Bad condition of hanging meter box

Consumer no. [protected]. I paid the cable shifting cost to cesc but one naresh shaw submit a letter to cesc of objection but he do not have right for making objection. I also send letter with document of my personnel property but cesc not yet been sending any person for inspection and i paid masd bill of Rs. 9077.
