cbse ugc net payment error show time of transaction

Sir i had made payment 1000 for cbse ugc net 2017 on 2-sep-2017 when i am on billdesk payment page i fill my details and proceed next my amount is debited and in my pc an error shown the time of transaction is 20:33:18 on 02-sep-2017. I had tried to call your delhi customer care but it is out of service. I had also call cbse care but it also failed. Sir please help me...

money deducted from bank account but transaction failed.

Have booked jio phone via my jio app and paid rs.500/- through sbi net banking. Received transaction id (FV00000i6SA8) from jiophone followed with message "transaction failed". But money has been deducted (500 rupees) from my bank account. Till today i haven't get any confirmation message from jio.
In reply to my queries Reliance Jiophone has confirmed that they have not received any amount of money from this transaction.

pbe10002 error

I am trying to make an online transaction but it is giving some error again and again. The err code is 'pbe10002'. I tried through 2 different pnb accounts, the err is same. Plz suggest a suitable solution.
All the details are correct. I checked 5-6 times. Still giving the same err.
Is it specfic to pnb or does it give the same error for other banks?...

Today i was going to pay my electricity bill in wbsedcl through billdesk with "central bank of india" debit card at 8: pm. After proceeed for payment a page was come which shows "505 not found". So my payment became unsuccessful but my account is debited.

I had made a payment of electricity bill to jvvnl via icici netbanking on 3rd september 2017.

The amount 10, 996 was debited from my account but was declined at the receiver's end. I did not get my refund till now.

While booking jio phone from my phone number [protected] money was deducted from debit card but transaction id or booking id not provided. Kindly look into the issue and resolve it. Heard similar complaints on your company it may halt your growth if you continue to steal money from your customers. If you are not able to bear this much heavy load of work don't take these orders...

Transaction no. Inb/[protected]. Amount deducted from account, but bill is not adjusted in pspcl.& receipt is not generated.
So, please resolve the issue &send a receipt for this bill.

Iam t praveen kumar and i am tried to book two jio phones, but transaction was failed while booking reliance jio phone but payment was debited from my icici bank account through net banking. After completed payment, i get transaction failed message and transaction id was given on screen,

I made a transaction of rs.7000/- through corporation bank to pay hsbc c/c payment on 31/08/17 on 13:55:32 pm from bill desk. Payment from my corporation bank is debited but bill desk shows me transaction failure acknowledgement. My transaction refrenece no is jcrp[protected]. not credited to jntuh - rs.1105/- was spent on my debit card no.6070661628022585 on 17-08-2017 at 9-39 am.

I have applied an application through online to jntuh for getting the ph. D degree certificate. I have paid the amount of rs.1100/- through online for this application using my debit card no.[protected] on[protected] at 9-39am. The rs.1105/- was deducted from my uco bank account. I didn't receive any reply from jntuh. I have contacted the jntuh official, they told that they have not received any money from my account....
