "Oh, itni dur, " but assured me that the order would be delivered.

                  When I did not receive the order by evening, I called the delivery person at [protected]. He informed me that the order had been mistakenly placed in another vehicle and would be returned to the warehouse, promising delivery the next day. Despite waiting for 1-2 days, I did not receive the order. To my surprise, the Amazon app showed the order as delivered.

                  I have repeatedly contacted Amazon customer care, but they have been unhelpful, asking me to wait and then disconnecting the call after placing me on hold for 20-30 minutes each time.

                  Additionally, I called the delivery person again, and he mentioned that my order is still at the warehouse. He provided me with another contact, Anuj, at [protected], located at the Sanwer Road Godown, for further inquiries.

                  This entire situation has caused me significant distress, both financially and personally. I am already under financial stress, paying for the inverter through my credit card on an EMI basis. More importantly, due to the stress and anxiety caused by this unresolved issue, I suffered a minor heart attack. This has severely impacted my work, health, and overall well-being.

                  I am now bringing this matter to your attention as I have exhausted all other avenues for resolution. I request the Consumer Forum to intervene and help resolve this issue immediately. I expect Amazon to deliver my order within the next 2 days and provide appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and health issues I have faced due to their negligence.

                    I have placed an order with ID[protected] with amazon. The order was out for delivery on 03-Jul-24. The devery agent called me at 10:07 PM and denied for door step delivery and asked me to collect the order from a bus stop. I requested him for doorstep delivery. He had not delivered the order and updated wrong comments in the application as "Delivery attempted- OTP not available" though he did not attempt the delivery. I have another installation service order for the same product and scheduled at 10:00 AM on 04-Jul-24. Till now I have not received my order and unable to reschedule the installation appointment. Even I have subscribed amazon prime for fast devery.
                    But I have been harassed by amazon delivery service and agent. I called amazon customer 3 time but not received any solution.
                    I need my amazon prime subscription amount back, delivery of my products and installation of the products.

                      I have been trying to return order[protected]Kotty Women's solid polyester blend cherry maroon trousers) since 8th June, 2024, but it has been repeatedly cancelled without a valid reason. I spoke with customer service on June 16, 2024, where I was assured the order would be picked up on June 17, 2024 (Monday), which did not happen.

                      Also order[protected] since 24th June but it has been repeatedly cancelled without a valid reason. I spoke with customer service on June 26, 2024, where I was assured the order would be picked up on July 2nd, 2024 (Tuesday), which did not happen.
                      This morning, I contacted customer care again regarding the same issue. They informed me that my order will be picked up in two days but its been days since my orders have been picked up. I urgently need a proper explanation and request the pickup of the mentioned orders.

                        I have ordered OnePlus Nord 3 on 18 June 2024 at 19999 that is delivered on 20 June. After a day I saw a minor gap between display and frame of phone (check out the picture below) and raised complaint for replacement on 21 June. I got replacement on 25 June that is to be delivered between 7am to 10 pm.
                        On 25 June, I waited for delivery, but I didn't get any call from delivery boy till 7 pm and then I talked 3-4 times to amazon agent...

                        Firstly, I want to bring to your attention that I suspect orders are being intentionally returned for various reasons because our location is a bit far from the city. It seems representatives, agents, or local service providers don't want to spend time delivering to this area and are therefore returning the products with false reasons on the portal. This has also happened to our neighbors, who had to rebook 3 or 4 times to finally receive their products.

                        In my case, I ordered 2 geysers with ORDER #[protected]. I received a call from an agent stating that the wrong pincode was entered and the order could not be delivered, asking me to cancel and reorder. After correcting the pincode and reordering, the product was returned again Order#[protected], this time with the reason that it was damaged (as informed by an Amazon agent). I find it suspicious that they knew it was damaged without delivering it.

                        I believe this could be a fraudulent activity to avoid traveling 5-6 kms for delivery. Neighbors have reported that only small products are delivered promptly, while larger items require multiple reorders.

                        FYI: I have ordered once again to check whether this also gets return or delivered - ORDER #[protected]
                        As suspected, this order is also returning back

                        I request the respective teams to review the return history for the 517507 or 517505 Mallamgunta area in Tirupati and take appropriate action if any discrepancies are found, as many people are facing similar issues. Alternatively, if this cannot be resolved, please consider removing this pincode from Amazon's delivery areas to prevent further inconvenience.

                          I have ordered a set of three T shirt from amazon on 31st May 2024 price was Rs 689. But I receive only two t shirt. After this I create a return request, amazon agent came to pick up but he denied to pick up he told me that he can not verified it because he has instructed to pick up 03 t shirt, but you have only two t shirt. So told me to call customer care again & raise a new pick up request & remove verification process during pick up, only he can pick up this product. I called customer care again, they arrange pick again & again, but no one came for pick up the T shirt. Amazon care executive told to follow today on 25th June 2024, & they will provide the resolution. Now they are saying that they wont be able to take any action on this.
