I have been tracking my refunds from zara for quite a while now. For some they have initiated it after a month. For 3 of them i m still denied the refund because the warehouse seem to have lost the item and even after providing them with courier receipts and their site is also showing that the product was received at the warehouse they still continue to deny my refund for three items.

      However later I cancelled the order
      And I received the refund but I’m not sure if it’s for the same cancelled order

        for trouser not in stock and was told I could collect on Monday 21/03/2022 but when I went there it had not reached and I was flying back to India on 22/03/2022 .. store manager said he cannot help me any further and since then I have not heard from Zara while they took my email I’d and phone number .. pl make refund on my credit card as I did not receive any goods.

              I ordered puffer jacket from Zara on 11 feb received it on 15 th. I returned it in same condition on 18th and the pick up guy also checked the jacket and accepted the return pick up. There was absolutely no defect from our side. After receiving in warehouse, i got an email saying that the product was damaged so they won’t process refund. They are putting liability on customer when in reality they damaged it while sending goods to warehouse. I have spoke to executives 4-5 times and they are adamant.

                Hi I had made two orders on 13th and 14th January 2022, on Zara app and it was a prepaid order where I cancelled the orders on the same day because of some reason since then have been calling up the pathetic customer care of Zara to understand why the refund is still not processed I have called several times with no response at all.I am still waiting my refund of almost 6k.

                  Ordered faux leather puffer jacket in size large on 29dec, 2021 for 4000rs got it on 3rd jan, 2022. Jacket was of wrong size(xs). Called for return the very next day and it was picked on 4th jan. Didn't hear from them for more than a week. Tried to contact customer service which is so pathetic. They told me that i'll be hearing from them in 24-48hrs. Then they send me this email saying that the product had no tags so your refund can't be processed. I called them and tried to explain that i sent it back as it was but they refused. They asked to provide address if i wanted my product back. I gave my address and he said that i'll be getting a tracking link. More than 15days and I didn't get my product back. Called customer service AGAIN to know the status of my product and he obviously said that the respective department will contact you within 24-48hrs. Its been more than a week since that. I haven't heard from them and haven't got my product back. Such disappointing experience and pathetic customer service.

                  They did the same thing with me. I ordered a puffer jacket and returned it back in good condition. They said it was found torn and without tags which is incorrect as the pick-up guy checked the product and did not find anything wrong. Now they are saying they won’t process refund. It seems that there is a pattern to this and they are just fleecing customer. Please let me know if they resolve this. I will be filing a consumer case against them.

                      I purchase 2 items on ZARA with an Order No. [protected] on 17 January 2022 and it was delivered on 27 January 2022 but due to size issue, I made a return request for Reference no. 4365/390 on 28 January 2022 and the Return request was accepted with an confirmation email from Zara that A courier will collect the order within 24-48 hours. But it has been 13 Days still there is no Return courier pickup neither the Delhivery courier has received any Return pickup request in their system. Regarding the Return issue I had chat on zara app customer help team for more than 10 times, even tried to get help from their twitter and fb Zara care team but still they would mention with same procedure over and over again that it will be pickup with 24-48 hours or even said after 5 days. I follow all their norms patiently and waited for the Courier pickup but it never happen. Only few days are left for return policy day's to get over. But still from their side there is no courier pickup. It's is so frustrating 🤯 😤 and nerve wrecking with zara return request. Why they can't make easy like other E-commerce online shopping. Zara customer team is of no use.

                          I purchased two pairs of shoes from Zara, kept one, and returned the other pair. It's been more than a month and I am still awaiting the refund or at least the shoe to be shipped back to me!! Firstly Zara sold a used shoe to me ( my mistake was that I did not check the sole assuming that Zara wouldn't cheat customers). Only after I chased them for a refund was I notified via an email saying the shoe was used so no refund would be processed but the labels were intact! I was shocked to read this as I never even walked a meter wearing it. The labels are also as it is. I feel so betrayed for trusting the brand blindly. I was sold a used shoe and asked to pay for it basically! Moreover, the shoe has not even been shipped back to me!! A total freaking scam!! The shoe is basically useless for me because it doesn't even fit me! How could I use it like this with the bill attached to it firstly! People use Zara stuff all the time and return it back for refunds! I have never done this with any brand because I never felt it right! Look at the irony now. I am charged even though I haven't used the product! The internet is flooded with how Zara is fooling customers! something really needs to be done about this. A brand can't just take advantage of people and make money out of it!!

                            I bought a cardigan from zara ambience mall gurugram but i didn't like the material because when i reached home i saw their was lint over its back. Due to its dark colour i didn't realise it while purchasing.
                            So i decided to return it and they said it has lint on it we can't exchange or give refund for it.
                            Then i saw same items in different colors in the store they also have lint but they are not ready to accept even after seeing with their own eyes.
                            the item available in the store are in same condition.
                            Not only this staff on their return/exchange counter was completely mannerless dont know how to talk. And i am not the only one there are few more customers who are complaining against staff but all they did was apologising from one customer and repeating this stupid behaviour with another and again apologising for the same.

                                I have returned my zip sneakers on jan 10 and still now i haven’t received the refund. I have returned the product since it was in used condition but the zara replied me that its used so cant refund .                                   This is regarding case id no.[protected] and order no.s [protected] and [protected]. The two products wrongly picked up have not been delivered back to me. It has been one month and it has exceeded the maximum number of days of delivery long back. The customer care executives can’t help me with a tracking id or any sort of proof that the products have been shipped. There is no update on its whereabouts and I’m being almost harassed by the customer care executives who refuse to share any information about its development.

                                    As of 9th dec an oder was placed at the zara app and payment was done via net banking using citrus solution nd paytm the amount of 1080 was deducted from the account and later the oder was cancelled due to lack of payment received to the merchant . no refund has been initiated yet and it’s been a month for the same I request you to refund the money as soon as possible

                                      I visited zara store at VR mall surat, i am very dissapointed by the staff behaviour.At closing time the staff person constently pointing only us to stay away from clothes inspite there were other customers still shopping. they did the same thing for continuouslyy for 2 days !

                                            Zara Order no. [protected]. The company has received the product at the warehouse on 23rd December, 2021 morning. Even after poking them constantly from 24th till 28th they have not sent me any received confirmation mail/receipt that can assure the product amount will be refunded. I constantly tried to reach to their customer team for 3 days, every time they are saying they need 24-48 hrs to resolve the issue but it never got resolved. No confirmation mail, no receipt from the Zara about my refund. Product amount is - 5590.

                                              I purchased a Crossbody bag from Zara Online store and returned it immediately because it was bigger in size than it appeared in the photos. After so many days, today Zara has emailed me that they cannot provide me a refund. They do not have exchange policy that is the reason I returned this big one and purchased small one.

                                                    Hi, I made a purchase at Zara on 12th order no. [protected]. I made the payment through UPI Citrus Solutions. But the payment did not go through and was pending in the Zara account although it got deducted from my account. It has not been refunded back yet. May i know when will this amount be refunded??? I tried so many times to make the ccount on Citrus, that was another task. I have attached the payment details.

                                                            I placed an order at zara app on 8 December 2021 and the mode of payment was UPI.
                                                            I paid the amount through paytm app to the zara payment partner i.e. citrus solutions pvt.ltd.
                                                            The amount of ₹17, 560 was debited from my account but the order placing was failed.
                                                            As i had to place my new order and repay my payment of ₹17, 560. I request team to refund my payment as soon as possible.
