The product quality is not up to the mark

1. At the time of counselling it was confirmed that only 10 students will be in per batch but presently we have seen more than 20 students in one batch.
2. At the time of counselling it was stated that all classes will have 2 teacher advantages + doubt’s clearing class ( extra class) but only one teacher is available throughout the class.
3. As stated by mentor as well as counsellor that scheduled class for 1.30hrs but we...

Debited amount in my account will under process byjus classes cancellation

The byjus team not responding calls of customers and customer care executive transfer calls to supporting team but we will wait an hour they were not responding calls and not cancelled our byjus classes and the loan team debited amount our accounts they both are playing with us.Give a severe warning and take action immediately and clear all pending cancellation of byjus classes....

Non refund money

Two months has been completed for our money refund issue. We have complaints many times through mail and call on customer call but nobody can resolve it.
After that I will not recommend to any other peoples for byjus.
Byjus executive do not provide right information and also do not pick the call....

Cancellation of byjus classes

My phone number [protected], student name sk Qutubuddin, i put request to cancellation about byjus classes, it will under process the loan Team dedited 4577rs in my account, i request u plz refund money to my account and cancellation the byjus classes.i so many times call to [protected], nearly i wait 62 mintues, 50 mintues and i wasted my single day also, but byjus cancellation team not responding.very bad experience i got from byjus today...

Unauthorized reschedule of class

When I enrolled my kid at Byjus, I was informed and promised that it will be daily 1 hr class. Now, forcefully and without any prior information, my kid has been scheduled for 2 hrs in a day, twice a week. Frequent calls to enroll in Free orientation and for the course

Hi,

We had registered in BYJU's online to get to know the course and other details.
After receiving the details from the BYJU's executive, we have conveyed as not interested and opted out of the course.

Even after that we are keep getting multiple calls from BYJU's to enroll the student. They are completely un-professional and greedy for business. This is not acceptable and against their rights.

Byju's Subscription Cancellation

Unethical Behaviour during home visit session

I had given a scholarship test for UPSC on Byju's for which a person (Abhinav) visited my house. He took 2 hrs session regarding the preparation and asked tough questions. To cancel my IAS plan and to cancel my EMI process

I have taken byju's IAS plan 3 months ago and I have paid Rs. 15, 000 and made a loan for other Rs. 42, 000 as monthly EMI. But now I want to cancel the IAS plan and also the EMI. Urgent cancelation request

I purchase by jus IAS course 7 months ago and I paid 7 EMI... Now i faces many problem in my life.

Reason to cancel subscription are:-

1.I have had eye surgery so I can't study anything.(I attached discharge summary in the below)

2.My dad had a small accident while driving

3.Thus we have a lot of debt.

Cancellation and return of byjus product.
