I, d. Ravi kumar herewith submitting a complaint about slow internet speed. I do have bsnl broadband combo plane from two years with phone no.[protected] and still last month i have good enough speed of about 150 to 200kbps.

But from last month my internet speed fallen drastically to 10 to 20kbps. Even after complaint, the line man unable to rectify it and we are very unhappy with this speed and will terminate my connection...
