Hello @ZARA_Care this is regarding my order for which I have placed a return order. I have ordered M size and received XL in the package, the item doesn’t fit/look fine on me so I have returned, now I have received an email on this. Please issue my refund immediately

    Hello this is regarding my refund not being issued by Zara for a purchase that was done 2 weeks ago. I have returned one of the items and the Zara india team is not answering to my queries /refunding my amount. They don’t have a dedicated email, neither do they respond on Facebook /Twitter or through their app.

        I bought an item from Zara on 24 July 2020 I payed via paytm and the payment was successful on my side but Zara didn’t receive the amount and canceled my order

          Hello, I placed an order on Zara Shopping App on 30th June 2021 & the Payment Mode was Selected as UPI (Amount INR 5770/-). I made the Payment, the money instantly got deducted from my account but on Zara the transaction was marked as Failed & hence the payment was showing as Cancelled on Zara Shopping App.

          Requesting the concerned authorities to look into the matter & resolve the issue ASAP.

                  I placed an order on 20 July 2021, of Rs 2870 and the amount was debited but order was not placed with Zara, when I checked with the bank they said that it is a successful payment and gave a reference no RRN[protected]. Please check and refund my amount as soon as possible and provide me a Valid TAT.

                        I had made the UPI payment. An amount of Rs.3, 470 was deducted from my bank (Paytm UPI linked to bank account) but it is not reflecting in my zara account as payment of order shows pending.

                              I have ordered a jeans from Zara and I didn’t liked the fit so I placed a return within the return timeframe and my return was accepted but it’s been now 8-9 days still my return hasn’t been picked yet and the company says that maximum Time for return to get picked up is 48 hours I have contacted their customer support 4-5 times and still my issue is unsolved

                                I have ordered shoe from zara last night and the amount was send by me using my UPI (google pay) to citrus and money is also deducted from my account but in zara app it says pending payment .. so i paid the amount again using the same method and the amount is cut again but it is still written payment pending in zara app .. so in total Rs 5160 has been deducted from my account. I have cancelled the order and i want a refund asap!! i will send you my two transaction details

                                  I was trying to order a shoe from zara and paid the amount through upi id to citrus pay and my money was cut but in zara app its written pending so i paid the amount again and money was cut again but it again said pending on zara app so i cancelled the order .. please send me the refund or reverse my money back to me! I will send you my screenshot proving that my money is cut.. the amount is Rs.2580 x 2 = 5160. So please refund my money of Rs.5160

                                    I have send you money two times using my upi id and the money has already been cut.. but i have sent you twice the amount as at first it said in zara my payment was pending.. so i tried it again and therefore my money is cut two times .. i cancelled the order please i want a refund or can u reverse my transaction please!!!

                                        I paid by upi methor on the zara app for my recent order, the amount got deducted from my bank account but in my purchases section it was showing pending payment and then i cancelled that order by myself and placed a new order by cash on delivery, now i just want to know that when will i get the refund for the amount that has been debited from my account.

                                              I have paid and amount of 14040 to zara on 8th may 2021 twice and both times it got deducted from my account but they received only once, where is my another 14040 rupees inpid through phone pay and the bank says i hv not got it back in my account yet please help me as citrus says they refunded it on 22nd june 2021 to my account but i have not recieved it please help me i am struggling from 2 months for my money ☹️

                                                  I was placing an order on zara india online on 10th July and had opted for payment via upi. I then did the payment through PhonePe but order did not got placed with ZARA.

                                                  Order got cancelled by ZARA but money not refunded by citrus solutions.
                                                  Against the order ID [protected], paymnet was deducted from my UPI account but page back flushed and confirmation not done.

                                                  Request you to refund excess amount paid via UPI which was successfully paid but order did not get processed due to technical glitch.(screenshot of payment attached via phonepe and message from axis bank for amount paid to citrus solutions and not ZARA also attached).

                                                  Initiate refund of Rs. 1280 excess paid immediately.

                                                  Call in case of any query.
