Amount got debited but order was not placed, requesting a refund
Hi, I have placed an order from Zara and made the payment via Paytm(UPI). My money got deducted but my order wasn't placed. I had to order then via Cash on Delivery.
Date of order placed : 11/07/2021

Please look into my issue asap and provide me a refund for the same.

Amount got debited but the order not placed

Payment deducted twice for same order
I purchased a pair of shoes from Zara App on 30 june 2021
When i made a payment it got failed but amount got deducted
Then again it got debited from my account in next attempt, but order was purchased
Payment of 1490 INR got deducted twice from my bank account
Please initiate refund for an additional payment asap

Zara Payment Fault
I ordered on zara for Rs8970 on 30 June the payment got deducted from my UPI account but it could not reach Zara so they cancelled the order.
I request you to kindly refund my amount back.

I ordered a shirt
I ordered a shirt on Zara App. Paid through UPI, the purchase was successful and the money was also deducted from my account.
Now the status of my order on their app is cancelled and there has been no refund made. I have paid through Citrus app. Here are my proofs. Help me out at the earliest. This is not done.

Order for shirt
I paid the amount of Rs. 1780 through google pay to place an order on zara. The amount was deducted from my account but the order was not placed. Kindly look into it and refund my money.

I was placing an order on zara india online on 30th June 2021 and had opted for payment via upi.
I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction via [protected]@okicici and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount. Transaction id[protected]
So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending
I haven’t been initiated a refund.
Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest.

Money deducted, UPI shows payments successful but merchant has not received

Hi,
I made a Zara purchase and made the payment using google pay, the money was deducted from my account and UPI app shows the payment as successful; However Zara still shows status as pending payment and have mailed me saying that they have not received the payment.
Request you to please refund the deducted amount. Thanks.

I am complaining about my purchase at Zara

I did the payment through phone pay for which Zara used citrus payment gateway And the amount got deducted from my account but Zara did not received my amount.
So Zara cancelled my order from their side as it showed pending

Amount deducted but zara cancelled order
I had placed an order today i.e 16th June 2021, at 3:51pm from the Zara app, india. I did my payment through UPI (googlepay) to citrus solutions pvt ltd. and the amount Rs 7380/- was debited from my account. BUT even after that, the zara app showed PENDING payment for my order.
After sometime I got another mail which said the order has been cancelled. BUT MY AMOUNT HAS ALREADY BEEN DEDUCTED.
I have no updates about my refund. Rs 7380/- is a LOT of money for a student, and I really really hope I get my full refund. This is really disappointing.

Money deducted while zara online order but order cancelled money deducted
I have order from zara online app and my payment was successfully done form UPI citrus payment gateway rs 3080 but my order was cancelled by zara due to payment pending but i have UPi id and transaction id which say that oatmeal was successfully done please refund my money as iam not receing my order also my money 3080 was deducted. I have attached the screenshot of payment done confirmation.

Zara order refund

Money deducted from Citrus payu while order online through zara app
Today
I purchased a 1 jeans and tshirt amount of 3080 online through Zara app.I chose an option to pay through UPI payments. They redirected me to citrus solutions merchant to continue my payment. I entered my upi id of google pay .My money 3080 got deducted but my order in the Zara app still shows payment pending. Kindly refund my money.

I was placing an order on zara india online on 6th june 2021 and had opted for payment via upi.
I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction via [protected]@okicici and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
So zara cancelled the order from their side, and now states it’s a pending order.
I understand, I haven’t been initiated a refund as it was Sunday, its been 2 days and I haven’t been responded by anyone., Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest.
