Stuck payment for an online order at zara

Address: Himalayan Forest Research Institute, Near IAS colony, Sargin chowk, Near IAS colony, Sargin chowk

Repected Sir/Madame
I had already paid for my order at zara online store and the transaction was also successfully done by gpay app and an amount of rupess 5599/- was done in the name of Citrus company but it was not reflected on my order details at the my account section at the zaraz online app.
Please let me know that if my refund will be done as soon as possible.

Money debited from my account...needs refund at the earliest

I was placing an order on zara india online on 5th november and had opted for payment via upi.
I then did the payment through Phonepe for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction via [protected]@axisbank and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending
I haven’t been initiated a refund.

About got deducted on zara . But got cancelled and siding get the refund

Hey . I placed an order in zara 2 times
Did the payment successfully and amount got deducted (around 6k )
But zara cancelled my order because they did not get the payment ....

I did a purchase on Zara using UPI through citrus solutions the money got deducted but it didnt reach Zara I want a refund.

Scamming us!

Address: blocked me straight away. I am so disappointed by this

I received a call from Mr Mohit claiming to be from citrus solutions Private Limited and he said that he would help me Get my refund And he proceeded to explain to Me step-by-step on how to initiate the refund from my UPI app.
He proceeded to ask me to transfer Rs.24, 750 into a bank account which was by the name of one Rajeev.
When I said That you are actually baiting me into adding the amount to your account, he got very defensive...

Money debited but Zara did not receive the money

I had place an order on zara india app online on 26th october 2021 and i payed via upi through that google pay.
I did the payment & my money got debited but in Zara india app my order was not confirmed & zara did not receive any order payments & zara india cancelled my order saying that the payment was pending.
I haven’t got any refund

Zara payment failure - Money Deducted from account

Hello,

I had placed an order on the Zara app on Thursday, 21/10/2021 and I paid the money through GooglePay. The amount was deducted from my account but the CitrusPay portal showed that the order had failed. I have not yet received a refund for the same. Please issue a refund for the amount at the earliest....

I made a payment on Zara’s official website using BHIM upi and my money was deducted however the order was not accepted as Zara said they didn’t receive the payment and eventually the order got cancelled. Please refund my money as per this transaction so that I can place the order again.

I am complaining about the money deducted for Zara product

I had placed an order of Rupees 3580 on Zara India Online on 22nd October and had paid via Google pay Upi id for which Zara has used Citrus Solutions Pvt LTD as the payment gateway. I had paid via HDFC bank and the money got deducted but Zara didn't receive the money and order got cancelled eventually. Please kindly initiate the refund of deducted amount as soon as possible.
