BSNL Landline — Landline fault not rectified for 15 days
I have been using BSNL landline and broadband service since 2005. My phone is not working for the past 15 days. I have complained it many times through customer care. But no response from BSNL. Even I have informed deputy GM about this matter by phone and till now the problem was not solved. I do not know what to do next. I am a consumer of BSNL Land line with Broadband facility. My telephone was not working since 17 Sep 10. I had registered a complaint through computerised complaint lodging system. After repeated requests the problem was rectified on 24 Sep 10, after a lapse of 07 days. Again the landline has became unserviceable since 25 th Sep 10. God knows when the landline will be rectified.Details of my telephone is given below :-

My BSNL Landline telephone having broadband connection was dead from 17 Sep 10. After repeated complaints the problem was rectified on 24 Sep 10. Since 25th Sep it has again not working. I have also lodged a complaint. Now I don't know when the problem will not be rectified. Actually the wire supplied at the time of connection was old. I would like to draw the attention of the appropriate authorities of BSNL in this regard. I having three BSNL land line connections[protected]/26137915/[protected] was is not working properly & there is so much disturbance in phone. I want to register a compliant through BSNL pune division on 07.10.10. Please take necessary action to rectify the compliant at the earliest.

complaint date:13.04.2010 has been lodged at Jajmau stn., that phone no'[protected] was dead from March 2010. With above reference complaint dt. 04.06.2010 was written to office of the bsnl at Krishna nagar Kanpur. Copy of the letter dateted 04.06.2010 has been posted to bsnl, THE MALL KANPUR as a reminder. The dues have been paid vide bill 369352 dated 10.08.2010.

I am a BSNL customer at Bangalore[protected]. I have very bad experience with customer service from BSNL.
There are frequent faults. Right Now, my landline has been dead for 3 weeks.
The BSNL personnel rarely pick up the phone even at office hours.
Half the customer care phones are either always busy, or do not connect to a personnel (faulty)
The lineman in this area simply lies about the status of our complaints and does nothing.

I am using the landline of bsnl for the last 9 years but i am very much dissatissfied with your service. my number is[protected]my address is sai- homes, s.no. 33, plot no. 6 Vidyanagar pune 32. ) i am just booking the complaints for the last 20 days, daily the service man is not responding i am reciving the same complaint i cant even tolrate if this problem presist i will surender the landline within 7 days, also bsnl send me a Bill for this month
and i also very sure the bsnl should bear the rent for my landline for this month else i will complaint to the authority i am very sure i am highly dissatisfied with your service

Sir, My telephone no is[protected]. The problem is when a call is made to this no, the voice is not heard at the receivers end but, what the person speaking at the receivers end can be heared by the person who makes the call.There is no dial tone in the phone.I tried to book this complaint to the telephone no[protected] but it is ringing and no response.Please look in to this matter. I have lodge a complaint around 19 days back but same has not been rectified and my complain is dropped without any ractification . Again I have lodge a complain on 23.10.2010 . However, there is no response till now . You can appreciate that such a itrresponsible behaviour from your department is hampering our work badly . In case, it is not possible to rectify the defect in time by your department, it is better to disconnect the brondband facility immediatly .
In view of the above, you are requested to please look into the matter immediatly and ractify the defect of my brodband otherwise disconnect the same immediatly .

MY NO 2200081 AND STAYING AT NIAGAON OUR LAND LINE IS DEAD FOR PAST 2 MONTHS WE ARE REALLY FEDUP DOING COMPLAINTS BUT NOBODY IS TAKING ANY INTEREST IN THIS MATTER WE DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING BECAUSE I PERSONALLY VISITED THE VASAI TELEPHONE EXCHANGE AND THEY SAID TO ME THAT THEY ARE GOING TO CHANGE THE BOX BUT UPTO TODAY NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. WE ARE FACING A LOT OF PROBLEM IN CONNECTION TO THIS MATTER AND THERE ARE A LOT OF OTHER BUILDING PEOPLE FACING THE SAME PROBLEM.
I HUMBLE REQUEST YOU TO PLS LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OTHER WISE I HAVE TO LOOK FOR SOME OTHER OPTION.
