ICICI Bank — about credit card payment
MY credit card no is [protected].I setteled the card payment in APR-2010 and paid the cash.the same should not updated in cebil.Still the bank is sending the credit card bill.For the above matter Loan getting in banks is very difficult to me.For the above settlement i paid more than my usage(My card value is RS57000/-.But i paid RS 90000/-)So please take this complaint as serious and do the justice for me.

ICICI Credit Card — OFFICIALS TROUBLING ME TO GIVE THE CLOSURE LETTER SINCE TWO YEARS
Dear Sir/Madam,This is Madhavi. I was holding ICICI credit card bearing number [protected]. Due to their erratic billing, despite my payments, I requested the customer care department to look into the details and give me a corrected statement. The manager then assured that he would look into the details and resolve the issue. I did not get the clarification and I was adamant that unless the billing pattern was expalined properly, I would not make any further payments.
The authorities deducted the due amount (RS.35,000/- in Sep'08) from my ICICI saving account[protected] which I hold in Jubilee hills branch online without my consent or approval!
I immediately called my branch manager and he started apologizing and said that he was helpless! I was shocked at their unprofessional way of handling their customers' account, which made feel very insecure to continue my transactions with that bank.
I then immediately called the credit card department and asked them to give me closure letter since the amount was already withdrawn without giving me any justification. The lady manager who spoke to me asked me to make another payment of Rs.1900/- which would be towards my ICICI Lombard EMI and said that unless that amount is cleared, she would not be able to issue my closure certificate. I immediately deposited the amount online and called the manager to issue my letter closure letter. She assured me that the letter would be despatched in 7 working days.
In Nov'08, I got a statement asking me to make a payment of Rs.283.39/- towards my Lombard EMI instead of my closure letter!
Since then, I'm continuosly pursuing the issue with the credit card department, each time their managers get shuffled and every time I get their assurance that the issue will be resolved, but nothing comes in my favour.
Till date (since two years) my issue is not resloved instead my due amount which was Rs.283.39 in Nov'08 has gone up to Rs.7,900/- today!
I'm desperately waiting for someone to look into the matter and close the issue.
I request the authorities not to use such deceptive methods fand cheat innocent customers like this for their profits.

I am using ICICI bank platinum credit card. I have done purchase at Poonam electronics Amravati city of 11,200/- on[protected]. This was reflected on statement and I had made payment for the same.
Please remember I have signed one slip and swap card once.

After some days when my nov month statements was declared same transaction is appearing as independent transaction

I am really not sure why this happened. Then I called customer care they were not able to answer me in right way. One time I got answer vendor has submitted two slips. One time I got vendor claimed Transaction two times. I am doubting security of ICICI bank credit cards now because anyone can claim Transaction second time. In future if I would made Transaction of 1 lacs then vendor can claim it two time and I am gone.
I have also raised complaint SR[protected] for this executives are saying it will take 90 days to resolve I guess it would be long time for such huge dispute. It would affect your many customers.
I have also contacted vendor they are saying they have got the payment once and worst part I heard is they don’t submit slips to claim transaction. Overall all I claim to conclusion that ICICI card security is really big concern for me.
I would request you to please look into this issue as I cannot offer same five digit Transaction two times.

Yesterday I made an on-line payment of Rs 50000/- towards my HDFC Policy Nr 12538685 through HDFC website. While the status of this payment in the site shows "Request Submitted", there is a debit of Rs 50000/- in my ICICI Bank account for some other policy with ICICI Pru Life Pension which is not mine. I have sent mail to the relationship manager through ICICI website. There is no facility to attach word document or copy screen shots in that mail. There is also no way to find the email id of the relationship manager from the website.
Please correct this error and explain how this can happen. I am expecting your immediate response to this complaint

ICICI Bank — excess amount of installment
Dear Sir,I have one personal with your bank(Loan Id-:LPDEL[protected]) .This loan is linked with my saving account of ICICI (ac.no[protected].On 29th dec 2010,my account has been lien for the 22000 rupess and that amount has been credited from my account same day. My overdue was only 10889 approx.I have complained to ICICI for refund my rest amount on 30th Dec. Till the date I have not received my rest amount. First I want to resolve my case then I need the explanation why you have credited my amount in advance. And moreover you will have to bear the my check bouncing charges due to this and interest for that amount for that time period.

ICICI Bank — Amount debited towards the Credit Card Payment for Lombard Policy - Reg
HelloI am an ICICI Bank customer from past 4 years. I have my savings account in ICICI Bank,.
In the year 2007 I have sent my filled application towards ICICI Credit Card, but it was not issued to me. In the mean while ICICI Lombard taken the link from credit card section and called me regarding the Insurance policy even that also not been issued to me. Further no correspondence has either been done nor credit card and policy details received from your end.
But I was getting constantly the SMS on my previous mobile number regarding the credit card payment due from my end for which I have neither credit card nor insurance policy. Even I have complained several times to customer care regarding the issue both by e-mail and telephone, but they have not provided any solution in this regard.
I am getting the monthly SMS regarding the payment for credit card which I have not received and amount has been debited from my credit card account which does not exits and credited to ICICI Lombard without my intimation. I have given correspondence regarding this issue many times to both ICICI credit card customer care and also ICICI Lombard but in vain.
On 7th Jan’11, I have noticed that a amount of Rs.12,786.76 has been debited towards the Credit card payment (Showing as lien amount) to my savings account without intimation again.
ICICI credit card has leaked the customer details before issuing the credit card to customer and further they are telling to pay the amount towards credit card which they have not issued. ICICI Lombard got the details from credit card department and deducted the amount from credit card which is not issued to customer (without proper verification) and also not issued policy detail to customer.
Such type of actions is not expected from your esteemed organization like ICICI.
Kindly do the needful and hoping for justice to me at the earliest.

ICICI Bank — Account Blocking/Inappropriate Practices
I had deposited a cheque of INR 30,000 on 04th Jan 2011 at one of your ATM's for an outstanding amount of INR 19, 688.67 payable by 05th Jan 2011.Although there were enough funds in my account, ICICI debited only INR 3000 on 06th Jan 2011 and when they realized their mistake, they credited the INR 3000 back to my account and debited INR 30,000 the very same day.
Unfortunately by then ICICI bank had frozen by account even after taking entire amount of INR 30,000 from my account. Today (12th Jan 2011) when I went for a transaction, I was embarrassed in front of my clients when my card was declined.
No information was provided to me by ICICI bank that the amount has been transferred or this error has occurred and neither did I get a confirmation email that only INR 3000 was credited or else I would have checked and got the problem rectified in the first place.
On lodging a complaint with ICICI bank contact center, I have already furnished my bank statement which reflects that amount is debited from my account, a copy of my cheque book and fax confirmation (where I had sent the fax –[protected], and I have been advised that it would take 7 working days to rectify the problem at your end and till that time my card would be blocked.
Please advice on the following:
• Why did ICICI bank debit my account twice?
• Why did ICICI bank not inform me about this error from their side?
• Why did ICICI bank debit my account again and no information was passed to your customer service division?
• Why did ICICI bank block my card?
• Why ICICI bank would take 7 days to unblock the card which happened due to their error?
• Why I should not take this matter up with my lawyers and sue ICICI bank on charges of deformation?

Dear SirI have a saving bank account in ICICI Bank at SaltLake, Sector -2, Kolkata-91 branch. My bank account number is[protected].I had been advised or may call it forced to open this account by branch official in 2009. I went there to open a FD for better return. I am a senior citizen. I want to open a FD account to move up some money of my provident fund. Branch executive advised me to open a saving account first then to go for ULIP instead of FD. I was convinced by him at that time and go for a saving account.
During the time of account opening, bank executives did not provided me any ATM or debit card. I had not asked it as I am not familiar with the ATM card at that time. I always made the transaction through the cheque. But suddenly from 11/11/2009 to 14/12/2009 cash withdrawal of Rs55000 was made by using my ATM card. It was done from different. ATM of Kolkata in different times an date as informed me by bank official.
I came to know this when I received the account statement in June 2010. I rushed to branch and intimate them in written form on 12/06/2010 and as per advice of them I lodged a FIR in local police station. I had complained to customer care centre vide request no SR[protected] with help of a bank staff.
After some days, a bank investigation team from Mumbai visited to my house.
But nothing was happened till then. I visited several times to the bank but bank manger unable to give me any satisfactory answer. He told me that he has no time to talk about this small matter. I am a retired person, lost of this amount of money is not small for me. I am wholly dependent on the provident fund money. So I request you to look after the matter and do needful.

ICICI Bank — Online Banking Error

The bank has failed and refused to correct the wrong debit and credit my account.

ICICI Bank — With out information charges detects the amount from my personnel account and wrong information from executive
Respected sir,I am ajay.k.p. From bangalore rajajinagar, I have an Savings Bank account in icici bank in rajajinagar branch
Past three months I am transacting from my account, some months back some executieve came to my working place and he told that we are (from ICICI BANK) opening the account for 0 (Zero Balance Account) i should maintain 5000/- per quarterly, if not chargeble for the same and I agree for the same condition, then there is no any charges for closing the account at any time he gave informations like this, today when i took mini statement from ATM amount of Rs.827/- (Eight Hundred and Twenty Seven) Dedected from my account without bringing to my knowledge,even they are asking again Rs.550/- (Five Hundred and Fifty ) for closing the account immediatly, But I dont have any information about that person who is the executieve even I don't have any contact number Kindly Help me to find him or refund the dedected charges to close the account without any charges.Kindly concern about this complaint.

ICICI- Frozen Salary A / C — frozen salary A/c
I have a Salary A/c No.[protected] with your branch at Chakrata Road Dehradun. The A/C has been freezed suddenly without any intimation although my email address is also registered with you. This fact came to my knowledge when HDFC bank informed that my PDC of ICICI for EMI has been returned unpaid. On contacting customer care I came to know that it was due to freezing of my a/c and the reason was non-credit of salary, I told them that this is not the case, an amount of Rs.11000/- is being regularly remitted, they can see the a/c statement themselves. On their perusal they admitted but said how they know it is salary. I told them that this has to be cleared by them and this is not my problem.Then they told me to contact the branch of ICICI where my A/C is. I told them that I am on tour and as such contacted by phone with the branch manager who asked for address proof document and my photograph.
I sent both of these, but my question is ISN’T THIS HARRASSMENT ON THE PART OF ICICI BANK to resort to such extreme measures of freezing my salary a/c for no apparent fault of mine- which has led to dishonoring of my EMI cheque, subequent penalty and loss of face in addition to mental and physical TRAUMA when my debit card was also unable to withdraw the money, for daily needs.
My EMI ICICI cheque no. 35501 dated 31/12/2010 for Rs. 9011/- given to HDFC for payment earlier dishonored has attracted penalty of Rs.68/-.
In all sincerety and if a shred of decency is still there, ICICI liability is TO PAY THIS PENALTY to HDFC on my behalf.

ICICI Bank — miss behaviour of the RESHIMI the lady in the deposit counter icici bank Durgapur
Sir,I Sayed Husney Mubarak who has taken the distributor of MTS for Durgapur,and have a current account in the ICICI bank at Berhampore which is Gold account and another account is a simply a current account.It is very sad for me to say that the type of response from the side of ICICI bank Durgapur was not expected.I regulerly visit the bank for deposit of cash buthe it is for the last few days this bank officials dont know how to talk or behave with the customers .It was not at all expected from the bank officials not to listen to the Branch Mangers itself. The Manager tried to help me out but the working lady who was using a bad and slang language to me and the Manager.the ladies name is RESHMI i dont remember her title.She was very aggressive and used all type of bad languages in front of the Manager.The case was when i was depositing cash in the countr no 5 wher RESHMI was the lady takin the deposit,i repeatedly reqeated her about telling her that i had three deposit slip but had taken two token instead of three.At that moment she refused to take the third deposit i told her please man if possible please do the kind.She immediately started shouting at us and told us to kindly leave the bank i[censored] dont understand the meaning of i cant.So i went to the Branch Manager telling him my problem and requested him if he could help me,so he went to RESHMI an told her to take the deposit but on the spot she refused the Manager an told me to take my chair and she would call me when she findes it feaseable for her to call me.It was very humealeating for the Manager and me who is a regilar depositer.i have nothing to say but it is for shure i[censored] people dont take any step i will do the needfull what ever is required for me....I will see to it that if any action is not taken i am going to cut off all my account from your bank and see to it that even all may business parthners also cut off their transaction from the ICICI bank Durgapur and else where....
