There was an message in which rs 118 was deducted from my account by bob. The reason mention in message is to issue new card. But I am not aware of all this. If this is not in rule then please resolve it....

Sir my account was suddenly frozen by the bank and when I got the check done then lien amount is showing in it 59000 and it is written in the remark how cybercrime I have no idea about it from where all this happened. Please sir help me get my lien amount removed. I tried going to the branch also but they didn't do anything....

This is so upsetting that my issue regarding cash stuck at the deposit Machine at Shivaji Marg, Hewett Road branch has yet not been resolved.

Bank of baroda has deducted 295 from my savings as minimum balance while it was not necessary as it has already deducted it last mnth and now my account saving was more than 2500...

Amount is debited by bank on behalf of byjus chages and other. I request to bank in writing to stop but they did not took my application.
Now Bank is debiting my account in Minus as overdraft. I am not responsible for that amount. which is debited from my account as overdraft in minus.

I requested mobile number change on 4th April 2023. This was sent by the Officer from Dubai to Dahisar (W) branch. I sent 2 Reminders & the officer send 1 reminder. Until date the mobile no is not updated & also there is no response from the Dahisar (W) branch.

I am not able to login on my mobile as my new mobile no is still not updated.

I changed the mobile no. in another bank which in Mumbai, it took 1 hour...

10may 2023 I did two transactions first was 5000 that transaction reference number is[protected] . This amount has been credited buy I did second transaction which was 1900 and the reference number is[protected] . But this amount did not credited in my account . I did both transaction from state bank of india to Bank of Baroda through UPI . And the bank is also not showing any interest for solving my problem....

I have received a compliance letter for KYC from Bank of Baroda on 12.05.2023. In the letter, they have given 2 no. Landline number, both landline number is not working. I am not understanding when number is not working, that means banks want to fool the customer by giving non-functional phone number.
