Hii,

This is to inform you that I Sandip Patra have a paid customer of your organisation. My I'd is B1531302.
Last time when I renew my membership I have done payment through online. That time your representative told me that, " 1 months extra service automatically added if you pay now". After that I have done payment on 22 November 2015. But till now 1 month extra service not added. Last 3 days I have received call from your organisation and your representative also told me that extra service will be added. But I have not receive any confirmation from there end. So please look into this matter urgently and update the same. If 1 month not added I will go to next label complain or consumer forum.

    My name is Santhosh, I had booked matrimonial Photography service from Bharat Matrimonial, which was my biggest mistake which i had committed during my wedding. My wedding took place around 08/July/2015 and I am yet to get my album, its been almost 6 months from now. There is no one whom you could contact and get the updates they all point to one an other. They will start with a smooth service by coming to your place at the time you want and all. once u paid the amount u have to go behind them. They will fool u by saying u can pay part by part... DON'T GET FOOLED...

      I was explained about the plan and offers in a very polite manner by Miss Tejaswini. i was supposed to pay 5800 when it came to payment page instead they charged 7000. When asked about it they said sorry and they would refund back the excess amount. I spoke to Mr. Sai Prasad, he promised of getting the refund in a day or 2. Its been a month and still no call on this.

        One of the marketing executive from Bharat Matrimony got in touch with us named Arockia and he told us to go in for Till u Marry service as we were not keen on any personalized services because we already had a bad experience with shaadi.com. I told him my partner preference is very typical and fixed and i hope you have enough matches according to my preferences. I was told there are enough matches according to my criteria and was forced to make the payment.I was told by Arockia Till u Marry instead of 1 year i will be getting all this benefits just for Rs.9900 for the next 2 years from the date of activation without any additional service charges which he emailed me too and after 2 year if i want i can renew by paying 3990/- per year year.So on his trust i made the payment by card in full of Rs.9900/- and even after making the payment my membership still is not upgraded. I was also told that i will get access to view 25 ph.nos & send 20 sms on a monthly basis and i can also send unlimited personalized messages and initiate chat but that option is also not upgraded. I was also told that exclusively an service executive will be assigned for me who will help me complete my profile 100% and also helps to find an suitable life partner but i have till now got no call from the service executive. Every time i have called her she is never available. I was also told i will get Astro matches and Profile highlighter which is not activated in my membership. So much fraud and cheating was not expected out of Bharat Matrimony. I have been sending them emails and calling up continuously but i have not heard from them even once. I have told them if there were not enough profiles according to my preferences why did they not tell me before making the payment. If they do not have matching profiles they should refund my money in full immediately.

          I received a call from an employee named Tabish from Bharat Matrimony about 4 months back asking me to register myself for assisted matrimony because BM was not satisfying our search. I was given a discount for 7k. I paid 11k for the package that was available for 19k. I was given all false promises that I'll be given 5 profiles a week, who will match our requirements(that was described in detail) and will be asked to choose from it. Much to my surprise, as soon as I submitted the money, I was given a relationship manager who sent me 4 profiles and later said that she doesn't have profiles that match our requirements and if I want better profiles, i would have to register to elite matrimony because assisted matrimony doesnt have such high end profiles. I tried complaining to every individual in the company, dropped various emails but no action was taken. I was told in simple words that my money will not be refunded, the max they can do is shift me to elite matrimony and i should submit the remaining money. you think i am a fool to be fooled once by paying 11k and should additionally pay 40k to a company who has already made a fool of me?

            This is regarding the company staff from BM, who has false committed about his products and sold it and now not responding to my call. Literally he has harassed me for 2 days to pay 2500 to his site and now absconding. Can also share the mail correspondence he has sent to me, which he promised to fulfill but didn't do it.

            This is nothing but fraud and playing with human emotions, we trust this companies to support us in getting right information and contacts for bonding and they are paid for that, but unfortunately it just a game and pure unethical business.
            Very poor and pathetic services.

                I have had an association with Bharat Matrimony since August 2015 full of frustration and anguish. The company took surplus amount from me and promised to refund the amount within 2-3 days but till date I haven't received a penny. Also they didn't fulfill other commitments they made to me while I took on the membership. I have called and emailed (from associate to CEO) them so many times but to no avail. I'm having written proof of their bogus commitment and full email conversations that I had with them so far. My issues in brief : 1. Rs 1400 are to be refunded to me. Made a payment of Rs 3600 to Bharat Matrimony on Aug 13 and I was being told that I'd get 1400 back within 2-3 days. 2. Was promised the next level "Classic Advantage" package, that too for one month extra. The one month extra part was done after many follow up mails but 'Classic Advantage' was never granted to me. Matrimony Id : H5714673 After each follow up email to them, I do get calls from them that the refund process would be initiated in a day and I will have the refund amount with me within a week. Not sure why they are cheating consumers.

                  This is to update on the worst deliverable and customer service by Bharat Matrimony Photography. Never ever go for Bharat Matrimony Photography. Your function photos or videos will never be given on time & will never respond to your calls. Worst quality photography, Worst quality Video, Worst service, Worst call center. The best part is that the staffs of Bharat Matrimony itself accepting their worst service but never ready to rectify. My daughter wedding reception held on 29.08.2015 and todays date is 18.11.2015. Still we did not get our function photos & videos. We have literately fought, shouted, begged etc etc... but still thats of no use. Our humble request to never ever even try to appoint Bharat Matrimony photography for any of your functions.

                    Hi... I got married in september 2014 through bharat matrimony. And the guy Bharat Matrimony ID was P1166306 . his name is vinod suri and working in renishaw india pvt ltd in pune.he is the resident of house no- 1416, chandigarh, dmc ( daddu majra colony) sector 38 west. We have conversation with them regarding marriage and they didnt give us entire details. The guy was suffering from asthma and depression. Even he was also suffering from sexual disability. He left me with his family in chandigarh and started abusing me... And started to torture me ..he tortured me mentally a lot... I am giving these details to let the bharat matrimony to blacklist his profile.so that he cant spoil anybody's lyf..thanks

                      I have a profile ID E2527994 with a paid 3 months subscription on 27 July 2015 for AED 257.31. This evening i received a message saying that AED 319.72 has been deducted from my card as bill payment for Matrimony. I have not chosen for any auto renewal option and hence refund the amount deducted from my account this evening. Also shown the receipt details of initial subscription for reference. I have a profile ID E2527994 with a paid 3 months subscription on 27 July 2015 for AED 257.31. This evening i received a message saying that AED 319.72 has been deducted from my card as bill payment for Matrimony. I have not chosen for any auto renewal option and hence refund the amount deducted from my account this evening.

                        Respected sir I am a bonafide member of your bharat matrimony for the last 4-5 years I have renewed the membership also more than 4 occasions but no responses received till today. Further I do not understand that when the paid membership is expires then only interests from members( registered) receives in my profile how does it happens ? I think this is a business strategy. this has happened with me for 2/3 occasions. thanks r k bhusane

                          I would say Bharat matrimony photography service is worst. They do not keep up the promise they will say that all cost includes everything but right from the wedding until post wedding shoot they will create some confusion. There is no understanding between the employees working in Bharat Matrimony. They are useless fit for nothing. Its gone be 8 months since my album is yet to be delivered and i would have selected my pics and have shared my thumb drive for 4-5 times still they tend to miss. Irresponsible, no quality in the work no basic checks nothing. The following are the members who i spoke and of no use. Ganesh - Sales Basheer - Head Surendhar Balaji - Operations Rajesh I have a filed a case in consumer court against them and they will face the consequences.

                            I registered my sister, s profile on bharat matrimony, after registeration i got many calls for paid member finally i paid after talking their one of member about extra discount, she told me that i have to pay only 2500 for three months and i will get benefits of classic advantage, so i paid from side price was showing in my profile 2500 bt as i did payment the miney that is deducted from my account was 4399, i got worried and talked about this to their representative she assured me tht my money will refund within two to three day bt today it passed ten days still i did not receive my money, today i talked to her seniir mr.rakesh chawla he assured me to refund this week lets see wat will happen bt really i got very much irritated, very pathetic service, before payment i used to call 4 to 5 times in a day but after payment not a single call i recieved from their end.

                            Not resolved till now.i called the member whose name is reena singh for my refund bcoz i paid bcoz of her words only.but she failed to resolve my problem so she gave me her senior number today .

                              Fraud profile

                              Recently got to know abt one fake profile. His profile id is G1232341, he is saying him self Dr. Mukesh Chhotalal working with the United Nations Peacekeeping Force presently posted in Kabul. I was having doubt so I asked him to come on skype to do video chat and he denied as I thought, because skype shows current location and time of a person. Then by some tools I tracked his location and found that he is from Nigeria. I am attaching here...

                              Ram Patil - Manager Bangalore . He was the first one to contact . Mob. [protected]. Relationship manager - Noorjahan - . Ram Patil first promised that they would contact the prospect and the get all the details from them and then provide it to us . Then he has also said that unlimited no of profiles will be sent to you every week. He also said we can take unlimited numbers from the profile for 3 months . After all this we made immediate payment and got the receipt . After the payment they made a person called noorjahan our relationship manager . Now they say we cannot take numbers directly even after paying 13000 for 3 months which is very expensive . We paid that amount expecting good service . They will provide us only 3 profile every weel . That is only 36 profiles for 3 months . That is Rs 360 for every profile which is Looting . All these information was not provided by Bharat Matrimony, Now they themselves our saying some one would have cheated you. This our rules and we cannot break it . The whole Assisted matrimony is a scam where they dont talk to profiles that we want. They just send us random profile . The relationship manager doesnt even work they talk very rudely and do not provide the information and help we need . They do not send a proper receipt for payment just an online acknowledgement payment confirmation . The manager Ram Patil does not even pick up his call after the payment . The whole website is non transparent and they fool parents who don't use technology efficiently . Its 15 days since we have paid and not any help provided . They only keep giving execuses or just hang up the call . We need to cancel this membership . They can take the money for 15 days o[censored]sage and transfer the rest . Person like Ram Patil sits in one office and cheats customers like us . Never Thot Bharat Matrimony will Cheat people like this with such inefficient staff who only in making money .                                 Name: Vaibhav Agarwa Profile Id: H5688477 I was sold "Assisted Matrimony" package by multiple commitments given by Sales Team. This is one of the premium packages of this website, hence I expected the promised services to be delivered to me. But I have regretted my decision of enrolling in this. Multiple reasons are: 1. Sales Team made false commitments, actual services are not same 2. Relation Manager has not been able to arrange a single meeting with prospect parties 3. The relationship manager is not even aware of the functionalities of thier website 4. Search filters are not working and even multiple complaints have not helped. 5. I have even mailed to the CEO, Still no action is taken. 6. Team at twitter promised me a refund which has not been processed for 15 days now.

                                  Hi, I have a complaint regarding your Sales Staff 'Rahul'. He had been in contact with me since past couple of days. I am running a business in Gurgaon and our talks were regarding annual contract with Bharat Matrimony for my business promotion. Our talks were almost on the verge of finalizing, when he called me today. Due to some budgeting issue at my end, I suggested him to postpone this plan as of now. For which he started scolding me and cursing my business. Also, was using abusive language with me. I am highly surprised, how come Bharat Matrimony, being such a prestigious company, can allow their sales executive to misbehave in such a manner to their clients. It was highly disappointing, that he was actually cursing all the enterpreneurs and was using the language like 'mera baap bhi businessman hai'. 'aap jaisa insaan kabhi business mein successful nahi ho sakta'. I am actually feeling today to file a case against you, but it's just that I had used your services once, and my successful marriage was a result of your platform. And I really admire Bharat Matrmony for their services. So, I am just writing in your platform and will see the action from your end. But one point is, after today's experience, my view point for Bharat Matrimony has totally changed. Looking forward for your quick action on this matter. -Radhika

To be frank am getting only useless service from your end. If you cannnot give proper service atleast refund our money. we will take care or if possible appoint some experienced person for assistance and get back to us. with regards, vijay b anand

                                    We chose Assisted Matrimony in the month of July by paying Rs.10, 000/-but unfortunately it was a very very poor service and i don't have anything to rate. If there is any rating below zero i wld preferably go for that. I feel this service is only for cheating people only for money. a the time of collecting the amount the executive was very prompt to come on the same day but after that I had to fight for nearly one month out of 3 months validity as the RM (Mary Varghese) did not not even respond and never sent shortlisted profiles. After a long fight our RM was replaced by a new RM(Anju) but that also in vain. she never told us about the response from the other prospects. We had to spend a lot of time a & energy. And now the period was over on October 3rd and not a single proper case she could deliver to us. It was a useless service. If you cannot assist properly atleast refund our money. We have not planted any money plant for easy payment to you'll.

                                    I will suggest to close this service and instead of cheating people. Matrimony id e2934480. I will try my level best and suggest people not to avail this service. I have already started suggesting people. Very Very Very VEry Very Very Very Very Very Very VEry VEry VEry Very Very Very VEry VEry Very VEry poor poor poor poor poor poor. below average. Note to customers who read this complaint - please don't avail this service.

                                      We had paid Rs 8990 for a till u marry package in Iyer matrimony.Later they offered a twin package on Bharat and Iyer matrimony costing Rs 12900.We told them since we had already paid Rs 8900 we will pay the balance of Rs 4000.They said it was not possible to do on the system and told us to pay the entire amount of 12900 and they will refund rs8900 to our bank account.We did so on august 19 and they had promised to refund immediately but they have not done so and now stopped replying to our mails and don't give any answer on the phone.We have all the emails of the transaction with us.

                                      I can't understand the reason for this delay and ur reluctance in refunding customers hard earned money.I have already sent u numerous mails giving my details and had also sent my courier address for sending the cheque as per ur mail and u have neither acknowledged this mail nor replied to any of my mails.

                                      These r a bunch of sadistic thieves waiting to cash in on the sentiments and beliefs of common man.They are nothing short of pickpockets or day light robbers or chain snatchers.They are only doing in another form.See their response to this complaint.They just ask u some details and after u reply there is no news from them.We had anticipated this and are fully prepared for legal action .Today iam going public now with Facebook.Iam about to post my problem.
