Order Cancelled Amount Debited
I was placing an order on zara india online and had opted for payment via upi.
I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction via [protected]@axisbank and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending
I haven’t been initiated a refund.
Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest.

On 21.05.2021 I tried to make a payment on Zara through UPI, it was just payment of 3040₹, money from my account was deducted but the status of my order on zara was pending and it eventually got canceled.
Please help me with the refund/ cashback as soon as possible.

I order from zara online, i try to pay from UPI it got cancel due to network problem then i got code on text message and link to paid the payment through google pay then i paid through link in google pay.. but i did not get any confirmation mail or message and now zara cancel my order but amount was debited from my account.. make refund as soon as possible

I was placing an order on Zara India online on 5th May 2021 and had opted for payment via UPI (google pay)but the amount is debited from my account but it was not processed further to my order. Zara cancelled the payment from their site as it keep pending and I have paid my payment through UPI (citrus solution pvt ltd Zara )

I was placing an order in zara website, proceeded to the payment page, chose to pay through upi ( phonepay) Amount has been deducted but the transaction has failed and hence zara has cancelled my order.
Kindly issue the refund as soon as possible.

I was placing an order on zara india and opted to pay through upi payment mode, for which i use phonepe. Zara uses citrus payment gateway to which i paid the sum and money was deducted but as soon as i was redirected to the app, it showed payment error.
It's very much inconvenient to run after your hard owned money like this from one email to another. Kindly address my grievance and refund. I can provide bank statement and phone pe transaction id one to one.

I placed an order today 20th March 2021 and while making the UPI payment, I was led to the respective page and after the UPI payment on the paytm app, the amount got deducted from my bank account and got the text message of the same but on the app the message popped up saying payment processing failed and in the app the order under my orders appears to have payment pending against it. Request you to refund the amount

Money Debited without received by Zara
I was conducting a online transaction for zara using upi for citrus solutions, after doing the payment it showed the payment done and debited from my axis bank account, but later on I received an email which said the purchase was cancelled as the money wasn't received by zara, please see to it that my money is refunded as soon as possible. Below is the screenshot of the transition.

Amount got debited and still showed payment pending
I ordered on[protected] from zara and paid through upi payment mode and it got to directly to the citrus payment window and paid through that and the amount got deducted from my account but at the zara website it was showing that my payment is pending and after some time my order got cancelled because of exceed of payment time. Kindly refund my money back asap!

I ordered from zara on[protected] and i paid through upi and it got to me to citrus gateway then i paid through my paytm upi and the amount did got debited from my site but at zara they didn't received the money and it was showing pending payment. Kindly resolve this problem asap or refund my money back into my account!

Product(shoes) unsuitable for long time wear

I bought a Zara shoes from zara online website. After receiving the product I tried and felt good, so, next day I wore them to office but after wearing for 4-5 hours the shoe started to give irritation at feet and also the sole is too hard to feel. I asked Zara to consider my return but after consulting them for almost 8-10 times they said they can't consider the product as per their rule list. But the item is definitely unsuitable to wear for long time and they did nothing about this.
