I made a complain on 06.09.2017. Your id no 1696579. For refund of money against cesc bill payment which is lying in your office. It's one months past no action has been taken from your end. You have referred the case to indialdeas.com. But sorry to inform you that no action has been taken from their end. On 4/10/2017 i paid my hdfc credit card bill amount rs.9069.72 through bill desk from my canara bank account but during transaction error occurred and displayed transaction failed. But amount got debited from my canara bank account. I called hdfc bank they told amount will be reflected after 3 days oly. I need to know whether my amount got credited. Or if it is not then i want my amount back to canara bank....
