We have made a payment to bookmy bai for assisting us in securing a maid, however the maids provided to us have had no experience or even capable of the very job assigned, some don't even know Hindi, all this despite offering Rs. 20, 000/- per month per maid. They asked us to keep them for trial period at Rs. 16, 000 per month. Their maids have conveniently left us in a few days stating they don't wish to work here & now the company phones...

Maid service

The service and the maids that BookMyBai provides is really bad. They do not respond well.
Also the maids provided by them are not good. They have caused us a lot of inconvenience. In one month we we changed 3 maids. Everyone had some or the other problem. And the between the time next maid was made available already 2 days had gone. Also always for any problem I had to call, never was the call received by them even after telling them...

Fraud company

This bookmybai.com is total fraud. i paid for the express service an amount of rs 1000, in which they promise to call within 1 hours. nobody called. and when i called their rep anil - [protected], this person was extremely rude and ungracious. i asked for my refund back on which he said send your account details. when i went back to the site, there was no customer care number to talk to. i had to call this person back and again when he dismissed...

Very good communication in 2015. We had a list of 3 potential matches to our requirements. Selected the first candidate that we interviewed. Paid 15k per month which based on my market...

Unreliable maids and poor customer service

We are still a customer of Bookmybai. Our initial experience with the company was really good. Even the maid we got was good. We had got a full time babysitter, hence her payment was high, so was the fees paid to the agency (1 month salary of maid). But in less than 3 months, our maid left and said she cannot join back (not even 1 day notice). We tried convincing her as we both (husband wife) are working full time, it was difficult to manage...

This agency is a cheater and NO ONE SHOULD TAKE THEIR SERVICE. Absolutely waste of time, unqualified maids and big promises. I have used services of 2-3 agencies before and they were much better than this option. I felt I paid for maid that doesn't help and their team could not resolve basic questions. Be careful when you go to them....
