Hi there,
I made payment for my order on Zara app (20 December 2020), via UPI. The money from my account has been deducted but order was still not placed. The status shows pending payment. Please either refund my money or add it to the order.

Payment not going through for the order

I was placing an order at zara india online on 26th November and had opted for payment via upi.
I chose google pay for the payment for which zara had used the citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction and money got debited from my account but zara did not receive the amount due to which my order couldn’t get completed using the above payment method.
I still haven’t received a refund.
Kindly look into the matter and complete my refund.

I purchased some clothes on Zara . I ordered it on 19 oct and got delivery on 23 oct and after few days I raised a request for return. And the items were picked up but it’s been 20 days but I still didn’t get a refund . My order number is [protected] . Please reply as soon as possible!

I was placing an order on zara india online on 6th November 2020 and had opted for payment via upi.
I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction via [protected]@ucobank and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending
I haven’t been initiated a refund.
Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest.

Complaint of non delivery of product that I ordered twice!
Hey!! I ordered a Jacket and a black shirt twice from Zara but both the times it was showing dispatched but yet yet I haven't received it!! I did the payment i.e. it was prepaid, after all this I haven't received my money back nor the parcel!!! Kindly look into the matter it was around 8k!!! And if possible please refund my money!

I visited Zara Phoenix Kurla, I had a terrible experience there. An employee named "Mohit Keshwani" spoke abused me. I went through mental trauma after that. The behaviour is extremely unpleasant . I want to take action against them.

Automatic Refund initiated without any notice

I bought few products from Zara online and I was suppose to collect it from the store but due to Covid situation the store was closed. I receive a message from my bank yesterday stating the amount has been credited even though I have not initiated any refund. This people have credited the amount to my credit card where there is no outstanding. I spoke to two executives regarding this and one said we will resolve by giving you a link and you can provide your account details we will credit back to that account and the other said no such thing is available. It's 9, 000 bugs approximately and this has disturbed me a lot. Pathetic service.

Regarding the refund not being initiated
I purchased a bag from zara and it was delivered to me on 15 june 2020. The bag was faulty and was missing a detail for which i returned the said product. As i wasn’t able to make the return request due to some problem in the ifsc code, so i had a conversation with an executive through chat option and the return request was made manually by them.
Return request was accepted on 18th june 2020. And after that i returned the product.
The mails i received from zara - customer service was -
To enter the bank account details so that they can refund the cash being paid. I was having some problem with the ifsc code, so i mailed them regarding the same and again and again they keep on sending me the same link as i mentioned in the chat with an executive and they told me that the link would be different and process would be different.
I received a mail on 26th june 2020 regarding the refund being processed in my account on 24th june but i wasn’t able to enter my bank details due to some problem in the ifsc code. So in which account they transfer the amount? And if i haven’t entered my said details why they’re misleading their customer?
Then, again i received a mail on 29 june 2020 to enter the bank details and i have to wait for 10-14 days for the amount to reflect in my bank.
The mail on 26th june 2020and 29th june 2020 are contradictory to each other.
I waited for 10-14 days or more than that. I mailed them after 14 days regarding my refund and i didn’t get any revert from the customer service of zara.
I tried every option to contact their service -
I called them on their customer service number, which is invalid.
I access there chat option in which the executive left me mid conversation everytime.
I mailed them everyday to understand what is going on. But got no revert.
I went to the store to know if they can refund the amount in person. But they told me to keep on calling the number being provided online.
If the number is invalid or executive leaving customer hanging in the middle during a conversation or getting no revert about the refund they are obligated to pay then how will a customer make a complaint or even ask them for assistance?
I’ll attach the mails being sent to me by zara and mails sent by me to zara and the chat i had with the zara executives.

leakage in zara men perfume

I have bought one zara men perfume from ambience mall, gurgaon on 01st march'20.
When i opened the package at home the product was leaking to outer wall of the bottle (Refer attached picture). By touching the bottle my fingers got red in color. The spray was not functioning properly. I prefer to buy zara perfume but this time i had a bad experience with the product.
The product name is 9.0 zara edt, batch number - 93470.

My account has been debited by 3250 rs through citrus gateway, but Zara did not confirm the order, instead asked for payment again . I have the receipt which show the amount deducted from the account . But the email I received says your order cannot be processed due to pending payment . Solve the problem or initiate the refund

I visited zara for the first time. And the customer representative pooja at zara, ambience mall, gurugram behave very badly. She asked me to change the changing room, while i was changing clothes in one of the fitting room. She asked me to vacate it, while i was changing and not in full clothes.
She completely lacks professionalism and basic human attiquetes.

I recently purchase some clothes from Zara and asked for a gift receipt which I was given, I also paid cash. However after waiting to be served for half an hour to return some of the goods with the gift receipts was refused a refund. I rang the customer services team and they advised I should go back into shop as I should have been given a full refund with the gift receipts. The shop assistant was wrong. I am disabled and unable to go back into town I have had several conversations with the complaints department only to be told nothing they can do. totally un helpful. Despite the shop and online being the same company the customer services does not apply to the shops. I am disgusted at the lack of customer service and empathy and help is totally lacking. I cannot get into town again to get the refund as first time I had someone helping me which I cannot get again

Today i.e 21st Friday feb I made a payment through citrus while shopping in Zara for a product worth rs.3, 590. The payment is made via Google pay and the money is also deducted but still saying payment failed.

Had placed an order worth ₹7060. Made the payment through upi (Citrus solution pvt limited) or [protected]@axisbank. My order has been cancelled due to some reason. But the money got deducted. How and when will I get the refund?

This is regarding my order worth 3990/- rs from zara... I hv not been provided refund for the order for more than 22 days aftee returning the product and everytime i m being told that the issue has been escalated but there has been no resolution... Every time i am calling zara, there is a new ececutive to whom i have to explain the whole case again... They do not even update the case details with your order number... As a customer i feel cheated and taken advantage of... Please help me to provide my refund.
