I paid an amount of Rs 2080 via google pay for my zara order purchased online
The money has been deducted from my account but it still shows payment pending on the zara app
When will I get my refund back for the same

I made payment on Sep 14, for a Zara order. Amount has been debited to Citrus Solutions Pvt ltd, but my Zara order got canceled as they said there was payment pending. I somehow hope you can solve this issue and give me the refund as soon as possible.

I placed an order on the zara app on 9th sept 2021 and completed the payment through UPI for ₹3580. The amount got debited from my acct and the payment was received by Citrus Solutions Pvt Ltd but on Zara app payment wasn’t done so I cancelled the order . Kindly refund at the earliest.

I made a payment through UPI for Zara clothing. Money has been deducted from my end and not refected on the zara app.

I went to Zara at DLF mall of India Noida on August 30th and tried to pay my bill via Paytm UPI.
The cashier got the QR code on the card machine and I paid my bill.

The amount was deducted from my Paytm bank account but the receipt wasn't generated.
The cashier told me that Zara didn't received the payment hence the receipt wasn't generated. He told me that my money will be automatically refunded within 48hrs.

I patiently waited for 2 days but got no refund.
Then I called the same Zara store and told me that they can't do anything about the situation and I need to go to the bank and follow a proper procedure to track the money and get it back.

As of now, people at Zara are just chilling whereas I neither have the money nor the clothes. Now I got to go to the bank just to get my money back.
I find this very absurd.
If anything, the cashier should have told me not to use Paytm UPI and saved me from this hassle.

I tried to see if I can get any help from Paytm but they say only the merchant can help me.

I hope to get a refund asap but am very uncertain about how much time it's going to take.

Hi i ordered a product through zara via upi, the payment went through to citrus pay but the order did not get accepted by Zara, on my google pay app i am able to see the money being transferred to citrus pay and it has been deducted from my bank account as well

I tried to place an order of Rs.7380 on zara through UPI on 25/08/21 but the amount got debited and then on the gateway showed failed and the order displayed as pending but the amount is debited and then later I placed the order with cod mode. So I am looking to get my refund and I have done 2 complaint so far on your site but I haven’t received any response

I placed an order at zara online at 19th August, 2021 and had opted for payment via upi. Then i did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway. I did the transaction and the money was debited from my account and zara had not received the payment and the order got cancelled.
I haven’t been initiated a refund.

Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest.

I have not received my refund yet.
It has been 8 months that I'm trying to contact Zara for refund initiation. They asked me to check with citrus payments.
I have checked with my bank as well for the refund. They have not received any refund with respect to my order sum: Rs. 1790.

Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I placed an order for a perfume worth ₹1280 today, i.e. 10 August 2021. I made payment via UPI (google pay) and the amount has been deducted but on zara app it shows that the payment is pending. I tried to cancel the order and it has been cancelled. I want refund. When will the refund be credited in my account?

I placed an order on zara and completed the payment via UPI (google pay). The order hasn’t been placed as it says pending payment but the amount ₹1, 280 has been deducted from my account. I cancelled the order and received a mail regarding it.
