Dear Sir/Maam, I am receiving sales call continuously (almost every day) from the same salesman for buying their service packages. Though I have already clarifies that I am not interested in buying any. This is causing problem not only with me but also with my parents as their number is also register with the website. To avoid this I have deleted my parents number and as a result now I am receiving more call as there is only my number left. Continuously repeat the same incident only increases dissatisfaction amongst customers like me and other. Customer only buys something when they feel the need of buying and trust the product services. Trying to over-sales likely to attached negative connotation about the company and its services. This will definitely create an irritating experience for customers in the era of customer satisfaction. Hope you understand this. I would like to request Bharat Matrimony authorities to take care this issue. This may create a negative impact about their brand and services amongst their customer.     We ( Woodstock India - [protected] ) have become member to get honeymoon enquires 5 months back from Bharat matrimony, but we find the leads generated & sent by them are fake ones out of which has been sent only 2 were honeymoon enquiries, rather all other were not relevant, its was a wastage of time . The banner has also not been created which was promised by Prasit Basu, rather a mail was sent that you don’t have the slot now let me tell I have things in writing from your person who came here, from last 2 months no quesries have been sent, on complaining & asking for refund the reply from their RM's "On more information we do not have any policy of refund" a great way of cheating & clients for a ride

      I took my services 2 months back and I was promised to get a relationship manager from north who will show me the profiles meeting my criterias but I got somebody from mumbai whose name was Bharat who neither showed me the profiles meeting my criterias nor he would pick up my call. Later i told them to discontinue the services and asked them to refund the full amount as per the promise. The team didn't pay me the entire amount and I got a call from north by somebody named Deep who said he is a customer service manager which I later came to know he was not. He told me to try the services for 12-15 days and asked me to keep the cheque of partial amount on hold and promised me that I will get the complete amount refunded if I won't be satisfied with then given services and the same thing repeated by my new RM Meenu Lal and when I asked her and Deep to refund my money after 15days, he didn't respond well and I had to call from other numbers so that he would at least receive the call. The person had stopped replying to the texts as well and will give excuses every time. Later I said him I will complain so he said I will get a call from his senior which I for after a week and dat too after calling him again and again every day. Once I got a call, the person said I will receive the amount but he will let me know about the date and told me that he will inform in 72hours. Again, No response from anybody. Then I had to complaint and I got a call from Saurabh arora who is a customer service manager and said I won't get full amount since I don't have a documented proof which was quite astonishing. Later, for his knowledge I told I can prove it, if he will see the tagging done by so many people who told me to pay full refund but it was so strange when the person said there is no tagging done. What a System!!! I told him to barge the call and that is the second option, he told he will do an enquiry and will let me know and later my relationship manager told me to fill the refund form since I will get full refund which was suppose to be filled up by her. Now, nobody receives the call and it has been 2months that I am going through the pathetic services and didn't receive my money till today.

      No calls, nothing has been processed yet!! Really a money oriented company!!
      No services given, no refund is given!!
      really d worst company i have ever come across!!

      we processed the reversal of the package cost
      I have been promised to get d entire amount refunded by the end f dis month n m waiting!!
      Again the same story!!
      I got a mail from customer service manager Mr. Saurabh Arora that Rs.13000 will be refunded and now when I received a cheque, the amount was Rs.10000!!!
      I dont understand how long can u people fool out of customers n do we have just one work to run after u guys for our money!!
      Horrible experience!!
      Sir recently i upgraded my account in bharat matrimony by paying rs 15000..now they are not responding to my calls or emails.

        After battling with 2 months for a refund to my credit card, I was promised that someone would call me before 4 PM Indian time. After receiving no calls at 5 PM indian time, I called the Chennai call centre and was responded by Sharmila. She was not polite at all, was absolutely disgusted by the level of service offered to me. I was placed on hold for nearly 15 minutes to check on an issue which is on going and complained several times. Apparently, the call centre is in Guindy, Chennai and there are no supervisors or managers in the office. She informed that they come to office and leave and there are no superiors. After some time she changed her mind and said her supervisor is in a meeting and will take 30 mins. She then proceeded much to my shock that I can wait for 30 mins on hold if I wished. Still cannot believe that this advise was provided to me.

          We had created a profile for my sister using my credit card. We were never informed of the auto renewal process when we had signed her up in the website. We don't believe that we got any reminder before my credit card was debited for that amount. After receiving an e-mail on 30th March 2015, that we would receive our refund in 10 business days, I'm here on 01 May 2015 still without my refund on the card. None of the customer care executives (Spoke to Subhani, Maha Lakshmi, Sharmili and still counting!) from the Chennai Head Office understand what it is to refund straight to a credit card. They seem to be untrained college graduates with no understanding of what Indian Bank accounts and international credit cards are. The customer care executive Subhani told me that the amount has been credited to a HDFC bank account whilst in reality, I have no account with HDFC. I'm never directed to a supervisor/manager as they never work in the hours I call them. Please do not use this website unless you have no choice. I will be pursuing a legal suit if I don't hear from them again. Thanks.

          In order to provide uninterrupted service, all International members have the privilege of auto- renewal once the membership expires.

          We had also provided an option as “Membership Details” in the “My Home” page to switch OFF the Autorenewal facility. Since this facility was not switched off, it has been renewed automatically.

          I have already spoken innumerable amount of times to your customer care executives who really do not appear to have any supervisors/managers to transfer my call to.

          Please refer to my ticket number BM 13344859. I have already forwarded my bank statements (all the latest ones I can get) to helpdesk e-mail.

          I spoke to your customer care executive from Chennai HO - Subhani (Male). He has promised that my money is not lost (I don't beleive it) and has told me he will contact me in 2-3 days.

          I still won't believe it unless I get a proof that refund was processed to my card. It just seems unbeleivable that my refund cannot be proved from your end.

            Hi BharatMatrimony, I have noticed from the mail I received that, our profile M3122303 has been deleted without our notification. I would like to bring to your kind attention that, this is totally unprofessional that deleting profile without getting permission or without inform prior to the profile owner. I have received many mails saying ‘sparing a few minutes in talking with me’ but majority of those mails are sent without talking to me with the subject of ‘Special Offer exclusively for you from BharatMatrimony’ Please note that, the executives are sending such a mail just for their records which is not true. I do remember my last call with Mr.Vivek, I was told him clearly that there are few proposal going on. As your aware that, marriage is not like a fast food shop where it will happen in super fast. It has many stages to come across the final. I was recharged this profile more than 6 or 7 times but after recharge I never get an follow-up call like the way for requesting for recharge the profile to help the profile owner but due personal reason we didn’t renew for few months. but we faced a lot of tortures from the executives to force us to renew. I told them clearly that spending rs.3500 is just nothing for us but for personal reason we would like to renew after some time. But, they never give importance to our situation and their full intension is to make business by giving 100 no.of.calls. Because of few executives, I don’t like to blame the BharatMatrimony team and would like to continue our relationship with BharatMatrimony team. I kindly request you to please reopen the profile for us to continue our search to find the groom. Also, please send the details of latest offers available which has option to utilize the unused phone/sms options in additional to new offer. Thanks & Regards, M. Vasanth

              Bharat Matrimony ID : PP1332766. I would like to enlighten you with the brief of the matter. I Nimisha Gupta seeing the popularity and commitments made by the Bharat matrimony registered my name in Bharat Matrimony, where I settle upon plan of Rs 14, 000/- as offered in August 2014. According to the plan offered I was assured that a Relationship Manager (herein referred as RM) will be provided to me, who will assist me with all the suitable profile matching to my criteria for next three months from the date plan was purchased. In the beginning RM appointed to me use to send four profiles in a week, which did not, matched my criteria and this went further on. Incessant complaints were made regarding the RM, but no actions were taken upon him/her, rather RM was changed as the previous RM have left the job, because of the changed RM I have to begin the process form beginning which not only caused loss of time as span of three months just vanished dealing with RM, but also loss of money. We have also experienced the references of the same profiles over and over again. On March 2015, I again opted for plan of Rs. 9000/- as offered, where according to the plan I was again given surety that a very diligent RM will be provided. But the same thing is happening again. RM is being changed on continuous basis and I am not provided with a suitable profile according to my criteria rather repeated profiles are being served continuously, because of which already one month time period has gone.Also, as per the offer, there has been not a single case where there was any video conference or face to face meeting organized by the RM.

(wich is used by my sister) for take an paid membership, when my sister ask her thate i m not intrested in take paid memberhip, she tolking very bad manner with her & said that why are you creat profile? And many things in a bad manner & annoyed ton.Can i ask to you, why are you have given the option for free ragistration, when your exicutive behaving like this????I am your existing customer, as i had creat a profile for my elder sister in july2013.(H4609691)on that time mr. Shekhar (mob-[protected]) called me & said i will assist u after takibg paid membership, so i had paid you INR 2290/-Rs (424/Rs for out station)from my owen cheque with cheque no-113511(hdfc bank. Date- 30/07/13). But after payment i had never receive a singal call from him till now.. thats why i am not intrested to taking paid membership.                   We paid Rs. 3, 000 for paid membership. ID - Shelza (H5337556). My account was showing paid member for a week and now it is free membership since 2 weeks. We were given attractive offers while paying and now the customer service or any other member do not respond. Could you please help

                    they gave me one offer to access profiles and their conatct numbers for 4 months in just rs 2500, the exceutive officer was not available in Yamuna nagar so were not able to pay cash then I asked online Procedure for depositing money, they said I have to pay 3000 rs, and then they will refund me 500 rs in 48 hours, I did the same, waited for 96 hours, called them back, tehy said they will return the amount in 72 hours, again waited for 96 hours and called back then they said they will return in 48 hours, , and I have not got my amount till today. I deposited 3000 on 7th March 2015.

                      We are very unhappy with the kind of services provided after paying so much money for the " assisted matrimony " We got Arun Prakash - RM who sends profiles once in 15 days and all will be irrelevant. This is after giving all our specification and I even went to the extent of sending sample profiles. Sometimes I even share my feedback for profile you send. None of the profiles you send have any close connection with that? Almost 1.5 months over and nothing has progressed. ? Then when raised a complaint tohis Manager VishnuPriya, madam didnt bother to call even once to check what was the issue. Thats how bothered you are about the customer. Why is it called assisted matrimony when there is no assistance at all? And you send me profiles as per what you like and not what we like. Like this it went for 2 months went and during the mid of my 3rd month service, assigned a new RM - Saranya. She was atleast courteous and prompt but what was the use when our 3 months subscription was over by then. So when we went back and asked we hear no response. Its like talking to deaf people & blaming each others. This is such a service and useless people at service. We wasted our time and money. Why you to cheat and deceive people for money. You called us like 100 times before getting us signed and taking the money and after that we have be behind you as beggars. Totally disappointed. You return our money back we paid. We went no where after paying you. Atleast before that we had some shortlist and you blocked all chatting options and we couldnt connect with one directly.                         Hi I'm Sophie and my profile ID is Y746319 created for my elder sister by Relationship Manager Mr.Mohsin Khan. I was getting many calls from past few months.However I was not taking it in to consideration though my sister has a minor issue in her left hand and she has an exceptional case. One day I narrated all the facts why I'm not interested in getting in to this. However, I was promised with so many things that made me think of this once again and finally I was convinced. I took the membership on Feb 19, 2015. I was also assured that I ask for a refund if I'm not satisfied with the service in the first month. Then I was strongly observing ans I was not receiving much profiles And there were other so many things that were not provided as said before. I had to fight for them for getting them. Hence, one day I got frustrated and decided to ask for the cancellation of the service. I even had a word with his manager Mr. Saurabh Berma. But I was entertained by saying that there is no such policies. Mr. Khan was so fake in committing things. The entire team is just disgusting. They have no etiquette how to deal with the customers. The manager... He does not even deserve the post...All of them are so rude and unsupportive. One suggestion for Bharat Matrimony...raise your standard. .You are nowhere in customer satisfactory list... God never escapes...he always keeps his eyes.

                          My R M is not giving me proper service, My assisted membership has been started from 9/3/2015.The term and condition of assisted membership is not properly fulfilled by the R M.My valuable money and time both are wasted.                             this the 3rd time I have renewed my membership after having very bad two experience, this time it was was mr.naved who has disturb me for one and half month for renewal and almost called me every day and promised that this time it will not happen.i found immediately after renewal of membership, since things are not working nicely I request to refund my amount as soon as possible. my daughter id h5518944 . your customer care person mr. samba said that this membership has expired, i do not know I have paid 19000 rs and mr. naved have over charged and promised to refund 7000 rs but due to finance department he is buying the time. parmar

                                I have taken assist. matrimony on December 2014, but the asst. matrimony agent Lakshmi has taken and she sent only 2 times 3 to 4 profiles and that she didn't pick my phone I tried many times to her but finally when I went matrimony office they told she dropped sir, we will start new service to you and they asst. Deepika and I got welcome call also, but she is also not giving proper response she sent repeated profiles, unmatch profiles etc., when I said to her many times don't do like this she doesn't hear my words, finally she is telling your time is over please renew your account and get services for us, still I have nearby 70 days. When I sent message to concern department I didn't get any call from them.

                                  Hi this is setu sagar, i have paid Rs.7500/- on 11.02.2015 to bharatmatrimony.com for assisted service for my sister (profile ID H5460212). Their RM mr Chander kumar ([protected]) called me several time and giving false promises lures me to paid for the service, as soon as i paid he stopped calling and said that his junior mr sanjay will handle my account. afterward mr sanjay called me next day(saturady, 12.02.2015) and tells me to confirm the mail he is sending with terms and condition. after going through the mail, i found that there were many things which were not the terms for which i have paid. i enquired mr chander on the same day and he said that i will get what i have been promised but i have to confirm the terms and condition. i refused the terms and condition on 16.02.2015 as I suspect the foul play and requested them to restore my previous paid service i.e. classic premium on bharatmatrimony and refund the money. However, even after calling so many times to customer care of bharatmatrimony[protected], [protected]) and assistedmatrimony([protected]) and also sending them emails through [protected]@assistedmatrimony.com and [protected]@bharatmatrimony.com, I didn’t got any call back or mail in this regard. Finally on 25.02.2015, I came to know through customer care of assistedmatrimony([protected]) that my account has been transferred to mr chander kumar from mr sanjay kumar, after mr kaushal mishra has talked to me and the problem is resolved. I was surprised as nobody had called me regarding anything about my complaint. I have recording of all the calls made to them after 11.02.2015, as the discrepancies started to crop up between promised and actual services. Some of them are,
                                  Mr chander kumar promised me,
                                  1. He will be the RM and the contact point.
                                  2. I will receive 4-5 profiles everyday as per my requirement
                                  3. Bharatmatrimony will return back Rs. 500/- from Rs.7500/- that I have paid
                                  4. The service will be for 105 days

                                  Bharatmatrimony Terms & condition
                                  1. Sanjay kumar is your RM
                                  2. 4-5 profiles will be shared every week
                                  3. there will be no refund
                                  4. Service will be for 90 days only/-
                                  As I feel cheated and lost trust in assisted services of Bharatmatrimony, I do not want their services and want them to immediately refund my money and restore my previous paid service as mentioned above. I am attaching emails of Mr chander kumar giving me in some of the promises.

She has forwarded me four proposal, which I rejected due to out of my criteria, again I asked please send the proposals within my criteria, she send me three proposals+one, four proposals I accepted, but she says out of three proposals, all has declined, remaining + one, this proposal was the profile of Amit Dubey, which was under consideration, but no reply received from Divya, If she is not able to handle this Assisted Matrimony, why she has been appointed as Relation Officer, Relation Officer means, she has to inform me each and every thing, On 16.02.2015, she asked me to relaxe your criteria, because, there is not more proposals of bangalore, which I preferred, I have sent the email to her two times, that we are not satisfied with your proposals, please return our money, but neither any reply received nor any call received from her. You knows Bharat Matrimony website is very big in the world, but as per your third class service to customer, we are not satisfied with your service, please return our money immediately and don't call me for this plan.
