Dear Sir/Madam,
I had created one account (H4822576) for my son almost 2 years back in Bharat Matrimony and have been a paid members most of the time. The current paid account was getting expired on March 21, 2016. To renew, I spoke to Priya and Shobhraj from Bharat Matrimony's customer care/agent. Upon negotiations with Priya, it was agreed that I would have to pay INR 5, 400 which will renew my account as (3 Months 15 Days in Bharat Matrimony 1 Month Highlighter and 3 Months in Nai Matrimony). I confirmed that I would make this payment online and started to do so. Being new to online payment mode, I did not realize that "Till you Marry" plan of INR 9900 was auto selected along with Highlighter for INR 199. Upon making the payment, I realized that a total of INR 10099 was debited from my account, which was not what i planned or agreed with your agents. I immediately called upon your agent, Priya and requested her to refund the extra amount of INR 4, 500 back to my account. She checked with her superiors in the organization and confirmed me that the amount of INR 4, 500 will get credited to my account within next 5 days and asked me to give reference of her name, Priya and other one as Shobhraj. At present, my account in Bharat Matrimony is updated/renewed but the same is not done for Nai Matrimony so far. Requested the concerned to immediately check this and ensure that the extra money that i paid on March 21, 2016 is credited back to my account at the earliest.But so far, I have not received the extra money paid by me. They told me that they have refunded the amount while I found no credit of that amount in my account. I again complained to them that I have not received the amount. In fact, I sent them my account statement as a proof but they are not agreeing and not refunding my excess payment. Infact, they have not even shown any transaction detail as a proof of their payment to me. Till date, I have not received my money back after many communications to Bharat Matrimony.
