I paid jio phone registration charge but my registration is fail and my balance is deduct from my paytm account so plz resolve my problem. I totally complete the registration process but lastly it will be failed and my balance is also deduct from my account. This make me very uncomfortable. So i request you plz understand my problem and take a decision to resolving the problem.

      DEAR SIR,
      I am Sukhvinder Singh and my issue is a transaction was failed while booking RELIANCE JIO PHONE but payment was debited through UPI Payment, Upi transaction successful and upi transaction id was given on screen,

      but after payment it show internel error and after refreshing the page it again ask for payment and i didn't get any message from RELIANCE JIO
      so kindly solve my problem sir

                                I had recharged my jio no. Through 'www.jio.com/Jio/portal' using paytm option. I m prime member so i recharged for 399/- but yet now didn't received that amount on my jio no. 399 /- has been paid to billdeskutil but my jio no. Didn't got any recharge I contacted paytm customer care but they said payment done to billdeskutil so please resolve this problem

                                        Jio recharge payment not received
                                        I paid rs.1197 for my 3 jio numbers through jio app to ([protected]@icici) using [protected]@icici on 16th aug 2017. The reference id is upi/[protected]/[protected]@icici. But the amount is not credited my jio recharge

                                        I immediately called jio customer care. They mentioned that they have not received any money. Where is the money then?
                                        Is jio cheating or billdesk?
