I am Subham Biswas from Kharagpur West Bengal. Modem- dlink 2750u.My BSNL BROADBAND connection is not working. Past 1 month its not getting connected to internet. Before it used to connect. But bill is paid every month. People of Bsnl doesn't cooperate with customers. This is irritating. Bills are paid timely. But no net connectivity. Please assure me consumer forum. I am regular customer of bsnl cellone since 2006 . I bought the prepaid sim in 2006 ([protected]) . Initially the services were good but now from the last 6 months the services are getting worse day by day. Noise are always coming in the background so hearing quality is reduced. Sometimes when we try to call another person the network is gone for about 1 minute. So we have to wait for the network to come. So all emergency purpose is failed....

Dear Sir, On 27.08.2015 I made online bill payment for my land line phone for Rs.1187/- through my HDFC Credit card. This is happening since the last 2 days. When I'm browsing, the ISP randomly directs me to their promotional email service http://mail.bsnl.in/ . This makes the web browser lose the URL I intended to visit which in turn hampers my productivity during work time. I believe it also violates the NetNeutrality principles....
