Myself — LOST OF COURIER

I sent a courier through DTDC courier service on 6th DECEMBER 2010 to SRINAGAR(J&K).Today is 18th december.12 days since courier was delivered.On this matter I also sent a mail to the srinagar branch but there is no responce at all. The consignment no. is K41769060.

DTDC COURIER COMPANY — Consignment Missed

I have submitted my documents to DTDC office in faridabad with consignment number Z36250169 dated 28/04/2011 from Delhi to

Delhi. As per them documents were delivered on 02/05/2011. But they are unable to submit the proof for receciving. I have sent the my important documents along with one draft, Net Examination form. Due to same i have not received my roll number and i am unable to sit in the exam.
I am continuous chasing them for proof for deliverring my documents but they are not responding. I will attach complete communication with them.

DTDC Courier — Goods is missed

I have made a courier from S R Nagar courier Hardware to Kurnool on 13th Jan, it was delivered on 19th Jan without the content.I tried to make queries at the HYD and KNL branches but no one is taking care of...

Dear Sir,
I recently send a DD worth Rs.25000/- to my mother in Cochin from Mumbai via DTDC Courier. It was meant to serve an emergency. I sent the DD on 8th December 2007. It was not delivered for 1 week. I tried tracking on their website and it mentioned consignment on hold, contact office. My father contacted DTDC Cochin office and they said they couldnt track the address and its lying in their office. We tried contacting them (both Kochi as well as Mumbai offices) but to no avail. Finally after 1 week of struggle from our part, they said that there has been a wrong delivery. They treated it so casually and when I said that it contained a DD, they acted the most irresponsible way they could do. They even shouted at us and said mistakes happen from everyone, what can we do? It was like the most irresponsible statement that could be given by them. They said the delivery boy doesnt remember where he delivered it. Usually when a courier is delivered, they take the signature and phone number of the reciever. When I asked for this, they didnt co-operate. I asked them to repay my expenses for the courier as well as cancellation of DD which they are not ready to accept. They are completely ignoring me inspite of my continued attempts to get in touch with them. Now I face a daunting task of going to the bank and providing a request for the cancellation with some documents on stamp paper etc. More than that the money I send during the emergency is of no use now. I'm just hoping that I could recover the money before someone encashes the DD. Kinldy help me to tackle this extreme form of customer mistreatment by DTDC. Awaiting your valuable feedback on the same.

yes I am strongly agree with your experience with DTDC.
I also facing same problem.

It is not surprising to see someone going though this. I actually expected DTDC to behave in such a wonderful manner. They live under false belief of being a good courier service.

Birender Kumar (Claims Executive, DTDC Delhi) is one such person who thinks DTDC gives the best services and asked me to mention one website which is anti DTDC.. I hope he is reading thing.. Just to clarify on the call we had. This is the website you can refer whenever you want to know how good you are with your customers...

Money, Watch, DD and not to forget you dont even leave RAKHI - you guys are all rounders in stealing....

I sent a lather jacket to my sister living in Gwalior(m.p) on 12/11/07 from Phusro,dist-Bokaro pin-829144 state jharkhand.when i asked to DTDC Pusro why they not delivered my parcel they told me that my parcel was caught by sales tax deptt kolkata.When i asked DTDC Kolkata they told i have to pay dd of Rs 150 i payed amount to Dtdc phusro but i still not get my parcel.My consignment no is K25350347.Please kindly help me to recover my parcel.

LOST MISSING DOCKET CONSIGMENT ARTICLE PARCEL ITEM

I am from pune on verge of losing an article sent by DTDC courier service to Mumbai. Its been 17 days now the article has reached no where, several callings to customer care and only answer I get is “the article is coming back due to short address” but the address was mentioned absolutely right and crystal clear on the article.

This is really a frustrating and very annoying experience for me with DTDC

Now I am middle of big email communication thread between DTDC officials, who are still searching and hung in the process finding my article.

After requesting again and again to take this matter on priority and deliver my item back to me ASAP, absolutely no response.

Sometime it looks so funny to me that I am begging DTDC to return my own article, but by now I am starting to believe that they don’t have it anymore, some of there people might have stolen it.

As these days they are only recruiting Thieves in there company.

Most of the Indian people are starting to think these DTDC people are not trustworthy anymore and these thinking will multiply more with time on brand failing to deliver quality service.

Also customer service guys promised to respond in 24 hrs but don’t get back even in 48hrs and I am really feeling sorry for myself why I choose DTDC at 1st place when in pune I got all big courier giants like first flight, blue dart, Aramax etc they might be little expansive but important thing is that at least your goods will be delivery satisfactory and now I even started to think that Speed post seems to be a better option then choosing DTDC Indian post might be slow like tortoise but will eventually win the race in steady and consistence way.

It’s been bad starting of year 2008 with a loss of RS 2500/- and that too with brand like DTDC.

I request you guys not to send articles or parcels through DTDC because they have employed all big stealers in there company.

DTDC Courier- LOSERS and MANIPULATORS

Truth is Stranger than Fiction

I had dispatched a courier to Texas A & M University using DTDC International Courier on 5th of Jan, Airway Bill N91773069. Till 15th of Jan, the last update was on 8h Jan, Inscan New York.
A friend in California called up the Us office in NewYork, and they confirmed they cannot track the courier, and that I should file for claims. The Bombay office took another 5 days after this to acknowledge the courier is lost as they ahd yet to receive information frm the US office. ( someone like me, who is not even part of the company could do it before them.)

So I dispatched another courier from DTDC again, on 12th Jan, because the manager said she will send it via Alert for the same cost and promised me it would reach on 15th ( I paid for this one too as the Bombay office yet did not acknowledge the courier is lost , though I already knew if from The US office.)

NOW COINCIDENCE NO 1: New Airway bill number N91773060
(Only one digit difference)

So the courier dispatched on 12th stops showing any updates after 14th Jan, Insacn New York. I get frantic as the same story repeats again! My university would never believe me if I say my second courier is lost too! My friend again calls up the NY office and they give her a DHL tracking number for N91773060. (they outsource to DHL from NY) We get a DHL tracking number, and in the DHL refernce from DTDC, the reference number is Recieved from NY, 14th Jan, N[protected] !!!!!

NOW DTDC CLAIMS BOTH MY COURIERS HAVE MADE IT TO THE UNIVERSITY ON 16TH.

They have updated it so on both my tracking numbers. Just simply jotted down, and I am supposed to believe that.
It is because of the 0 and 9 error that there were no updates on my N1773060 number after the 14th in NY. DHL said since DTDC typed that number, they can not do anything about the mistake.

At first I gave DTDC the Benefit of doubt as 0 and 9 are next to each other on the keyboard. But now when the claim both my couroers sent on 5th Jan and 12th Jan, recahed the university ob the same day 16th of Jan, I know what caused the mistake.

THEY MADE THAT MISTAKE SO THAT I CAN NOT FILE FOR CLAIMS.

Also, wen the Andheri Office acknowledeged to me that the first courier was lost, they said it would take THREE TO SIX MONTHS FOR MY CLAIM TO BE PROCESSED!!!!!

I AM NOT GOING TO BEG TO ANYONE FOR SO LONG. I WOULD USE THIS AS A LESSON AND TELL THIS STORY ON ALL CONSUMER FORUMS TO TELL PEOPLE TO AVOID THE MISTAKE I MADE, O[censored]SING THE DTDC SERVICE.

This service might kill all my chances of an admission/ assistantship to my desired university as my application reached them after the deadline passed thanks to a useless courier service. I have a very good portfolio, and was hoping for an assistantship, without which I cannot afford a US education. But this DTDC failure has cost me heavy.

DTDC — DTDC has change the item in between transit

my friend couried me saree and a vcd, but DTDC's personnel has stolen it and changed it to a torn peice of cloth.
my friend has send me a 700gm packet, what i received was a 50gm weighted packet.
DTDC has a bunch of crooks in their office.

DTDC — DTDC - We collect - NEVER Deliver

I am Gireesh residing in Trivandrum. I have supposed to get a parcel which is been couriered from Ernakulam by yesterday. Appreciate that the DTDC officials had called me yesterday to inform that the courier has been arrived. But they can't deliver it, since they don't have service in my residence area. Staying very much inside the city it is surprising that they don't have service in this area. Same level of disrepute responsibility has been noticed many times earlier. Once I sent a courier from Bangalore to one of the well known college in Trivandrum city and the response was same as they don’t have services. But when accept an item they never disclose at all. Again sent through another courier service and unfortunately the last date was over and the college officials couldn't accept my application. Always the DTDC officials have only one comment, "We have already informed the places which we do not have services to all of our branches and we are not responsible at this side, hence please contact the branch you approached to send the item". If they don't have services in Sasthamangalam, Vellayambalam, Poojappura, Thirumala then why do they operate. They have concerns in only collecting items to courier and get the payment and there is no responsibility in Delivering it. Please address this issue at the earliest.

I have sent a most urgent official doc thru CN no. K32592967 on 05.02.09 to Silchar(within the state) which is not yet been delivered.
It becomes a big issue in my office, i have called up to my Guwahati (local) DTDC office several times but they are not able to give me any exact status of the doc.
Naturally it takes two days only but this time m facing lots of problems due to the same.
We have faced the same problem earlier also.

WORST EXPERIENCE A CUSTOMER CAN FACE EVER IN HIS LIFE.

I HAD A COURIER SENT FROM PUNE TO BANGALORE SARJAPUR ROAD BANGALORE CONSIGNMENT NOP10061092.

SARJAPUR ROAD KAIKONDRAHALLI HAVE THIS GUNDA DTDC FRANCHISE.

THIS OFFICE HAVE BANGALORE PIN NO-560035 AND MY ADDRESS IS ALSO WITH BANGALORE PIN NO-560035 ABOUT 4KM FROM THIS BRANCH BUT “GUNDA PEOPLE SAY THIS DOESN’T COME UNDER DELIVERY AREA.

AS I KNEW THIS CONSIGNMENT WAS SUPPOSE TO COME I CHECKED AND FOUND THAT IT WAS RETURNED TO MADIWALA BRANCH DUE TO
NO SERVICE. I CALLED AND TOLD MADIWALA BRANCH I NEED CONSIGNMENT THEY PROMISED BY EVENING THEY WILL DO DELIVERY.

AS THERE WAS NO RESPONSE I CALLED AGAIN AND THEY INFORMED ME IT WAS SENT TO CHAMARAJ PET BANGALORE HEAD OFFICE.

THEY GAVE ME ONE NUMBER AND THE LADY PROMISED ME THAT THEY WILL FIND IT AND MAKE ARRANGEMENT FOR DELIVERY.

NEXT DAY AGAIN I CALLED ANOTHER LADY CAME IN PICTURE AND GAVE ANOTHER NUMBER AND ASKED TO CONTACT ONE LADY IN THAT NUMBER.

WHEN I CALLED THIS NUMBER SHE IS ON LEAVE AND MAN IN PICTURE
TOLD ME THAT CONSIGNEMNT GONE TO PUNE.

WITHIN THESE TWO DAYS THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN SO CALLED DTDC PEOPLE THAT IS WHY IT SENT BACK TO PUNE. DTDC
INFORMED THAT THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER ON THE ENVELOPE.

I CALLED THE SENDER AND ASKED THEY TOLD ME THAT THERE ARE THREE NUMBERS ON THE ENVELOPE.WHEN I ENQUIRED PEOPLE FROM DTDC ADMITTED THAT EVEN IF AREA IS NOT UNDER SERVICE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO INFORM CUSTOMER AND ASK THEM TO COLLECT IT.

BUT HERE 3 BRANCHES AND HEAD OFFICE NOT DONE SIMPLE CALL.

FINALLY SENDER AGAIN RESENT CONSIGNMENT TO ME AND IT CAME TO SARJAPUR ROAD ‘GUNDA’ DTDC PEOPLE. THEY DIDN’T DO ANY THING ABOUT IT AND WAS PLANNING AGAIN TO SENT BACK EVENTHOUGH IN CAPITAL LETTER IT IS WRITTEN TO INFORM CUSTOMER AND URGENT.

WHEN I CALLED THIS PEOPLE THEY SAID THAT THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSED INFORM THIS. BANGALORE HEAD OFFICE SHOULD DO THAT BUT HO OFFICE SAY THAT THIS FRANCHISE SHOULD DO IT.

WHEN I WENT TO COLLECT THIS DOCUMENT, THE BUFFOON SITTING THERE ADAMANT IN SAYING THAT HE WILL NOT CALL AND DO WHAT YOU WANT, YOU GO AND COLLECT FROM DTDC HO. BUT I TOLD HIM
THAT I WILL TAKE DOCUMENT, BY THE TIME ONE OF THE GUY PUSHED
ME SAYING THEY WON’T GIVE DOCUMENT. AS I WAS GOOD IN PHYSIQUE HE COULDN’T DO MUCH.
. BY THE TIME SO MANY CAME IN PICTURE AND HE WAS FORCED TO GIVE DOCUMENT.

MISSING MOBILE IN DTDC COURIOUR

my friend from arunachal pradhesh send me his nokia n85 to me thru dtdc.. im from kerala.. today i got da packet.. when i checked it i came to know that there is no mobile inside.. wen i took the consign ment in my hand it became confirmed for me that no mobile inside.. mobile has 120 gm wieght and the packet has 30gm.. wen i got t its only 30 gm.. and i looked in their website about this.. when i saw the tracking its clera that mobile was not thr.. consignment came through kolkatta banglore cochin and then to kottayam.. i belongs to kottayam.. from the tracker its clear tha when booked it has 180gm.. when it reached cochin it has onlt 30gm.. so its clear that theft happened in kolkatta or bangloore.. mobile costs about 24000 now in market..

My Nokia N85 Mobile Phone has been lost( i.e. between 8th to 15th of August 2009 in between Calcutta and Cochin. The IMEI No.of the Mobile is [protected]. Please help me to get it back and give message to me as soon as the thief start operating with the above Mobile with any other Mobile Net Work in India. 2 .Promised to deliver in 2-3 days took 6 ( SIX ) days.
3. One hand bag and few choclates(6 no) were missing.
4. many of the items in the parcel were broken.

This is Sanil S. My wife Deepa S was supposed to receive a consignment (# V[protected]{ Pune to Bangalore) on 8.02.10. However, we did not receive the same in the address mentioned(This happens to be the Office address of my wife). When enquired at the Madivala Office in Bangalore, Mr Manjunath confirmed that it was received at the address. When we demanded for the delivery receipt we did not get a very amicable answer. Finally after 2 days of follow up, they sent the delivery boy Mr.Murugan to the Office.
We cross checked with the security at the gate but he confirmed no one from DTDC had come on that day. Finally, as quoted by the delivery boy and your authorities from Bangalore DTDC, it was confirmed that the consignment was NOT handed over either to the recipient or the security but to some anonymous person who claimed he is from the same office. Further, the delivery boy neither called my wife(the recipient) or checked the person's ID card to substantiate whether he is from the same office and has any authority to take the consignment.
Your authorities also claim that there is no policy followed by DTDC to CALL the customer before delivering the consignment if the customer is not available at the address.This was claimed by one MR. Shashikanth again from DTDC Madivala, Bangalore.
The delivery receipt photocopy that they today handed over to my wife contains name of a person who doesn't exist in he records of the company and a number that is received by some other person. This was expected as I knew from before that the consignment was not handed over in the first place.

IMPORTANT:
As this consignment contains was very sensitive data and also the loss of this has caused immense emotional distress to me and my family I am following up with the below actions ASAP unless I receive the consignment .
Action 1: Will file a missing property due to negligence of DTDC in the Madivala Police station
Action 2: Will file a case in the consumer court, Bangalore as this is gross negligence and violation of basic protocol by your officials in Madivala office, Bangalore.
Action 3: I will definitely blog and publicize this in the event of no response from the concerned authorities.

With all due respect to your company and the top management, this incident should be a wake up call for the operations team and also a check on what kind of training do the delivery boys go through.

I shall take back my cases only on the condition of getting a written response on how my consignment can be retrieved and what kind of responsibility you will take if this consignment is misused by miscreants.

I sent a parcel having gifts for valentines day to my fiance on 06/2/10 from Aurangabad state Maharashtra India to Liverpool U.K .
When i asked to DTDC Aurangabad why they not delivered my parcel they told me that it is in transit but its a very casual service you are giving .Today it had been 12 days but it is still not reached there

I HAVE SENT ONE URGENT COURIER TO MYSORE ON 5TH MARCH, 2010 FROM YOUR RAJENDRA BHAWAN BRANCH. TILL 10TH MARCH, 2010 IT WAS NOT DELIVERED AT MYSORE. FROM THE INTERNET I SEARCH FROM YOUR SITE FOR CONSIGNMENT DETAILS FROM WHICH I FOUND THAT ON 10TH MARCH, 2010 IT WAS OUT FOR DELIVERY.

WHEN A COURIER LIKE YOU CANNOT DELIVER ONE COURRIER WITHIN A PERIOD OF FIVE DAYS THEN WHY YOU PEOPLE CHARGE FIVE TIMES DOUBLE RATES FROM OTHER COURIERS. PLEASE REPLY.

HOWEVER, I AM GOING TO COMPLAINT THE SAME TO YOUR HIGHER AUTHORITIES.

DTDC — Parcel received other person

I am employee of Ministry of Rural development, NREGA Division. Some percel sent me my sister from west bengal. but 25th march this percel recived Shri Dharam Veer Singh from Krishi Bhawan but originally Shri Dharam Veer Singh are not present here( Shri Dharam Veer Singh naam ka kohi nehi he). i also contact some time DTDC office but any kind of information does not give me. so i request the above matter solve as soon as possible.

DTDC is the worst courier ever i send a parcel on may 20 from delhi to guhati and now it june 4 but i have got my parcel yet and they are saying it will take 4 to 6 days more i dont understand why its taking that long and they are not helping me out the people working out there are dumb .I think this company should be shut down ..i bet they are coming walking all they way from delhi to guhati along with the parcel lolz... DTDC Couriers — consignment stuck for a week,no feedback,no answering of phone calls no follow ups at all

i bought an item online and the seller shipped it on 18 oct 2010 to me via dtdc and it showed a online status that it reached goregaon office on 20 oct 2010,i expected to get delivery of the same by 21 oct 2010.i called up and was given the numbers of the person concerned and branch numbers on 21 itself.
- no body picks up the phone you call them for 1 hour no answer
-i wrote a feedback on the dtdc website but they contaacted me after 5 days saying you have not quoted your consignment number.they should have called or mailed before to ask for the number if the WORD SERVICE means anything to them

-today as on 26 oct 2010,item still not recieved,phones still not being answered.

An envelope through DTDC courier was send from Eranakulam on 20/1/12 (POD No R[protected] to my residence address at Kollengodu Palakkad but the courier had not delivered at the address. Unfortunately, they had called me and told to collect from their office located at the outskirts of Kollengodu town. When questioned the owner started to threaten me (Through phone, if you need details of conversation can be provided from Kerala cyber police, time 6:49 pm) saying no courier from this centre will be delivered to me at my address (behind Kollengodu Palace, which is 1 km & as per PWD it is 0) in future or if it comes it will be destroyed, Is he only a franchise of DTDC or the CEO who take decision autonomously for DTDC? Now I feel ashamed that, I approached DTDC for my services rather than other couriers, who are operating from the heart of town and are decently behaved. Please do replay is it fare...

I have received a courier from Gurgaon on 21st jun 2012 and it has reached chennai on 25th jun 2012. It has not been delivered yet. The customer care people is not giving proper response. The call has been disconnected and call is made to DTDC office, ambattur. The consignment no. Z63768488. They have mentioned the status as "No such person". They have not made any attempts to deliver and have mentioned as if they have attempted. How come the person will not be available when am in home in same address. Why this fraudulent happens. I need immediate action over delivery.

DTDC is the worst courier service provider.. iam also have same experince like the delivery time.. and irresposibility.

DTDC is not a courier service .they are smugglers . my brother sent 150000rs crossed cheque to me but my courier was not reached to me . then i enquery the bank that cheque was withdrawed by some one .(means they crossed my name and writen his name ). i enquery the courier service they told that we are checking checking checking ... and take me to ret.DCP he also DTDC emp ...we will get back your money ver soon ... it was happen befor 2 month ..Still i am not getting any 1% update from DTDC.

i check the DTDC that guy who miss-used my cheque was a emp of DTDC ...
now i lanched a consumer complient againt DTDC . they are telling we will give 100rs for ur loss...we are not Responsible for value of courier. still i am fighting ...

i sent cheque worth 20k on 3rd May still now its not delivered, DTDC bloody use less courier service, completely cheating the customers, i try to track in there website they are mentioned door lock its complete wrong information,

Worst and unruly fellows. Useless service, you will get a voice message in all their land line numbers as "the number is temporarily not in use" or "this number does not exist". and in their mobile you will receive voice as " this number is not reachable". What is the use of their worldwide presence if they are not able to do proper service locally. Don't depend on these fellows for any emergencies.your courier may reach after the patient dies.

The worst service i sent the courier to mumbai on 1 oct 2013 and it was yold to me that it ll get delivered by 3 oct 2013 however the courie dind delivered till 4oct so i called to find out the status and then dtdc cs people informed metht it is not yrt recorded only i done no of followups feom the place i ve sent the courier, called cusyomef servixe to ask for the help but no kne was helping after doing sevral followup on 5 oct they told me tht consingment is now recorded and.ll get delivered today then it got deliverd(finally thank god) but consingment was broken now i dnt know whom to blame for this i think i am the fool who thaught tjt it is good courier company and selected this.
Just wanted tht atleast other people ll get save.

hi... I'm so sorry to tell you but your services are not that good.I have been using your services and every time I use your service I'm facing issues. At first I have spent RS 500/- and that parcel didn't reach the person and reason given to that was we dont have a person to deliver that and that palce was a bit far and I got that back after 1 month I lost my money using your sevices and again another courier was a fast courier and they told that will be delivered with in 2 days they charged RS 550/- and by today it was 4 days and still if I enquire they are telling that we have an issue at airport and that will be delivered on monday .I don't feel good with all of this if your having issues that is your problem and you should have an alternate for that .we made that fast courier because o[censored]rgency you should understand the customers urgency. I dont think the amount I spent was less.Please do some thing I'm very upset with your services.

DTDC never give home delivery. They call us to collect our orders ourself or send back our orders instead of delivering us. Poorest service 👎

we are utilising the services of DTDC courier for sending our official parcels to varios locations in India.

The services are being provided by Mr S Ghosh who is DTDCchannel partner & the address is

ESS GEE Enterprises
C 197, Greater Kailash Part 1
New Delhi 110048.

Unfortunately since last two months we are facing lots of problem with them, at times our parcels are not delivered in time even to areas where the delivery is with in 24 hours.

no regular pick ups are taking place, there is no fixed time for picking the parcel our office timings are 9.00am to 5.30pm and we have number of times requested Mr Ghosh to depute a person at 6.00pm.

Day before yesterday and on 1st April 2008 no one came to collect the parcel, yesterday the pickup boy came at 5.20pm when the parcels were still being packed and left two parcels as these were not ready by that time.

I had called Mr Ghosh to discuss these issues and he has abrubtly disconnected my call while I was trying to explian him the proble.

We would request if we could be assigned some our agent closer to our office which is located at Mathura road in New DelhI so that such problems do not occur in near future or else we may have to discontinue the business with DTDC, who is having poor service.

LOST MISSING DOCKET CONSIGMENT ARTICLE PARCEL ITEM

I am from pune on verge of losing an article sent by DTDC courier service to Mumbai. Its been 17 days now the article has reached no where, several callings to customer care and only answer I get is “the article is coming back due to short address” but the address was mentioned absolutely right and crystal clear on the article.

This is really a frustrating and very annoying experience for me with DTDC

Now I am middle of big email communication thread between DTDC officials, who are still searching and hung in the process finding my article.

After requesting again and again to take this matter on priority and deliver my item back to me ASAP, absolutely no response.

Sometime it looks so funny to me that I am begging DTDC to return my own article, but by now I am starting to believe that they don’t have it anymore, some of there people might have stolen it.

As these days they are only recruiting Thieves in there company.

Most of the Indian people are starting to think these DTDC people are not trustworthy anymore and these thinking will multiply more with time on brand failing to deliver quality service.

Also customer service guys promised to respond in 24 hrs but don’t get back even in 48hrs and I am really feeling sorry for myself why I choose DTDC at 1st place when in pune I got all big courier giants like first flight, blue dart, Aramax etc they might be little expansive but important thing is that at least your goods will be delivery satisfactory and now I even started to think that Speed post seems to be a better option then choosing DTDC Indian post might be slow like tortoise but will eventually win the race in steady and consistence way.

It’s been bad starting of year 2008 with a loss of RS 2500/- and that too with brand like DTDC.

I request you guys not to send articles or parcels through DTDC because they have employed all big stealers in there company.

This is to inform you that I am Jitendra Chand have not received yet my material bearing consignment no.Z40000355 and after tracking through sms it is showing that it was delivered to Mr P Kubawat who is a very unknown person to me and the same is not delivered to my address of delivery. Please note that my delivery address is 12/3, Patel Colony, Jamnagar, Gujurat where as it was delivered at Ahmedabad. How can it be possible?
Also on today morning, I made telephone contact with Jamnagar dtdc office and a madam told me that the parcel was within the office and was on delivery to my mentioned address above but in the evening by not receiving the product, I again did phonicly follow up and a person of office said that there was no parcel in my name.
I am facing these pathetic problems and why the tracking shows my parcel delivery to an unknown person to me and not of my courier address?
Seeking your positive action to solve the problem on urgent basis.
