My name is Divya Goyal. I have registered with Bharat Matrimony on 12-Dec-2014 with am amt of Rs 9500 for 5 months(Assisted ID: PR63457, BM\CBS ID: H5282587). While Registering Mr Chandan Kumar (Relationship Manager) (chandan02.[protected]@assistedmatrimony.com) told me that i will be getting 4 profiles per week . Also i will get the subscription of Aggrawal matrimony and Baniya Matrimony. But since 27-jan-2015 i have not recevied any profiles and the other two matrimony i was promised i never got any information. I tried to reach Mr Chandar Kumar but he started making excusses that he is in aa meeting or he didnt answer the call or someone else answer his cellphone and says that mr Kumar is busy and will call you back. on 13-feb-2014 after speaking with his Superior Mr Sanjay after calling atleast 15 times i was told that i will be getting the refund process information which i never got. I got a text message from Me Kumar stating that my relationship manager has been changed and the new manager Mr Mohit verma will contact you in an hour which never happened. In the mean time I tried to contact Ms Sonia Sehgal(sonia.[protected]@matrimony.com) but she also stoped answering the call. Today on 16-feb-2015 Mr kumar told me that refund can not be done and after a while he stated that the refund can be done but not the complete amount. I dont want the services and I want the refund of the amount . Please let me know the process of gettig the complete refund.

    I registered for a 3 months matrimony membership on 24th Jan' 2015. After registration and payment I received few matches and daily recommendations for about 2-3 days. Later I stopped receiving daily recommendations. The matches also that I received are not as per the preference provided by me. I called up bharat matrimony toll free number and spoke to the marketing guy also who as handling my account. They asked me to wait for sometime and later they stopped responding to my calls. I asked for refund but as per them refund is not possible under any circumstances. I just dnt understand why they can't refund if they are not providing the services. The marketing guy Ujjwal doesn't even respond to calls. Please help me to get the refund as I have no trust and interest left in bharat matrimony to wait for them to provide me services. They have already wasted 20 days and the membership is of 3 months only.

      My Profile ID is (T2916251), before taking membership their Marketing Person Named Kannadhsan (Mobile No-[protected]) always use to call 4-5 times a day and forced me to take membership by saying when you will take membership then only he will able to load the profile of your preferable match and if you don't take the membership your profile will be deleted. Then after his such arrogant behaviour I become member. When I become the member I saw that it still showing the same profile as early. Then I rang up their Marketing Person Named Kannadhsan (Mobile No-[protected]). And he advised me to change my date of birth after you will get more response. That why, I sent request to customer care people for change my birth date but I did not receive any feedback but ultimately my account was suspended. I made compliant through telephone, chat and email but I did not receive any positive service from them since 20 days. I will expect from your proper service or refund my balance amount.

        Hey you fake ramya1988 or that riya who posted on another website, i have started action against you for defaming my name and giving false things about me.I never gave any other address to anyone than my own which is on my passport, which can be verified by anyone.You fakie posted on Feb 1 and just now i happen to see those posts, because there
        were no complaints raised against me for cheating.I have given all my
        documents to BM and i am ready to give evidences to anyone .We are a
        reputed family based in our place and my father was a Government
        servant.I have already complained about you on Consumercomplaints and if
        you are not removing it, we will do it legally.And both riya and ramya, both fake profiles saying the same things on 2 different website at the same time.I dont want this to happen to any other guy because of some fake people posting negative things for nothing.I want action against these fake people.Thanks
        Hello, I am posting this here because the above complaint by the above
        fake id ramya1988.The same person in 3 different profiles on the same
        date posted same things and tried to give false image of my name.I am
        taking action against it.I have given request to remove the post, but no
        action was taken as of it.I was able to remove one post from one
        website.The fake id ramya1988 posted the thing on Feb 1, 2015, but i came
        to know about this only recently just 3 days back because i didn't
        receive any complaints from anyone.We are a reputed family with good
        family background and i done my studies in the UK itself.I am ready to
        give any proof to anyone about my UK status as well.I don't want this to
        happen to anyone else because of such fake persons.I hope the post will
        be removed as well.
        I have contacted antitrust bureau and got my profile clean and clear.I am posting the mail from the Antitrust Bureau for confirmation about this fake post by this fake person.I have started the actions to clear everything and i will go to the court with all the evidences i have and will surely punish these fakes for defaming my name for no reason.

          Usually male are considered to be tyrant in case of matrimonial issues. Unfortunately I received several fake email from my earlier registered account of Shaadi.com. I intentionally became paid member to maintain safety and security of my profile but failed to receive it at Shaadi.Com. Irrespective of my request I didn't get any support of Shaadi.Com and compelled to start criminal investigation against this matter.

          Now suddenly it started with this profile mentioned at the subject. I want to get immediate email if any person checks my registered mobile number. Please go through the content of the email that was sent to Sarbani Bhattacharjee and let me the exact date and time she declined proposal sent from my profile from your server. I hope you will agree that a father will never send sms immediately after receiving any proposal for his daughter without going through the profile of the candidate.

            Hello, today exactly same thing happened to me. And they rejected to refund me as they say I have used their services. Obviously I did not keep an eye on exactly when the 90 days are over. So I kept on replying to my emails. When I spoke the colleague they said after 90 days the services will be cancelled automatically, so this means they will be cancelled. However they never explained how this auto renewal works, and I too never remember seeing this. I now understand I did ask them if they can take a payment on the phone when they said they cannot because they want us to go on the website and they knew that this auto renewal window will pop up and you will be prompted to press 'continue' or something. And so that they can charge again. After all that the staff was shouting at me saying that, 'I don't want to hear the same thing again and again, there is nothing we can do from here, you write an email' also when i said I have to file an complaint she say this is not an complain it is a query. her name was RITA. These are dishonest means of business, and I will call fraudulence. They should not charge without notifying us and without our confirmation or authorisation. they are playing with people's money. I will take this further and file an official complaint against it.

              I submitted a complaint against Bharathmatrimony a couple of times.

              One is the misconduct of the sales girl. Bharathmatrimony apologized it since the sales girls were sending their own profiles.
              And I complained against their IT team for hacking my cell phone. They did not take any actions.
              I complained against the profile of a rich ### Lakshmi Vatsan who forced me using my corporate for joining in her High Class Partner Swapping group. And they did not take any actions. I asked for a refund. They did not take any action.
              They took my money and suspended my profile.
              They are lie pimps. Their customer care is the worst customer care and this company makes a holy marital things as a [censored]house level.

              This company is really the biggest anti social pimping company which is made up of IT Criminals and call girl type sales girls.

As i was not a paid member i never used to see anyone's contact no but suddenly on 7th jan i had a call from one of the paid member of bharat matrimony named as Saheb Chowdhury and he had mentioned his relationship status as Unmarried over on the website. We liked each other and we got married in the month of march but after few months i got to know that he was already married prior getting married to me..                   Hai, my name is Ashish. I would like to thank Bharat Matrimony team for helping me find the most perfect bride for me. Sheetal really exceeded beyond all my expectations. It's been only 2 weeks after my marriage and she's already taking care of all my family members. She treats them like her own family. I have never seen my family this happy before. All thanks to the team at Bharat Matrimony who understood me and my family and gave us the perfect bride.

                    Sub: Mr. Shaiju’s misconduct Yesterday afternoon one of your staff Mr.Shaiju, of Ernakulam Regional Office called me and requested me to accept the paid membership for my son. I told him that I will call him back whenever we need the proposal. He again called me today morning at 10 am and explained about the special offer and requested me to pay only Rs.2600/- instead of Rs.3100/- (online payment). He convinced me to take the offer and on his request I gave him our residential address to approach the representative to collect the payment. In the meantime when the conversation is going on, I told my husband about the proposal and he in turn informed me that we do not want this proposal just now and whenever we need we will approach them. I told immediately to your staff Mr. Shaiju about this and I gave the phone to my husband and he also informed him the same. After some time Mr. Shaiju called back and scolded me saying that “why you have agreed initially and given me the address and afterwards denying the proposal. You should have been consulted your husband before giving the address to me, in case you were not in a position to take a decision”. I told him that while on the conversation is going on between us; my husband has informed you about our inability to accept this proposal at present. Mr. Shaiju shouted me and told “then why you have given me the address”. I told him politely that if you are embraced due to our decision I am sorry! Sorry! Sorry!. But he was in agitating mood and not in position to hear our words and told me that “what is the point in saying sorry”. Then I informed my husband about his hurting attitude. My husband immediately called him back and advised him that he should correct himself and change his attitude at least in future and he should not hurt anybody especially woman or customers if he wants to come up in life. But, it seems, he was not in a mood to accept the advice and sticking to his stand. Finally, my husband told him that he will take up this matter to the higher level.                       With reference to thecomplaint no. 12566231, 3 days back, I have not received even a call from a manager from the customer care of Bharat Matrimony. Everytime I speak to the customer care, I am told that their manager will be calling in 1 hour. However, it is so disgusting that there is such poor service.

                      Inspite of escalting the issues about the Relationship manager being appointed for my brother's profile, I am promised that this will be taken care. I have to undergo this trauma after becoming a member in the assisted matrimony.


                      Anyone becoming a member please be aware of false promises and do not decide your fate with such false promises by bharatmatrimony.

                      If the management of bharatmatrimony is looking at their latest reviews, they should have a moral courtesy to address this immediately.

                          Before becoming a paid member, I used to receive a call almost daily from your executive Papia Chaterjee([protected]). She used to claim that she will help me find a match if I go for paid Membership. And one day, I agreed to her and she sent a agent to my home to collect the amount. However, I got to know from him, that there is a something called Assisted Matrimony(starting from Rs.16000). It is an offline service and only then they will help us. Online services are paid memebership but I will not receive any help from any member of Bharatmatrimony. After that, I received only 1 call from Papia and that was asking whether I had paid the agent or not. So, in fact, Papia had cheated me by telling that she will be assist me if I go for Paid membership of Rs.3200.

                            My Profile ID is (H5375222), before taking membership your Kolkata Marketing Person Named Khursid(Mobile No-[protected]) always use to call 4-5 times a day and forced me to take membership by saying when you will take membership then only he will able to load the profile of your preferable match and if you don't take the the membership your profile will be deleted.Then after his such arrogant behaviour I become member. when I become the member I saw that it still showing the same profile as early. Then I rang up your Kolkata Marketing Person Named Khursid(Mobile No-[protected]). 2-3 times then he did't picked the phone then in next 4th call he picked the phone and start soughting on me that"why I am calling him continuously aap itna paresan kyon kar rahen hai thoda wait kijye aapke profile main load hojaega aur profile" and then give me some ID of my preferance. when I searched those ID it was same which was showing in earlier in my profile. Now when I call him to load some more profiles he never picks the phone.

                            Please take strong action against him.

                              My brother's profile id M3550449 in bharat matrimony. We are a paid membership in chettiar matrimony. However, there was a call from the bharat matrimony marketing division by name swetha and explained the norms of the assited matrimony. I would like to inform that the services provided is not sufficient as discussed with swetha and there is very poor response from her to get back to me on any escalations.                                 Never pay to Bharat Matrimony - especially to assisted services

                                Do not pay to Bharat Matrimony - they defame people after taking their personal details. Do not create matrimony profile in this website or immediately remove it ! First, we purchased a basic package from them and then since we did not get any good results from the basic package we were suggested to purchase their assisted matrimony services. After showing interest to their assisted matrimony once, we were flooded with their calls and messages...

                                The present complaint is serious in nature which requires deep attention by your good-self It has not only harmed us but can caste/reflect on Co's reputation and good-will. I got my membership in your Co./set-up/organisation - one of the most leading Matrimony website having impression and reputation and expected that we will get in return what we pay i.e. gold 24ct (Assisted Matrimony) but VERY VERY SAD we did not get even clay what to speak of gold 22ct/18ct, brass or any metal of the lowest to lowest value. From the daydate we were registered and profiles started coming to us were least according to the CRITERIA (preference of partner). What to speak of friendly or friend-like profiles, they were all hostile/inimical and irrerelevant. And was forced to write to Mr. Gagan Sharma on October, 10. We have no knowledge as to what transpired internally in your office (which decision etc.) but we got a phonic call from Ms Sonika Sharma the same day that she has been appointed our RM and everything starting afresh. On clarification she was very loud and clear that from then the period of three months (3) starts and I remember she said that would be DAY ONE OF THE SERVICES. But her immediate senior (Manager continued to be the same one i.e. Sh. Saurab Arora against whom we had reported earlier) Once again -Sad, the same trend continued i.e. same type of profiles; and each and everytime I had to write to her (Ms Sonika Sharma RM) and on phone tell her that profiles are irrelevant/hostile & her answer used to be Next time we will get profiles of our liking/preference(never to happen) as she had been not properly educated etc. in this regard by her own people & in the last was in such a tone as if to please us - saying she will be serious in sending us correct & right profiles. BUT WHAT COMMUNICATION we received (on 5th instant sent by her on2/3 as we were out of station) from her pl look into deeply. She wanted a Bogus Commendation Certificate from us based on blatant lies to impress her Srs by showing the same - not only misleading the seniors of the Co., damaging the CO's interest and ill intention of harming us as well. This is on your records. We on our side politely answered that we will do so (for Co. also) when you give us the right and genuine profiles. HORRIBLE our services discontinued.When we rang her up she (Ms Sonika Sharma) simply denied and added "she did not give us any such thing in writing" What I have written is all on records & in my communications. Still if you so desire anything more from us we would be glad to come forward/ Kindly analyse if we stand duped? Also pl. see if at all we have been sent even a single Relevant & correct profile throughout or at any stage. We would be grateful for prompt action to avoid any further harassment to Very Senior (aged) like us. If we are just please compensate us by giving us services from DVM, Manglik, Bharat, Arora - all your affliates of the equal value. Thanks & your sincerely Our ID ref.ARO170638, Assisted Mat.                                   PLZ DONT GO FOR IT, REASON BEING THEY PROMISE US LOT BUT DELIVER NONE. MOST OF THE PROFILE ARE FAKE. FIRST OF ALL LOTS OF PROFILE EVEN DONT HAVE PHOTO. ONCE YOUR ARE PAID MEMBER, THERE AFTER NO ONE IS INTERESTED. EVEN THE MOBILE NUMBERS OF MOST OF THE INDL IS NOT THERE WHEN I ASK, THEY REPLIED IT IS INDL CHOICE...IF THAT SO THEN WHAT IS BENIFIT OF PAID MEMBER. MOST OF PROFILE ARE FAKE AND THEY ARE JUST FILLING THE NUMBER FOR THE SAKE OF SITE. THANK YOU
