Payment done but Order cancelled
I was purchasing zara bag and waist leggings online through Zara website.I chose an option to pay through sbi netbanking. They redirected me to citrus solutions merchant to continue my payment. I made payment through my netbanking .My money 2970 got deducted from my account . Initially on the citrus solutions merchant site it was showing payment successful but in the Zara website it was shows payment pending. Now it's showing order cancelled.
Kindly refund my money and resolve my issue as soon as possible.

Money got deducted order from my account not placed
I was placing an order on zara india online on 16th February and had opted for payment via upi.
I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction via [protected]@okhdfcbank and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending
I haven’t been initiated a refund.
Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest.

I was placing a order on Zara, the session got expired and the payment is deducted via UPI, and The order hasn’t been placed . Kindly get me the refund generated as soon as possible. This is a threat to online transactions by citrus gateway of payment .
My transaction id is T2102141811434128274994 . This false commitment of secure payment for the clients . Generate my refund immediately.

Money was debited but not received by Zara
On 14the February 2021 at 1:53am I was making payment to zara via upi. On google I received notification from citrus to confirm my payment I confirmed it and payment was successful. my money got debited ₹ 990 but on Zara app it showed payment failed.my UPI transaction id[protected] payment was sone by
[protected]@okaxis.

Hello. This is regarding my order no [protected] for Rs 7140/ placed online on 5/12/2020 .
I returned the entire order on 7/12/2020 and recieved an email from Zara that refund was processed on 12/1r/2020.
However the money has not been credited in my account.!
I have been following up with my bank as well as the zara customer care contact in India. Inspite of repeated requests I have not recieved proof of refund processed on their end!!
The bank has now informed me that they have followed up with beneficiary bank and refund request has been rejected on the basis that goods and services have been provided!
I have returned all the items to Zara . But they are still keeping me waiting and are not issueing refund

I have placed an order today at around 3:04 which costed rupees 1670 i have initiated the payment through upi id and it showed that the payment still pending even after the transaction is completed and i have to make the payment but my 1st payment through upi is still stuck😔kindly refund it as soon as possible

Return and Refund Denied
I had placed some orders on the Zara app on 11Dec2020 and after. I kept some products and raised a return request for the rest.
Zara has not picked up the products yet. They are also not issuing any refund.
I have spent more than 30 hours with Zara support. Every time they blame the courier company and tell me to wait for 5 more days but again nothing happens. Now they have even stopped replying.
They are withholding a total of Rs.14000 with them.
Please help me with this.

Zara refund not credited in my bank account.
As Citrus pay stating that refund was successfully intiated for the transaction IDs OL[protected], OL[protected], OL[protected] than kindly provide me the dates of initiations and reference number on my email [protected]@gmail.com. It shows me protected here on your reply. And please confirm though refund was successfully intiated, if the transactions of the payments were successful or failed.
Do provide me the screenshot of your transactions on my all 3 transactions ID that refund was successful so I can refer to my bank. I have attached you screenshot bank asking me the details. If you guys want I can provide you my bank details too. You guys only see whether I have received or not.

I had done online transactions on Zara app on 27 November 2020 and 2 December 2020 through UPI. And I had put items for return.
So far, I have received only partial amount of my only 1 order ₹1554 on 16 Dec 2020. Remaining total balance of all the orders ₹7252 merchant is stating that they have already initiated me the refund but there is no update with the refund in my bank statement.

Amount deducted at zara twice but they received only once
I had placed an order with zara on 28th november, 2020.
I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction via [protected]@okhdfcbank and money got debited TWICE from my account but zara only received the amount once.
My concerned bank says the other amount has been successfully credited to the merchant's end.
So where in the air has the amount gone ??

I purchased some kids clothes from zara and chose to pay though upi . Money rs 6160 was deducted from my account but site kept showing’ payment pending’. I called the customer care and cancelled the order on their advice. But money still not refunded, no response, no communication. Please refund the amount asap.Upi reference id[protected].

Refund not yet credited
I ordered a jacket on 26th november from zara app using UPI payment mode, my amount got debited but order wasn't confirmed. Then again i had to pay and the second time i did payment through debit card and then order was successful. But the amount which was debited for the first time when i paid through UPI hasn't been credited yet it's been more than a month now. And even registered a case on zara with but even then too no refund has been provided yet.

the return process already was really inconvenient, and now the refund is just as tedious. please resolve asap!
