Extra Charges of Courier

Dear sir,

A Box has been couriered through DTDC courier on 5th November and the packet has been deliverd at Delhi on 13th November.

As a customer I have been charged Rs.360/- for Air mode and the actually delivery has been done through surface mode.

I tried talking to various offices in Delhi and I haven't got any satisfactory response from the courier.

I feel cheated and expect...

Missing items

This is the second time I am losing an article sent by DTDC courier service. First it was a soft toy. When asked about it, it was told that if a list was enclosed with it, nothing will be lost. Next time a soft toy was sent along with a Tee shirt. This time the toy reached safely. Tee shiort is missing.

The interesting thing is, they did it so well that there are no marks of tampering in the envolope.

Regarding Delivery

Hi,

As I told you this is regarding delivery.I sent my courier dated 3rd nov 2007 from DELHI to CHHATARPUR(MP).But yet it is not deleverd(8th nov 2007).And as per the company policey it is being deliverd within three days. So in that case what can i do please do needful as possible.

Missing Rakhi.

I lost my rakhi sent to NEW PANVEL through DTDC courier.
I already complain about it at DTDC.
but no one can respond why this happen....

Irresponsible Courier services

This mail is a complaint mail against DTDC courier services at sanpada branch , Vashi.
i have no idea what kind of services are DTDC people providing
people in DTDC office are illeterate and extremly arrogant.
they had to deliver a courier which had a clear address of lntinfotech mahape which your highly professional workers delivered to Reliance life insurance which is no where close to the mentioned address.

Cheating and no response on complaint registering

TWO PACKET WAS DESPATCHED ON 24.8.07 FROM GREENPARK (NEW DELHI) , UNDER CONSIGNMENT NO. Delayed services

One envelop was send from pune on 23 may 2007, docket no. p06660447, but was not received up to 29 may 2007. What type of service is this and dtdc claims that they are the best service provider....

Missing courier content

This courier content lost complaint.

I had couriered (slipper) on 7th August 2007 to Sharjah, UAE (Airway bill no. *N91731035*) through Barton Center, Bangalore Office (BLR-098).

After 4-5 days, the packet was delivered with the key product missing.

Only brochure and CD was inside, Slippers were missing.

Since then I am following with BLR-098 and corporate office (Divya) but with...
