I had incorrect products delivered. Instead of picking the product and providing me refund, I was given partial refund stating the delivered product was of this price so we are refunding the remaining amount. I have requested multiple times to pick the product as I am allergic to those which were delivered and they can pick them and provide me refund. After contacting merchant they said they had given order to delivery guy without his confirmation, the delivery guy who picked up order didn't even confirmed order still that merchant gave order to him. I was called by a caller who claimed to be the icici bank employee and he said that annual charges on my credit card is applied so he will help me reverse it. I ordered food in ondc (Paytm), . I choose UPI as my payment method. I paid. It was successful but Order not placed. Again I ordered, After payment the order was placed. I was happened on 12-July-2023.

Same Happened today 14-July-2023

No Support from Paytm, Whie raising support ticket it shows failed. Try again later after entering my mail Id and Name:
