Lack of response and delay in delivery.

Poor response from Byju's.I need to change my phone number in subscription. And also I'm waiting for my SD Card and books to be delivered for nearly two months and there is no response from my mentor inspite of requesting customer care for nearly a month. By the time I get the books, I'll be completing my board exams. Mentor support is zero. Got caught with Byjus since covid.

I am complaining about wrong information given by counsellor during admission

My counsellor said I am being enrolled in aakash classes but he enrolled me in aakash byjus which is not as good as Aakash, when we get admission in aakash offline and then, they provide online class on ms teams which I was wanting but he enrolled me in wrong plateform now, I want to refund they are not responding...

Not giving my money back

Not giving my 10, 000 rs back even when I hadn't enrolled my child. Counsellor is forcing to enroll and byjus is asking to take lenovo tab....

Dishonest Practice

Admission cancellation

I was contacted by Byju's salesperson on Apr 8 for a session on their learning portal. After the session, we asked for a day's time to decide on our enrollment. However, this person kept saying that there won't be any discounted price later and we can cancel it within 15 days after enrollment. I got a call from BYJU's regarding classes and a conversation between us has become very heated as the caller from BYJUI's is using irrespective words...whenever we are talking to customer it should be in a professional way how come they use such a words ?

Cancelation of subscription

I got their product 1 month back and I didn't ge any calls from any of their mentors. Even I have called for cancelation but they are not at all responding and they are telling that I can't cancel it now because 1 month over.
