Annoying KYC issue from aramex

After submitting KYC documents several times it is getting rejected very annoying.

Address is not the same as I have given for shipping but attached the supporting document which proves I am the resident of given address for shipping....

Valid KYC documents being rejected.

I had ordered a pair of shoes from nike.com on 3rd december 2020 with order no G[protected] and shipment no [protected]. Despite uploading all my details on the link provided by aramex courier, my KYC has been rejected each time. KYC is rejected due to change in address

Hello I had ordered from Nike.com and the address that is in all my identity cards is of my village and where it could. It be delivered so I gave the address of my other house but that’s mentioned in my adhar card can I please get help in getting it cleared from customs in Banglore so I can get it....

KYC not done due to delivery address issue.

Hi, my Nike order has gotten stuck in customs. Aramex asked to provide KYC info for identity & delivery address proof. I did both but they're constantly rejecting it cause address in my Identity proof (my aadhar card one) doesn't match with the one I provided for address proof ( PG rent receipt). What am I supposed to do when I don't live in my natives. It doesn't make any sense. Please look onto this matter & try to fix it ASAP....

Charged customs duty twice

Hello. On two separate occasions I ordered parcels that were shipped through Aramex. Both times Aramex gave me the option to pay import duties around Rs 550 each time through their app which I did. Payments were successful and Aramex received the money. However they still marked shipment as Cash on Delivery due to which delivery agent asked for the same amount (already paid) at doorstep and I was forced to pay twice to receive my parcel....

Unable to get KYC approved

Address: Aramex Bangalore

I had ordered shoes from Nike.com but I am unable to receive the shipment, because my KYC is getting rejected. All KYC documents pan, passport and aadhaar have my old address return on it. Therefore I have added the father's ID proof(Voter ID) along with LPG connection receipt at the new address. The New Address matches the shipping address. Aramex customer care is unreachable. Please provide a solution to resolve this issue....

KYC document address issue

I have ordered a shoe from nike.com and the aramex asked me to submit the KYC for which I submitted. But they are constantly rejecting it as the KYC document address doesn’t match the shipment address?
Why does it even has to match ? Can I not get it delivered to the address I wish ? And they don’t even respond to the complaint submitted.

Kyc verification problem

Hey aramex team, I actually ordered some stuff and it's asking me about the kyc. So I gave my document to them but they said it wasn't the same name as provided by consignee. I used my complete name while ordering but on the document its only my first name written. Now All I want is that plz help me get my consignment ASAP. Hoping for a favourable action...!

KYC Rejected cause of wrong name

KYC Details 90% accurate, still they are asking about Address.

This is India, nothing is perfect here. But that doesn't mean we are not honest. I have shared every document with them. Not delivering my order from Nike.com

I ordered stuff from nike.com, they sent my order via Aramex Couriers. I'm getting a message everyday that they wan my KYC information to deliver it to my address. I have provided the info multiple times and they outright reject it everytime, saying the address don't match. The address is for the same house, written a bit differently on KYC documents. Ordered item not cleared by customs

I am not getting able to receive my consignment.

Address: Plot no-1278, lane-13, mallick complex, Jagamara

After so many times follow up and given yhe proper KYC documents. Stil now they are not delevering my consignment. The main intention of them is to keep my good at their house. Unnecessery they are showing loo falls to avoid the delevery. Plz consider my matter and do the needful ASAP....
