Dear sir my name is Gaurav Kumar,i am indian citizen from punjab,ludhiana,I Have Connection With your dealer is (Simran Gas Service, Near Punjab National Bank, Basti Jodewal,Rahon Road, Ludhiana.I submit my complant against your dealer about poor very poor service and talking behaviour with coustmernot very bad and unsatisfied,(2) They Are showing shortage all time in godown.3) They are not giving Rs.8/- Rebate on ex Godown Pick on self service....

I AM A BHARAT GAS CONSUMER SINCE 2003. RECENTLY I CHANGED MY HOUSE TO SALIGRAMAM ARCOT ROAD CHENNAI. THESE AREA CONROLLED BY COCO DISTRIBUTORS BEHALF OF BHARAT GAS. My consumer number is 17036. Since the phone numbers of the distributor 'GASJET' are not working, I had booked from ebharatgas.com on 29.01.2008 (ref no. 251477). When I enquired in person with the agency about the delay, I was informed that online booking is not considered and hence stands invalid. They logged a booking today (13.02.2008) and will deliver it after 18 days! We are gas less from yesterday. We even called the Kolkata...

My consumer no. is 24042. I was trying to book the gas today i.e.13.02.2008 from my dealer at CR Park, New Delhi. To my surprise I was told that my connection has been blocked as I have not booked any gas in lat 124 days and now I will have to give an application along with copy initial connection paper.

This is very ridiculous policy. If in a family there are only two members and both working and also having two cylinders...

i live in sector 8 faridabad.our bharatgas agency dealer,adlakha gas agency is in sector 9.the agency has 3 phone nos for costumers .each of them is inengaged mode whenever we try for booking gas.after hours of trying if anumber gets connected by chance,it is not attended.if you are very lucky and you are able to book your cylinder,then no delivery is made even after 10 days.this time also i booked cylinder 10 days ago but ihave not got the...

Milind Gas Service agency, Milind Market, Keshopur Vilage, New Delhi who have been appointed by Bharat Gas
1. is not supplying the gas cylinders on time,
2. giving false pretexts of short supply of gas cylinders,
3. its staff is misbehaving with customers who come to book their orders.
4. Normally they keep their telephone lines busy to avoid the customers

Our consumer number is 219 and we are registered to get the supply of cooking gas from Milind Gas Serveice, Milind market, Keshopur Village, Vikas Puri from the last 25 years. Last gas cylinder was supplied to us on 3rd Jan,08. We wanted to book another cylinder but the request was refused to register three times. On 28th Jan,08 the supply was again refused and the staff of Milind Gas Serveice was treating customers very disgracefully. ...

This complaint is about Bharat Petroleum Petrol pump (Company owned company operated RO) Pump in No.94, Velachery main road, Guindi, Chennai - 600032.

Staff of this pump cheat customer by engaging them in talks like credit card payment. While talking and asking about how much petrol you need (example Rs. 500)

I am consumer of Indian Oil since 14th March 1983 and my LPG connection is 5406. I was rented when i had gone through with LPG facility and on 1st July i was shifted to my own home (117/Q/22 L.I.C. society Sharda Nagar, kanpur) and countinously i as getting gass services from Sat Sai Gas Services (shop No. 3, Lakhanpur, Gumti No. 11)
I booked my gass on 10th September 2007 but there was no delivery till 15th september 2007, on confirmation...

I face very poor response from Mahalakshmi Enterprises (Bharath Gas Distributors )No-2153, 2nd cross, 17th Main HAL 2nd Stage, Bangalore[protected]tel no:[protected], 25274252,[protected] every time I try to do a cylinder booking. First of all their phone line is all the time busy. It seems like they keep the phone off the hook. The staff at Sree Munusamy Gas Agency, velachery are not responding properly. If call the them then reply comes that come directly, we need to take off and go there by person. If we ask something from them right way the answer is "statements like avoiding us". They are not ready to solve or take actions, just through some words. They are not noting our customer code and giving priority. Simply saying that come next week,...

Respected Sir/Madam,

Whenever I book my gas I have to go through a lot of problems. For booking the gas, the number of the gas dealer is never available. Try the whole day, you will never hear the phone ringing, instead I think they have put off the receiver from the phone so that nobody will call them. This is a great harrassment. I have booked my cylinder on 24.1.2008 from the phone number which is kept inside the room...
