I am a paid member of Bharat matrimony. My Id is T3024328.
One of your executives(Name: Kamesh.K, Mobile no: +91-[protected], E-mail id: kamesh.[protected]@matrimony.com) told me that if I upgrade my current membership to assisted matrimony I will get my initial payment($166) back as refund with in three days of date i enrolled to assisted matrimony. I accepted and upgraded to assisted matrimony. But i haven't yet received my refund as kamesh promised. So called him after 3 days to get the details about refund. He said he is gonna raise the request and process the refund and asked me to wait couple of days. I waited for couple of days but no avail. I didn't receive the refund. I once again called him this time he came up with weird answer like "Because of month end related problems the finance department couldn't process my refund". Whaaaaaaaat?. I never heard such kind of weird answer. I smelled that he is lying to me. So asked him tell me the exact date that i can receive my money back. He said that i will receive refund money on 06/29/2015 at any cost. I checked my account on 29th, can you expect what happened?. He once again fooled me. I didn't receive refund even this time. As routine, I called him, this time he didn't pick the call. I tried multiple times(almost 10 times) to talk to him but he is not answering the calls(The phone rang for the first two times after that he is disconnecting the call instead of answering).
I was so angry on him and decided to contact customer care guys to get my refund back and to file a compliant against him. I made two calls to customer care guys one for refund and the second one for filing a compliant. In the second call she(customer care lady) told me kamesh will call me tomorrow(06/30/2015) at 9:00 am CST. But i didn't receive any call from him. I called him again but you can expect the response. He simply disconnected the phone as he did earlier.
I decided to contact my relationship manager(Bhanu Priya Bohil). I called her today morning and shocked after hearing her answer(She replied as there is no refund request existed on my file). I asked her "What i have to do now?". She asked me to drop her an email with the details so that she can take care of necessary actions. I clearly explained her my problem over phone. As per my knowledge that is enough to take further actions but don't know why she asked me to drop her an email. Any how I dropped her an email with the details this morning.
After making so many calls(to kamesh, to customer care guys, and to Bhanu Priya Bohil) I came to know that the people at bharat matrimony are not serious at fulfilling theri duties and not maintaining proper documentation on customer calls/complaints. The service is too bad.
Not satisfying with the replies by customer care guys and bhanu priya Bohil I decided to make use of chat option that is available via bharat matrimony app. Please have a look at the attached document for your reference.
As customer care guy suggested over chat I called up on[protected]. After waiting a long time on call a guy(forgot the name) picked the call, took my details( My phone number, Bharat matrimony ID, and the city name where i live) and asked me to hang up the phone since he is gonna call me right away. We were on call he can continue the conversation on the same call instead of hanging up the call and re-initiating the call. Its really weird. Ok thats fine... I hung up the phone as he requested and waited for his call. No Response from him till now.
I decided not to go with you(Bharat Matrimony) and i want all my money(Initial payment of $166, $40 for astrological services, and latest payment of $500 for assisted matrimony) back as soon as possible.
So Whats the final conclusion: Can you imagine how much frustration I am in right now? Do you think is this the way to behave with customers? Right now I am in a mood to take legal actions against bharat matrimony and surfing the web to get the details such as whether bharat matrimony comes under USA jurisdiction. If not succeed in doing so I will approach my attorney and move forward as per his suggestion. Its all depends on the how quick they can respond to me.
