Dear Sir, This is my 3erd complaint about dead phone number[protected] for 3 months(FROM 07/09/2010).NO ANY REPLY FROM YOUR SIDE .THIS IS VERY VERY BAD .
IN CHERPPU ASISSTANT ENGINEER TOLD THEY COULD NOT SOLVE THIS PROBLEM, AND SHE TOLD SHE HAD 10 MORE SUCH A OLD COMPLAINTS .YOU TAKE OUR MONEY AND REALY CHEATING US .SHE KEPT ALL THE COMPLAINTS LIKE CRAWN.
I NEVER THINK THIS COMPLAINT READ ANY OF BSNL PERSONS.

I have been using BSNL landline service . My phone is not working Properly(comming noise) for the past 30 days. I have complained it many times through Local BSNL off or Exge. But no response from BSNL. My phone number is[protected].

Sir,

My Telephone no:[protected] is dead for the past fifteen days. In spite of booking of complaints at exchange no action is being taken to rectify it. I was told that its due to "Cable Fault", whenever the kangeyapalayam,Sulu exchange is approached. In the last six months in similar occasions they took 20 days to correct it. As a result, my telephone worked for 20 days only for the past six months. Still, they are claiming the bill for telephone and broad band as usual. Kindly advise me what to do next?

This complaint is being sent from Royal Enfield's Office, Edappally, Kochi. Our landline number is[protected], it is a telefax line and last 12 days this line is dead. To raise a complaint we have raised the complaint twice and no one turned up so far. This is our STD connection and used to received and send faxes also. We are worried for last 2 weeks because of the complaint.

Requesting you to kindly help us in getting the line connected at the earliest.

I am a customer of BSNL( use three mobile connections and
a land phone in my family). I am writing this with sadness. I paid my
bills (land phone) with out using landphone. Land phone is not working
properly(not hear calls). Many times I reported this to our
exchange(punnakulam).first time they come my home and checked the
phone( suggested to replace the phone). After they not come my home.
My problem still continuing. I paid two bills after they checked.I
don’t like to take any other connections.So please sir, take
necessary action to solve my problem.

My name is Amit Dobhal and our BSNL Landline number is[protected]. This phone is dead for more then 1 month and despite of registering multiple complaints in the local BSNL office no one has come to attend the problem. Once a technician came and checked the whole connection and he told to come back later. But after that he never came back.
Its been more than a month and the phone is still dead. Could you pleae take necessary action and rectify this issue. Thanks,

I have also facing tha similar problems and the department should control the locaal switching stations properly.othervise the consumers will start disconnecting the BSNL connections

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited — Telephone not transferred for 2 months now

My father-in-law Mr Vasant Patil, 76, had applied for transfer of his BSNL landline telephone connection. He shifted from 368, Shankar Nagar to 364, Gandhi Nagar, about 4 months back. He had landline connection no[protected]Old number). He had subsequently applied for transfer of phone. The entire process was completed about two months back, but to the utter dismay, the phoe has not yet been transferred. It is shocking that though the transfer order no [protected], was passed on October 12, 2010, the BSNL officials attached to Khamla sub-exchange have visited Mr Patil's new home and checked all the credentials, they have not yet shifted the landline connection. Repeated pleas and queries have falled on deaf ears of the officials concerned. The cust id is [protected] and the letter is stamped by Commercial Officer, West, BSNL. The BSNL officials may not have the courtsey to shift the phone, even two months after the order was passed, they should spare some thought for a 76-year-old man, who has been running from pillar to post for such a minor issue.
