Most pathetic service given

Why this bank is still working. My father have a account in thi bank for last 20 years totally waste 0 facilitys i submitted to activate a net banking i think a month ago yet it not started so i download a bob world app and start using it then i am thinking to activate a virtual debit card guess what my fathers account kyc not updated thats why they can't activate virtual card now i submitted all kyc documents and forms seriously in this...

Complaining about my refund money for Amazon

UPI transactions are blocked for security reasons

I'm unable to send/receive money thru upi in phonepe, gpay, Paytm and on imobile app as well. I reached out to customer care and they say nothing wrong with upi on my account. I reached out to my bank manager, relationship manager as well but no use.

It says for security reasons UPI transactions are blocked on this account. Please contact the bank.

Unauthorised debit

Whenever I tried to do my transaction after 12:00 Am its declined by bank .
