I had taken a paid membership Classic Premium as on June 17th, 2015 by paying Rs.2, 500/- in cash. The executive Raju from Bangalore email id is [protected]@bharatmatrimony.com and deepa.[protected]@bharatmatrimony.com told me that I had received 1900+ interests and on becoming a paid member I could see all those interests. I asked several times whether I had received so many interests and whether it was true. Raju used to call me up daily and he said several times and assured me that I had received so many interests and that on becoming a paid member he would transfer it to my inbox. When I could not find the interests on becoming a paid member I asked for a refund as on June 20th, 2015 i.e within 3 days of taking the membership.

I am following up them them since June 20th, 2015 regarding my refund. They just tell you that within 5 days the refund would be provided and you will receive a call back but they never do so. Their executives are only fit to extract bank details and once you pay you will fall in your own trap.

Beware of such a company which gives you false promises, false and misleading information, forces you to use their service even though you do not wish to use. Such a company should be blacklisted.

Your executives can't and should not extract money by speaking lies and giving false promises. If your business is only to cheat and con people then you have no right to run your business. My membership ID on your site is Nisha (R1761426).

I am asking for my refund as I don't intend to use your rubbish services. You promised within 5 days I would receive my refund. Kindly provide me the speed post name and tracking number for the same.

    Non-receiving Of refund with in Stipulated time as committed by them

    As per mail communication from Bharat matrimony, i am supposed to receive a refund amount of Rs 800 with in 4 working days.Its been 15 days amount not yet credited and as per communication with them it will take time depending upon their policy.my complaint no with matrimony is 13854978.

    Plz do the needful.

    They give a false promise to refund the money if there is no response. I have the membership 3 times. every time after expiry of the membership, i will get an interest acceptance and there will be no response from them (they won't pickup the phone) after taking the membership. BM will not take any action on the profiles shows that those are fake profiles created and managed by BM.

      Misguiding and doing fraud through online payment

      Sir my name is gopikrishna I was making complaint against Bharat Matrimony. I made a payment on the date 9/03/2015 and my matrimoney Id is T2954747 . They called me on 10/03/2015 and said that today we have special offer for our classic premium member just for Rs 3999 for three months validity . So if you accept we will activate this offer to you account you can make payment online by you own, then I accepted made made payment online, But they have deducted from my account 5999. including profile highliter 100+5161 classic premium offer. then I called back and asked about this how you can do this you said for 3999 special offer and deducted 5999 . Please refund my remaining amount 2000 But they said it is impossible . so sir do justice to me .

          My father took assisted matrimony on Bharat Matrimony, My id is H4143561 and the RM is Monika Mishra. So BM charged us heavy amount for this service and in return what they just do is sending us links of profiles. She doesn't follow up with the profile to which we accept. Just some time she simply sends us a spreadsheet that the member didnt picked up call and member calls is ringing. Is Assisted Matrimony all about just sending the links of profile and doing nothing about the follow ups with them. Do you think we can not find profiles on matrimony, if some body took your service and paid for it then it is surely for communicating regularly over the phone and email between families. Ms. Monika is not receiving even the calls now and not even replying to messages. This ridiculously nonsense service which tends to take so much money from your customers is all what you do. I hope Bharat Matrimony will do something about there vague services & RMs otherwise i am going to file a legal notice against them.

              My id is m3930949, Already I lost my money on payed with bharatmatrimony before 3 years, yesterday I registered for a free membership on ( 10 july 2015 ) yesterday. Today ( 11 july 2015) at 4.30 I received a call from the customer care department, chennai. Call came from the no. O[protected], his name was m.vinoth kumar, id no is - m3864220 called me and explained about the packages offerred. I replied him that being a paid member before, I lost my money and I wont go again for any package, then he replied harshly as to delete my free account by today. I am very much disappointed with ur executives, so that they r showing their stress on customers. So kindly do the best for things happened, and make sure because of these silly issues ur company name will be spoiled Regards Gavaskar

                on creating a profile, i got repeated calls from an employee-amit from delhi and he gave the offer of extra one month membership, a profile highlighter for one month, free astro service and so on.But as soon as i took the plan, he started ignoring the calls and now he would not answer them even.he gave me his no.-[protected]

                    I am a paid member of Bharat matrimony. My Id is T3024328. One of your executives(Name: Kamesh.K, Mobile no: +91-[protected], E-mail id: kamesh.[protected]@matrimony.com) told me that if I upgrade my current membership to assisted matrimony I will get my initial payment($166) back as refund with in three days of date i enrolled to assisted matrimony. I accepted and upgraded to assisted matrimony. But i haven't yet received my refund as kamesh promised. So called him after 3 days to get the details about refund. He said he is gonna raise the request and process the refund and asked me to wait couple of days. I waited for couple of days but no avail. I didn't receive the refund. I once again called him this time he came up with weird answer like "Because of month end related problems the finance department couldn't process my refund". Whaaaaaaaat?. I never heard such kind of weird answer. I smelled that he is lying to me. So asked him tell me the exact date that i can receive my money back. He said that i will receive refund money on 06/29/2015 at any cost. I checked my account on 29th, can you expect what happened?. He once again fooled me. I didn't receive refund even this time. As routine, I called him, this time he didn't pick the call. I tried multiple times(almost 10 times) to talk to him but he is not answering the calls(The phone rang for the first two times after that he is disconnecting the call instead of answering). I was so angry on him and decided to contact customer care guys to get my refund back and to file a compliant against him. I made two calls to customer care guys one for refund and the second one for filing a compliant. In the second call she(customer care lady) told me kamesh will call me tomorrow(06/30/2015) at 9:00 am CST. But i didn't receive any call from him. I called him again but you can expect the response. He simply disconnected the phone as he did earlier. I decided to contact my relationship manager(Bhanu Priya Bohil). I called her today morning and shocked after hearing her answer(She replied as there is no refund request existed on my file). I asked her "What i have to do now?". She asked me to drop her an email with the details so that she can take care of necessary actions. I clearly explained her my problem over phone. As per my knowledge that is enough to take further actions but don't know why she asked me to drop her an email. Any how I dropped her an email with the details this morning. After making so many calls(to kamesh, to customer care guys, and to Bhanu Priya Bohil) I came to know that the people at bharat matrimony are not serious at fulfilling theri duties and not maintaining proper documentation on customer calls/complaints. The service is too bad. Not satisfying with the replies by customer care guys and bhanu priya Bohil I decided to make use of chat option that is available via bharat matrimony app. Please have a look at the attached document for your reference. As customer care guy suggested over chat I called up on[protected]. After waiting a long time on call a guy(forgot the name) picked the call, took my details( My phone number, Bharat matrimony ID, and the city name where i live) and asked me to hang up the phone since he is gonna call me right away. We were on call he can continue the conversation on the same call instead of hanging up the call and re-initiating the call. Its really weird. Ok thats fine... I hung up the phone as he requested and waited for his call. No Response from him till now. I decided not to go with you(Bharat Matrimony) and i want all my money(Initial payment of $166, $40 for astrological services, and latest payment of $500 for assisted matrimony) back as soon as possible. So Whats the final conclusion: Can you imagine how much frustration I am in right now? Do you think is this the way to behave with customers? Right now I am in a mood to take legal actions against bharat matrimony and surfing the web to get the details such as whether bharat matrimony comes under USA jurisdiction. If not succeed in doing so I will approach my attorney and move forward as per his suggestion. Its all depends on the how quick they can respond to me.

                      I have an account in Tamilmatrimony.com for my son with ID M3797787. Under the repeated and torturous calls of your members, Ms. Nagapriya and Ms. Rajeshwari, I upgraded the profile. They said that, with a payment of Rs. 3200, the account will be upgraded to classic premium with added advantages of profile highlighter, additional one month, etc. They asked for my debit card password which I neglected to share and did the payment myself through your website. Once I have done the payment, I have not received any calls from your support staff yet (3 days) and my account has not been upgraded to classic premium. I deeply regret to inform about your poor service and would like to get this in attention to the managing director, bharatmatrimony.com. Please upgrade the profile and I request the company to improve the services.

                        Unfortunately I am a paid member of Bharatmatrimony, On the first day I told company executive (Mr Imitiyaz Mob No [protected]) that I am looking a partner in Rajasthan & only Manglik Dosh profile which is education line, but they told me that we have so many profile according to my profile.He also promised me that bharatmatrimony will mail 6 profile daily basis according to my preference, But now I did'nt get any type of mail from company After that I had payment to you dated 27/06/2015 Rs 3100. Then I called to Mr Amit he told me that we have very less profile according to you, So its my humble request please help me for refund of my payment Please call [protected]

                          Hi I'm your existing customer (T2851159) as your Agent approached me and informed that there's an offer of cashback for classic member ship card (Rs. 900/- cashback after the payment - even though not interested with your site) and paid an amt of Rs. 3599/- and without informing me they've automatically applied a separate offer of Rs. 200/- without my intention. When I approached him his response is not that much good in giving the information which I asked. His name is Srivinas and his contact number is [protected]. When I asked him regarding the cashback offer which I've to get he's saying there's a technical issue and informed the same to to Chennai Branch. Let me know your response on this and when I could get my cashback of Rs. 900/-. In between the call he's hangout the call. This is worst behavior while which I couldn't expect from your Agents.

                            Bharat Matrimony is a matrimonial website which changes the partner preferences of its members' profiles without even asking them or taking their permission. This has happened with me even when i am a paid member. So as per them, i should find a match as per what THEY THINK SHOULD BE MY PARTNER PREFERENCE. I mean seriously???? Who the hell on this earth gave them the right to edit my partner preferences without asking me? How can they dictate anyone by tampering/manipulating their profile without their wish? I have my profile on other matrimonial sites too and nowhere i have seen any such dictatorship!!! I have had most unprofessional, unpleasant experience with Bharatmatrimony.com. They are total thugs and shameless creeps present in this business of running matrimonial sites. And when i complained to their customer care executive, he did not even care to respond. And now when i am asking them to refund back my money and delete my profile from their website (as i refuse to be dictated by their mandates), they are refusing to do even that. What CHEAPSTERS these guys are!!! SHAME ON BHARATMATRIMONY.COM.

                              Dear Sir/Ma'am, I am receiving sales call continuously (almost every day) from the same salesman for buying their service packages. Though I have already clarifies that I am not interested in buying any. But after that also i am getting continuous call to buy the package. When @ last i have paid for Classic Advantage Package, but just after payment no any vendor support i am getting. I have to call him on daily basis that please support us & suggest some good proposals, but he was continuously giving excuses that we are giving we will & all that. At last i can suggest to you all that please do not register yourself in this website as its all waste & they will try to convince you only till the time u hasn't pay. After doing all the payment they will not support u. This site has only increases dissatisfaction among customers like me and they are not bother for their customers. i have raise complaint to the HR Department also but all in vein. So, i suggest you please no one should pay to there members.

                                  Today is Saturday. I am trying to open Bharat Matrimony page, but it's showing error. I took paid membership. And am too disappointed by this response. It's weekend when the customers of Bharat Matrimony get the maximum time. If there site is having issues than what's the point of taking paid membership. Better return back my hard earned money or give services

                                    For assisted bharatmatrimony service 2 weeks back and paid 
                                    Amount rs16000 / - as cash to your executive. I was assigned personal relationaship manager after 5 days of activating service. His name is sachin and his mobile no is [protected]. When he called me up he assured of sending some profiles to me every week on monday and will help getting connected to some profiles.  but i am very sorry to say that the response was very  pathetic from his side and your company. He never called  me up again. And when i called him back he said that he has left the job. I called up on your tolfree no many times and complained about all this nonsense and asked for refund of money but no body turned up till now and its very embarassing and shameful. At first i was talking to rita at chennai office and then today i again made a complaint regarding refund of my money to executive name mr. Preetum and he gave me the complaint no[protected] and he said that i will recieve a call back. But unfortunately i didnt recieved any calls from your side which compelled me to write this mail to you. I hereby request you yo refund me my money or else i will have to unfortunately escalate this matter to higher authorities and other people.
