Sir i had book a jio phone from jio.com on 24 august and my payment i deducted from my debit card and i have also got a trasaction number of that payment which is 'sbipg jt[protected]reliancejio mumbai'.. From 24 august evening til now i have tried all the things call them many times, mail many times and they said your issue will resolve i 48 hours, 24 hours but its almost 6 days but my issue is not yet resolved.. Kindly help me with that...

On 24.08.2017, through internet banking, i paid rs. 500/- (Five hundred) towards reliance jio.

Amount is deducted from my account # sb.ac #[protected], but it is describing transaction has declined due to server problem, but till date amount is not credited to my account, please solve this problem and help me in this regard.

And jio phone booking was debited balance through online transaction... But
Massage was not come to my mobile at another network... And no transaction and order no. Show on my number...

jio phone pre booking

While booking for jio phone through my jio app on 24th august 2017 at 7:38 pm amount i. E rupees 500 got deducted from my paytm wallet but the payment gateway page showed transaction error. Till now i had neitherneither received any transaction confirmation message from jio on my mobile number or my jio app nor refund of rupees 500. Please look into this matter.

I have done recharge on 22nd august on my airtel number via billdesk. But i did not received the balance in my mumber while the amount was debited from my sbi account. Its been so many days yet i have not got that amount back. My transaction ref no igabwkygu6 for rs.198.0 on 22-aug-17 09:26. I want my amount back. Why company is doing such fraud?? Please inquire about the problem occured and let me know....

transaction completed, money deducted. but didn't get confirmation for jio phone.

I was doing a transaction for jio phone through their app. But after i paid for the jio phone my money got deducted. But i didn't receive any confirmation message.

Jio are asking me to wait for some time, but i want to know if my transacation completed or not. Kindly refund my money pls. It's a request. Please

online transaction failure via billdesk

On 21.08.2017 online transaction (Amount
Rs. 7500) via billdesk failed. The transaction was done by my sbi debit card. The receipent was iiest. The error message was"iiest could not be connected". But that amount was deducted from my sbi savings account corresponding to that debit card. Till now that amount has not been refunded to my sbi savings account....

On 24th august 2017 i was trying to make payment for jio phone online booking, while making a transaction (Cheque/ref no :[protected] it shows that transaction has been failed but after some time billdesk has been deducted rs.500 from my hdfc account.
I have not received any information regarding the refund of money either by the billdesk or by the jio.
