I purchased Ola electric scooter Ola S1 Pro in the month of February, 2022 with full and final payment. Suddenly, at the time of delivery, company is saying that price of scooter is something else and not on what I booked. Have mail communications with customer care of the company.
I asked them to either deliver my scooter or refund my money with interest. They are not reverting to the mail....

I received my Ola S1 scooter at 30th March 2022. At the time of delivery, I tried the helmet and it was not fitting properly. The helmet was of kid's size. I raised the issue then and there with Ola supervisor and she told that she can't do anything and directed to contact support team through mail. I contact them on that day itself from till that time it's more then 3 months and I haven't received and updates till now. I paid extra bucks...

I have been consistently asking for my receipt for payment made by me of RS 37852.00 on 25/05/2022.
By the mail you have acknowledged as rs 20000/- (twenty thousand only) and the money paid was rs37852.My earlier emails TO THEM 6 TIMES in this regards is UNREPLIED.
I fail to understand why they are not issuing proper money receipt for the advance paid which is my right and demanding full payment without acknowledging...

I am based in Bangalore. I purchased the ola electric S1 pro e scooter. Initially i was very excited about the purchase till we encountered our first problem. One fine morning about 5 days back I could not get the handle to unlock even after putting the passcode correctly.
It was then I understood that the worst of this e scooter is its service support. Their stupid policy of not having service centers means dependent on few employees...

Please note that the battery is not at all giving the promised KMs, in a full charge in a normal mode S1 pro is running only 65-70 kms. I have raised the issue before as well and there had been no great response from your end.
if OLA cannot fix it I would request them to take back the bike and refund me my hard earned money.
A better resolution is expected if you were to charge 1.5 lakh rupees for this bike....

I have order ola on Feb 2022 with advance amount of 500 rs. On April 2022 cancelled it cause scooter had issues. As per the norms it should be credited in 5 to 7 days. But they didn't till date i.e. June 27 2022. Pathetic service....

I have cancelled my ola s1 pro booking on march 30 2022. Refund was initiated on the same day . I have paid an amount of 20499 RS, out of which I have only received 499 to my account. I have contacted customer care and have received poor support regarding the same .

I received vehicle on 4th May 2022, the display got blank on 20th May 7:00PM. They took the vehicle to workshop on 22nd May. Still the vehicle is under service with them.
Some one from OLA called me on 23rd and said that the battery got dead.
I rode hardly for 200KM, and the vehicle battery is gone. They are passing days with service so that they complete the warranty period without actual service....

power drop
noise from motor
faulty suspension front and back

It was stopped on road with display problem
And I'm waited on road 1 pm to 8 pm
And called ola customer service every 30 minutes they are telling in 30 minutes we will send technician but not sent
Finally after 8 pm i have booked porter auto to take the scooter to my home

I have raised a complaint about my OLA electric that there is a sudden drop of charge from 40% to 0 % and its breakdown in the middle on the highway. 4 weeks back only raise the complaint as of now issue is not solved, If I want to contact the customer care at least it will take 30 to 40 minutes will waste the time to pick the call itself after that also there is no use to talk to them they give the same recorded answer (we are working on...

My tool kit has been missing since the day the vehicle has been delivered.local delivery guy had promised me to get it by next day but till today no response from him nor he is picking my phone.several mails also have been droped regarding the same.but no use. i also got to know that delivery proof has not been submitted to the company by the local delivery guy. i am fed up of this customer service...

Bike dead since Friday 29 Apr 2022 -- till today -- no pick up or attending tech available to sort the issue -- realy frustrated -- OLA product is a DUD without proper service back up --- multiple calls placed to service call centre -- been given multiple deadlines for service pick up however all have been just promises... need someone higher up to take this matter seriously if OLA needs to be taken as a secure investment

My Ola Scooter got breakdown in midnight 1.00AM and after complaining they arrange a pickup of the vehicle to my place, but later on it didn't started so again i had to complain and it's been 2/3 days i am trying to contact them via call email but no response.
I need a refund for the vehicle, it is just lying in the parking lot no response from the customer care....

I had booked the ola scooter last month and got it delivered last week. Since then was exploring the vehicle when i met with this unexpected accident. Stopped the vehicle and applied the side stand so the vehicle turned off. I got off the vehicle and just when i turned i heard sound of scooter falling. I was shocked to see my vehicle lying on ground. The side stand is so cheaply design that it could not withstand its own weight and fell....
