Dear all i am a paid member of bharat matrimony having id no p1478491. I made a payment of rs 11000/- on 31st may 2016 for assisted matrimony after persistent calls from the bharat matrimony employees. After affirmation and comittment to find a suitable match for my daughter we paid the hefty amount. But the next day onwards the quality of there services became apparant. We were assigned an rm shilpi bakshi who even though we had cleary informed that we wanted a match within the jat - sikh community, kept on badgering us with khatri matches and useless suggestions. When we made her clear that its this particular community we are interested in and
Our other requirements in the prospective match for our daughter she lbecame agitated and started stating thatit would be difficult to find a match for us... This she said after we were assured by a mr deepak sharma that we will get the desired result as per our requirement. Over the next couple of days she sent us a total of three matches... Which were rejected by us. She
Then called us up and starting insisting that we choose one.., saying that she cant find us anymore matches. When we reminded her that we had paid for 3
Monthd of service she abused us using derogatory language. When we asked for refund of our money as it had only been a week she balntaly stated that we would never get our money back. We no longe wish to avail bharat matrimony's services and want our money back. We even complaint to her
Boss a ms bhana aneja, but she proved useless. This kind of poor service needs to be brought to justice, where they are misusing the hard earned money of there cutomers.

    Hi this is deepak kumar, i got call from bharat matrimony chennai office and is name pratap (Prathap. [protected]@bharatmatrimony.com). He said lot of offer from phone and i got confirm from mail also. But after payment he is not properly response when i call for the extra offer. Its look like cheating the customer (Like 420). I raised a lot of complaint to the bharat matrimony site. But they not respond properly.

Interests with ID.To check my profile I click on login, the page is redirecting to mobile verification page.And the thing is I have already verified my number.Then I tried to login from my PC.I am not able to view my profile yet.It's showing " your account has been temporarily blocked".please give me a solution for the same....

      Hi,
      I have booked matrimony photography service for my sisters marriage, the sales person promised me that he will give me a 80 sheet album, post wedding shooting and also the edited video dvd will be provided on the spot. After getting my order thats it there is no proper response from him. Marriage held on 09.12.2015 and i didnt receive the album yet.
      They didnt take the couples for post wedding shoot and also the dvd editing was not done, the album printed was only for 65 sheets.
      After 5 odd months mow they are calling me and asking me to pay remaining amount before they deliver the album. When i call the sales person senthil he is not giving me a proper response and talking too rude. Even the customer support staff are not ready to hear what we are saying.
      They didnt complete the committed works at all. Our money is totally wasted.

        I have paid money for bharatmatrimonial, as someone contacted me for that when I was visiting khandelwalmatrimonial. Now they are telling you have paid for Bharatmatrimonial not for khandelwalmatrimonial. What is this a fruad or fishing ??
        When I have submitted my profile on only one-site then how can they take it to others sites which they cliam is a part of, and if is apart of then why paid money of this main bharatmatrimonial is not allowed for others.

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          I had created one account (H4822576) for my son almost 2 years back in Bharat Matrimony and have been a paid members most of the time. The current paid account was getting expired on March 21, 2016. To renew, I spoke to Priya and Shobhraj from Bharat Matrimony's customer care/agent. Upon negotiations with Priya, it was agreed that I would have to pay INR 5, 400 which will renew my account as (3 Months 15 Days in Bharat Matrimony 1 Month Highlighter and 3 Months in Nai Matrimony). I confirmed that I would make this payment online and started to do so. Being new to online payment mode, I did not realize that "Till you Marry" plan of INR 9900 was auto selected along with Highlighter for INR 199. Upon making the payment, I realized that a total of INR 10099 was debited from my account, which was not what i planned or agreed with your agents. I immediately called upon your agent, Priya and requested her to refund the extra amount of INR 4, 500 back to my account. She checked with her superiors in the organization and confirmed me that the amount of INR 4, 500 will get credited to my account within next 5 days and asked me to give reference of her name, Priya and other one as Shobhraj. At present, my account in Bharat Matrimony is updated/renewed but the same is not done for Nai Matrimony so far. Requested the concerned to immediately check this and ensure that the extra money that i paid on March 21, 2016 is credited back to my account at the earliest.But so far, I have not received the extra money paid by me. They told me that they have refunded the amount while I found no credit of that amount in my account. I again complained to them that I have not received the amount. In fact, I sent them my account statement as a proof but they are not agreeing and not refunding my excess payment. Infact, they have not even shown any transaction detail as a proof of their payment to me. Till date, I have not received my money back after many communications to Bharat Matrimony.           M3731086-Pl.inform why my profile is deleted by you without my confirmation Jasmin
          Bharat matrimony charged my credit card without my consent usd 87 and when i compliant there customer service is giving 10 different answers that they have have refunded, some are saying they will refund in 2 days, some are saying they will refubd in 7 days this is ridiculos, this is absolutely illegal to charge someones credit card directly, we dont even login to there profile that also they dont check before swipe but while refund it is taking ages now i doubt they actually refund they are cheaters, serious action should be taken against these fraud transactions it is not safe to pay bharat matrimony online with credit card they will store details and swipe any amt without ur consent and without calling the customer_ Beware

            Hi,

            I have been consistently trying to reach my relationship manager since 3 weeks now. He is not picking up my call. He is not sharing any profiles with me, as promised on a weekly basis. The person who sold me the deal is not responding my calls as well. I do want my money to be refunded if they cannot provide the service as promised. I do not stay in India, but I would not mind to come to India if needed to lodge a complaint againt Bharat Matrimony. Please guide me what options I have.

              Today i tried to make online payment to upgrade my membership i had chat with Dilshan who tried to help me with payment, he had very poor communication skill and made me feel he is doing world biggest favour to me, i disconnect the chat, soon i got call from a lady from bharat matrimonial website number [protected], i explained her what happened on chat and said morning Dilshan spoiled my mood and i changed my mind to make payment, she was so rude to me and hanged phone on me, it was like slapping on my face. i do understand their will be anger but i did not raised my voice or used any bad words, why i has been treated like a Dog. it is unacceptable. i would like to disable my membership now. my id E1760920.

                I had taken paid services of bharat matrimony on Nov 2015 but i did not get services as i was promised so i did not use its services at all and made complaint many times with its customer care but even they were also providing wrong imformation and i did not get my money refund and at last paid service got lapsed.

                  I am a paid customer of my bharat matrimony, they blocked our profile just because other member did call me and i couldn't not have received these call because i was bit engaged with other priority activity. I dont know when bharat matrimony customer care people had called me and again missed these call.

                  They blocked my profile on these basis and i lost my 3 weeks paid duration.

                  Bharat matrimony people can try to communicate through mobile sms, e-mails, postal deliveries and followup call. They are not giving me data about ways selected for followup along with dates, scenario was not clear because of it i missed these follow up.

                    I am a member of assisted matrimony service from Feb 2016. When I joined the service they told that they will send 3matching profile for a week regarding with my requrament and they had send the profile to some profiles won't match some profile r like 3 months before log in and some won't match with my requrament form that also I selected some profile and I asked for a follow up and my relationship manger was use to tell me that they are not picking the call. If we complain they will call and talk like we did all the mistakes my paying money to the matrimony service. Now from past 3weak I am not getting any profile and if I call to the concern person he is telling that year end he is busy and wait for some days. My email ID is [protected]@yahoo.com.

                      Sir, i am nitin kumar registered the profile for my brother himanshu h5383067 who is working as navigation officer in merchant navy. After the registration i received a call from your executive manju who was telling the discounted membership plans for the activation of said profile. I told her after 2-3days i will confirm but she was insisting for the same as she was providing some discounts link if i go for online payment. I told her that i will make the payment same till 11 pm. She provided me her personal mobile no.[protected] ad the promo code will be valid only for that day. She called me at 9.30 pm for confirmation but at time of online payment at 10.30 pm, i found that there is internet problem so unable to make payment. That was not suitable time to call manju. In morning next day she called me and talking non sensely that if not made payment in night i should called her and i am not reponsding her properly. Means was talking like my boss.
                      When she was keep on arguing and not listening me, i said very politely "if not possible for then leave it".
                      She suggested me to do deactivate the profile. How can she compell me to do like this. I dont know why she was talking to me in such arrogant tone.
                      After the call i dropped her message "kindly send me your employee code".
                      Within 2 mins. She called back and taking politely that why do i want employee no.I told her it is possible to provide me or not. Now she talking with low volume. I also advised her never talk to customers in such tone and never suggest for deactivation of profile. After she refused that she used such words and blamining me and also threatening me that all conversation are on recording. I told her be on your words and yes i[censored] want to check recording and found whether i have said to delete the profile then i will opt the highest membership plan without any discount. Again she start looking here and there.I also request to you to check recording of our conversation of 11.03.2016 around 10.30 am.
                      She wasted my half an hour. All my collegues were listining me and said why i gt involved in such matrimonials. You can understand from this that in half an hour manju has downed the company's image and reputation.
                      She was representing your reputed company. When your executives are talking to clients like us. This means they are creating goodwill of your organisation infront o[censored]s. But such type of communication and behaviour spoils goodwill of company. I am working as relationship manager in nationalised bank and also know what is customer service, communication skills. How these things are very important in sevice industries specially when we are in competitive market.
                      Please look into matter. And feel free to call me.

                        Now this is all about bharat matrimony service false commitment and and no redressal of complaint on time.

                        1) Time I complaint to bharat matrimony in a month of November. where as in I was facing this problem from the month of oct.
                        (root Problem that I was not able to see any daily recommendation from bharat matrimony.. as was committed. app was pathetic I have complaint many times regarding the same
                        with screen shots of the same as time was passing by.. from starting till end on either device computer and mobile app.)

                        2) When I lodge complain the complain rep. in south India (Chennai) never redress any complaint.
                        they told have escalated the matter and every time they give me a complaint no. however next time when I call back for the redressal rep told as such no complain is been lodge … the pathetic situation is that this thing has been happened not once, not twice but multiple time where as in rep. is giving me again and again wrong complaint no.
                        After many no. of calls to Chennai call center I also except the excuse that at the time of dec. there was flood was there in Chennai... that’s was was not able to redress the issue.

                        3). I filed the complaint again to rep. in Chennai call center but again the same thing happened rep told me that within 24 to 48 hrs I will receive call from rep.but I didn’t receive any call on time..

                        4). I agained call the call center this time may be rep was understanding and I specially told him that I want any north indian person to redress as there might be the possibility they don’t understand..Or are careless in giving proper response.

                        5) In between I received a call from a lady from bharat matrimony for a relationship manager... I told her the same issue.. But she completely denied it’s not my job “I am from sales dept. I am not from customer service” I requested her to do the complaint from my side “... if you will give aproper responve service than I might think for relation ship manager.

                        again after few day she call me back but was asking that am I interested in any RM.

                        Point to note I have also raised ticket for complaint by razing ticket by login id.

                        6).this thing happened till Jan… still no respond from bharat matrimony.

                        7).I gained called rep. of bharat matrimony help line call center .. this time I was reallyt outbursted and recorded his comunicationand told if non of the action will be taken than will really escalte in conumer form.

                        8). Twist in turn

                        I recive a call from chandan from bharat matimony rep. from delhi as told I recorded all the comunication .. where he acknoledge bharat matrimony fault.. as he has honor and acknowledge on call him sellf(as photos and recordings are attached )..he share his number : [protected]

                        9).have spoken to him he comforted me that he will redress this issue with in few days.(with in week and so).
                        10). Week happened I again called him that what happened regarding the same. He told me he will call me back . but actually never did.
                        (I always send him the screen shot of errors on wats app) and started coversation on wats app.
                        11). Month happened no response I again reminded him that is also the same that as same excuse was given and I will be out of time of reuwal with in 15 days .. still nothing happened with in those days.
                        (as attching all the coversation screen shots).

                        12). I told him that I am esclating the same at higher authority for the same. He gave escuse that having family problem.he told me that will comenciate me back..( as now I have made my mind to get back 2200 back).

                        *fake complaint id
                        *fake redressal
                        *no time value
                        * is this the way to treat the customer who actually pays
                        *on sales ground aren’t its there respocibilty to redress and if not that is this the call recording to shout on irate customer, is this what you called service.

                        I am here by attaching the proofs, screen shots and recording of your organization carelessness. As none of the action is been taken so also escalating it to general consumer form regarding the same.

                          This is H4186561, member of Hindi Matrimony Community site, which is sister-site of Bharat Matrimony. I have a complaint about a farjiwada regarding subscription of membership.


                          Three months ago, I purchased your subscription for four (4) months period. When three months gone in the first week of March 2016, my subscription was end.

                          I had called and talk to Bharat Matrimony Care Center, Delhi, several times regarding this issue. But they always told one (1) month subscription will add in the last of three months ends. But this time my subscription was end since last week and in my profile on website showing free member. In my account, have too many contacts and message which is not used.

                          I want my one month subscription, and take action against whom customer care executive who false promise to me again and again.

                              Hi,
                              I am a Technology Lead, I have been registered in bharath matrimony for the last 1.5 Years. One person from BM called and asked me to go for Assisted Matrimony Premium where I can get many matching profiles. They itself can find the exact match and discuss with the bride's side and will share the details as well. And in this premium package they will share 1 Profile from Elite, 1 Profile from NRI and 3 Profiles From assisted every week like that. Since I wanted to make it more clear and understanding, I went directly to Bharath Matrimony office in Adyar and enquired they told me the same and they asked me to pay Rs. 36, 000. Since we were registered in matrimony for Classic they deducted that amount and asked us to pay Rs. 30, 000. I have paid instantly and they said it is for 4 Months. Its been more than 1 month, so far they haven't shared even a single Elite profile and not even a single NRI profile. They just shared whichever I had already communicated and rejected when I was a classic advantage customer.

                              Now, They are saying that if any Elite profile I will share please wait till then like that 1 month is over. Very irresponsive, most of the time my RM is not picking my calls. If I call she says will check it will do it immediately. Assisted means they should assist us but in my scenario I am assisting that RM all the time about the application how to check where to check and all. She doesn't even know the difference between US and non-US numbers. She's eating all my time, whenever i check with her manager she is also providing very irresponsible answers. And saying that there is nothing special as Elite and NRI database, all are same my team gave wrong information that they will share elite and NRI profiles every week and it cannot be done like that.

                              The actual assisted matrimony charge is Rs.14, 000 but I have paid Rs.30, 000 for all those false statements and fake promises. When I ask for re-fund they are not providing. And saying we cannot help you on this.

                              Why are you people giving fake promises and take money, this maybe a business for you people but you are playing with someone's life by setting false statements. Just beating around the bush will never help so I am forced to write this here. I need someone to take necessary action on this and please help me to get my money back.

                                I had made the payment of Rs.3979. Due to some issues, the team assured that the amount will be refunded. But till today I have not received the amount.
                                I called the company several times regarding this, but they told to wait.
                                I asked at least the information of transaction details of the refund.
                                Because I need the details, from which Bank they have refunded. But what they have provided is the transaction reference number.

                                I went to HDFC bank and gave the above reference number, which is not useful to check the payment details. I am still contacting customer support of Community Matrimony(which is the wing of Bharat Matrimony), but they are not giving any details about the payment. I have not received the amount yet.
                                It is almost 2 months now.

                                  I recently became a paid member in Bharat Matrimony with id K1301053 hoping that I will be able to get good number of profiles to view and contact as suggested by the representatives of this Matrimony site.
                                  But now I don't see even a single new profile suggested to me for viewing and daily I m seeing the same old profiles displaying.
                                  I feel like they have cheated me just to grab money from me.

                                    Neither me nor my family have given consent or created a marriage profile for me on their website. The profile they made had my details such as phone number, email, my name and my education details. All these details were claimed to be verified when I did not authorize any of this activity.

                                    When I approached their customer service through phone calls and emails, they responded saying that it wasn't done with malicious intent. If this is a form of marketing strategy they have adopted, this is a serious breach to an individual's privacy and long before we know it, they will have pictures of individuals up to attract more people to their website. Please take a look into the matter.
