Daily power cuts in our area

Hi, In a recent development in our area in Santoshpur area, Kolkata-75 there has been a regular power cut that is happening from 11AM to 5PM daily due to some kind of maintenance work. In this day and age it is unbelievable that CESC has to put an entire area under no power status to do maintenance. This is highly unacceptable. Please see to it that the maintenance is done without disrupting normal life for a large number of days...
