[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Credit card

Issue still pending from last 2 years...

This is regarding my credit card no. 4477 xxxx xxxx 2007 bank icici new delhi, my credit card limit was rs. 20000/- and bank sent me a statement of rs. 34000/-they have charged me over my bill limit and as per cibil i have to pay only rs. 2500/- . For the recovery of excess payment they called me many time even thought i am ready to pay the amount as per cibil, but they threaten me to pay the excess amount, i am mentally harassed by them, bank people call me more than 10 time every day.

I want to settel the due payment as per the cibil only.

ICICI Bank — about amount detection from my account

i am recharge my priped account of air tel mobile no from 295,as per provide full talk time in the recharge of rs 295,rs 295 cut from my account and i am not gating my balance ,i have talk to customer care of air tel,they say they r not gating the amount ,but amount detected from my account rs 295,and i get massage from 55555 ,this is is not valid amount ,plz give me right cause when service provider allow to recharge from rs 295 ,why u r not providing this service ,and what about my payment which is detected from my account.

ICICI Bank — MISLEADING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was supposed to submit my university fees on july 21, 2010 at The ICICI Bank as instructed by the university authority. So i went to the nearest branch that is at, Jadavpur, Kolkata. I asked the conderned person whether i can submit my fees which was in the form of Demand Draft (DD) there, he first said that no I cannot, and i have to go to some other branch, so i asked him which one? A very knowledgeable and "helping" customer care officer came forward and after lots of discussion with his colleagues and making a couple of phone calls to some "higher authority", he said i could deposit the fees there itself and took the drafts and stamped and signed the receipts. I came back to my University at Ahmedabad and after 4 months i was called at the administration office and informed that my fees has not yet been deposited. i called my father at Kolkata and told him to check with the bank. He did so, and when confronted, the customer care person at ICICI told him that Jadavpur branch was not even authorised to take the fees so he does not know how i had deposited the money there. And also my DDs have been lying with them for past 3months as they were not cleared. They did not even bother to inform me about this and when i called them they told that i was told that the branch was not authorised to take the fees and since i had insisted, they were forced to take the DDs. This came to me as a utter shock, because I had asked them repeatedly whether i should go somewhere else to submit my fees if they had any problem. But they denied it completely when my father questioned them and even said that they had warned me that they would not be responsible if the DDs did not get cleared. They did not even apologize for not informing about this to me or my parents (i had given them my contact numbers), the reason being "i am not a customer of the bank". Is this how a customer care officer of a renowned Bank supposed to behave with their customers??? I want a written apology from the bank officials for the trouble and mental harassment that they have caused to me and my parents because of their inefficiency.

ICICI Bank — NEFT Money Transfer

Sir,

I have transfered 100,000 from my ICICI Bank account no.[protected] to Punjab National Bank account No. [protected] vide NEFT refrence no.[protected] on oct 30, 2010 at 10:00 batch. But the amount of 100,000 is not credited to my PNB bank account till date and also not returned to my ICICI bank account. Its more than 20 days.

I have written to ICICI bank several times and every time ICICI bank reply us ask the beneficiary bank, when we enquired with PNB they are telling us money is not credited and we cant do anything.

Requesting you kindly do needfull to me

ICICI Bank — recharged my airtel number 9867788742 of Rs 333.00 on 17 th october 2010

i have recharged my airtel number [protected] of Rs 333.00 on 17 th october 2010 with www.icicibank.com my credit card [protected] money was deducted from my account but the recharge was not successful, i have complaint it on their site and customer care phone banking but they are not giving me any talktime or money back.

Money transfers have to happen with in 24 hours. Else use the reference no & ask the customer care .
As per your comment they are not replying, its an serious issue.

In your letter dated Sept.21, 2010, you have mentioned that redemption amount will be sent by D.D. I have sent a request to 3i infotech limited. Tower#5. 3rd floor international infotech park, vasi railway station complex vashi. navi mumbai 400703, to send Rs.15890 by Demand Draft to my office address. Till date amount has not been received.

Due to hospitalization of my wife, I could not receive the Regd. Post at my residential address, the D.D may please be sent to my following office address.

I am m.vijayakumar my cr card no-[protected] has been submitted long back for unnessary billing,i have to apply for the education loan for my daughter-SBI bank ,i have finished all the formalities for the loan but still i have not received the no due letter from your bank which is urgently in need.so kindly send the letter to the following mail ID sarmila.[protected]@gmail.com..... try to send it as soon as possible.this complaint has been forwared several times to your web site which had no response, if there is no response from your bank the action will be in unexpected form.

Direct Debit of disputed service charges without Authorization from linked Bank Account

I am an ICICI bank account holder for last more than 10 years withvery good account standing. BTW, I am a HNI customer of the bank and they have appointed a wealth manager for last several years. Ireceived several thretening calls from service center representative

To my surprise, ICICI Bank deducted the dsiputed service charges on the credit card from the deposit in my bank accounts without my authorization.

No one bothered to call me to inform of a such an action being planned or after taking the action.

So, please be wanred that your money in your account is safe. ICICI Bank credit card dept will be making direct debits to your balance even if you have disputed the charges. They dont have to listen to your case and can decide unilaterally.

Can Anyone suggest how should this be taken up with appropariate authorities??

ICICI Bank — Mobile Recharge never happens and money debit from account

I have recharge mobile by using ICICI bank website and money got debited from my account but Mobile Recharge never happens and support staff is arrogent

Cheque sent through M.s.Professional Couriers, Chennai : 17 vide their Receipt No: 54651429.
Duly received by your CMR Dept.,No;24, III Floor, Ambattur Industrial Estate, CHENNAI : 6OOO53 on 18.11.2010.
M/s.Professional couriers have their Receipt duly STAMPED & SIGNED by ICICI Bank .
Till date,ICICI have withheld the cheque and have not encashed it.Repeated enquiries with your Phone Banking Officers have not elicited any proper reply.
Where is the above cheque and why has it not been encashed till date,though received on 18.11.2010 ? Why has not the amount credited to our A/c and why do you keep reminding us about NON -PAYMENT ?!
