Sir,
I have taken the plan for Assisted Matrimony from Bharat Matrimonial, for which I paid Rs.10, 000/- on offer by cheque dated 30.01.2015. My Relation Officer is Ms.Divya, Bangalore. She has forwarded me four proposal, which I rejected due to out of my criteria, again I asked please send the proposals within my criteria, she send me three proposals+one, four proposals I accepted, but she says out of three proposals, all has declined, remaining + one, this proposal was the profile of Amit Dubey, which was under consideration, but no reply received from Divya,
If she is not able to handle this Assisted Matrimony, why she has been appointed as Relation Officer, Relation Officer means, she has to inform me each and every thing, On 16.02.2015, she asked me to relaxe your criteria, because, there is not more proposals of bangalore, which I preferred, I have sent the email to her two times, that we are not satisfied with your proposals, please return our money, but neither any reply received nor any call received from her.
You knows Bharat Matrimony website is very big in the world, but as per your third class service to customer, we are not satisfied with your service, please return our money immediately and don't call me for this plan. You are failed to do this service, close your Assisted Matrimony to make the customer fool.
