In all over Gujarat state retailer are selling Amul Milk Gold 500 ml packet which cost 32 rs MRP on rs. 33 or rs. 34.. which is not genuine.. as per consumer rights more than MRP selling is illegal.. everyone has to take action against this illegal selling price over MRP.....

I usually eat Mango or raspberry dolly from Amul. But the latest batch I bought seems to have turned bad. It is semi solid. I initially thought it has not yet set as I just bought it. I ate it last Friday night and started getting loose motions from Saturday evening. It is so bad I had to do a video consultation. My doctor asked me if I ate any outside food, but since I did not, I said no. We were both surprised why I got stomach infection....

It was evening, time near 8 30 in the evening, i bought an ice cream from a amul parlour near my home.But when i went home, i saw icecream was spilling out from the side of my lid, but when i opened it i saw the ice cream was used, i mean someone took a bite of it already.I went to the Shop and said these but they said that i cream may have been melted.But my question is how could an icecream melt in the shape of the spoon. Their whole family...

The seller who is near by us of amul products... He was sell us 22-5-23 date of pouch on same day... & when we boil that milk... All 4 pouches are spoiled... & then I go to that seller... & want to change 4 pouch... But still no any response from them...

I have been complaining since almost 1 month now...via multiple emails and phone calls regarding this 1 product which is stale..
There has been no revert or phone call from your side except Day 1, wherein the complaint was addressed, but to no resolution now.

I have kept the said stale product in my fridge from last 1 month now..and i really need someone knowledgeable to help me in resolving this issue.

Dear Team
It's common knowledge that cheese products are rich in Calcium. But Amul cheese slice packs do NOT have any mention of Calcium contents in nutritional information section.
Please let know whether Amul cheese slices contain Calcium, if yes then why its not mentioned on cover packet.

The cheese slices received by us were damaged, the texture of it was gooey and slimy.
despite of complaining several times about it there is no response.
i would appreciate a return of the product
i called them between five times between 28 april to 24 may...

I bought amul masti dahi today via swiggy instamart
Its expiry is 27-06-23.
Dahi is badly sinked and the taste is also very bad..
It seems the packet is having white water into it.
I complained the same to swiggy, but they are not able to help me.
Please look into the matter....

I have purchased 2 packets of amul diced cheese from Rajmandir Malviya Nagar New Delhi and not within a month has over the cheese gets moldy. The cheese has kept inside the refrigerator after that also it gets moldy. Please change these cheese packets as soon as possible....

We bought the Ice Cream of Amul Shahi Kulfi tub.

However to our surprise, the same was found broken at the upper side of the lid. I am forwarding some photos taken by us for your reference.

The distributor of our area is charging way more for Amul ghee products than they should be charging. the MRP of Amul Ghee 1l pp is 635/- and the expected rate from the distributor should be approximately 581/- while the distributor is charging 601/-. Ok address the issue to the distributor, after confirming the rate with other distributors, he rejects to take any responsibility of the mistake, if it is, saying that's the price it is. Retailers...

I already complained to Amul customer care via email but Amul service is very disappointing. This is reg bad or very poor quality of icecream bricks which I purchased from my near shop. It’s smelly and like rotten medicine taste.
Amul should feel shame why they unable to resolve customer issue despite being asked many times. If this is continue Amul will soon be closed and there are good companies coming in market....

I want you to complaint about the distributor milk. They don't provide the milk on time. Milk arrives till 9am due to which many customers go back. When we went to distributor he didn't responded to anything . He said that he didn't know anything. I request you to change the distributor or resolve this problem as soon as possible....
