Dear Sir/Madam,

This is With Reference to My Gas Connection No: 015933 lying with Alok Gas Agency, Najafgarh, Delhi Phone:[protected].
I had booked gas cylinder on dated 26th. May 2008 By Phone and Again booked By 30Th May. 2008 by visiting the Alok Gas service Center.

But Till date The cylinder is not Delivered by the gas agency.
They Always Saying That Next Day I will...

As per rule LPG cylinder booking to be done after 21 days of last dilivery, but after booking we are recieving gas cylinder...

Hi,

Can anyone help me on the said subject, i.e. I have seen a Hotel in Bangalore using many LPG cylinders (which is not for commercial use) without having any legal documents or permission. They are using all which has Govt. subsidy. So please advice where can I lodge a complaint against this issue.

We belong to Palakkad District of Kerala state, but my sister has shifted to Erode, TamilNadu for Job. She is a Bank employee and while she was at Kannur, Kerala, she got an LPG connection from HPCL and got it transferred to Erode on her transfer. We got it registered with the local HPCL dealer and so far we don't have any problem in refilling/replacing of cyllinders. Now a days, the agency says, it will be difficult...

Dear sir/madom,

I have transferred my Bharat gas connection MUMBAI To PUNE.
During transfer two female Officers has not refunded my 1000 approx.
They told me you will get 1000 Rs. from Pune Office, But Pune officers told me only Mumbai Officers will refund your amount.

I am very much surprised from your service.

Respected Sir/Mam,
I would like to inform you that i have complaint about the Bharat Gas District Balrampur.Sir when i want to take a gas of price 299rs then they make a mendatory condition that you have to take Double Dimond or other tea.They always take another charges of tea of 18 rs(total=317).When we try to ask i dont want to teke packet of tea..then they told me you dont get the Gas Cylinder when you not buy the tea packet...

I had booked my refill for domestic LPG on the 3 rd of May 2008. The consumer number being M 7202.The person from Hindustan Gas agency, 4E First Main Road, Kasturibanagar, Chennai-600 020, took my consumer number and gave me the booking number as 1084 and informed me that the gas cylinder would be delivered in 2 days time. On the 5th of May I called them again asking them why it was not delivered, when they told me it would be delivered definitely...

I stay in Vaishali. I am serviced by Vishnu Jyoti Gas Service. It is very dissapointing and disheartening to notice that te cylinder that is given to us does not have the mentioned volume of LPG. Infact this problem has cropped up ever since the company has stopped consumers from directly taking gas from its godown. I have even offered the company to charge cartage from me and allow me to take the cylinder from the godown...

We are having LPG connection from Bharat Petroleum through BALAJI GAS AGENCIES, ARASARADI, MADURAI. Now i have applied for an additional LPG CYLINDER but the Agency is demanding to purchase Kitchen items in their show room for Rs.1500/-, then only they will give ADDITIONAL LPG CYLINDER for us.

This is not right to compell the consumer to purchase for Rs.1500 just for booking an ADDITIONAL LPG CYLINDER.br...

I am a resident of saltlake Kolkata. my name is mayank sharma. my BHARAT GAS consumer card no. is 20013 at ur distributor in salt lake. i booked my gas on 31/03/08. and they did not deliver it.after that on 23/04/08 i have gone to them. they gave me a mobile number to call and after that i called this man he gave me delivery on 24th morning. and asked for 400 rupees.
where normal rate is 320 rs. its the clear...

After my marriage on 24-11-07 I shifted to 44 Shalimar Bagh, Ajmer Road Jaipur. I had contacted your LPG Gas Dealer MS Gulab Gas Agency, Shop No. 91-92, Guru Jambeshwar Nagar, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur in month of December 07 and submitted documents as suggested by your company agency
