[Resolved]  ICICIcredit Card — Reward points transferred to Imint program

I was shocked to check my last month's credit card says I've redeemed all my points! When contacted ICICI Call centre they are saying all the points have been transfered to imint...without any intimation to me! Its very dissapointing to see that a leading bank which claims to be customer-service oriented works in a such pathetic way. I feel this imint program is a pure waste and just another way to sqeeze money from the customers. I suggest ICICI Bank should withdraw this program and should continue with their own program of redeeming points.

Dear Sir,

This with reference to my telephonic conversation with you customer care executive Arush and His immediate supervisor My Ismyle, I have received few sms in the night at around 1:00 am 08 Oct ’10 where I have found that somebody is using my card without my knowledge. I have explained the I have received around 6 or 7 sms and all has been charged from same merchant which Tataindicom-bil the is approximately is Rs 33000 as confirmed from Customer Care. I have advised none of the transaction has been made by but the team your is not agree with me.


I have using this card from last 4 years and this first time I am facing this trouble with your bank.

In the view of above I have requested you to block my credit card and lodge my complaint .I further request you to refund my amount which have been charged fraudulently on my card. Please do the enquiry and also let me know who has been misusing the card so that I can also be alert for further usage.

I have seen few more people’s have lodged similar type of complains so you can take that same because I know it is difficult for you but this is something not good for your bank and customer too.

I would appreciate if you can provide me solution for the same because you can see my records of my all transactions till now and their was discrepancy with ICICI Bank and really don’t want to lost trust in the future as well.

Would like to see your reply on the same ASAP

ICICIcredit Card — Wrong Transaction & Late payment fees & statement not received

This is to inform you that bank has twice debited Rs 1475 dated 12.08.2010 purchased from Big Bazar. I have already talk in customer care of Big Bazar. They told me that wrongly card has been swipe twice & extra amount Rs 1475 debited in statement on 12.08.2010. Accordingly they are going to inform bank & charges will get reverse.

In this case pls told me how I pay late payment fees & interest charges. I am ready to pay total amount of my purchases along with interest. But I am not going to pay late payment fees charges because stiil my statement is unsigned & I have not received the same.

So pls help me in this matter.

ICICI — Unfair Late Payment Fee

Hi,

I and my husband always had a good relationship with ICICI and never had any complaints. This time I did not pay an outstanding amount of 200 Rs, it was delayed by 10 days for which ICICI has charged me 400 Rs as late payment fee. That too for a platinum card. Upon calling up customer care they say that they dont have any formula for calculating late payment fee. Does it mean late payment fee is 200% of the outstanding amount? Is this really fair? This happened to me for the first time. My husband holds the card for many years it never happened to him even though he sometimes paid late. Now we both have decided to cancel all our relationships with ICICI. Guys think before you get a credit card from ICICI.

I am really surprised that the i-mint people are showing such an apathetic attitude towards people trying to register themselves. On 5th,november'10 i bought a phone worth Rs.14000.i used my icici debit card to pay the same.but,Rs.28000 was debitted from my account(in two trasactions each of Rs.14000) and merchant claims to have recieved only Rs.14000 into his account. Credit Card — Non receipt of statements of payments made

I am/was holding a credit card account vide no.[protected] and the said card was lost in the month of march-april 2008 ,this information was conveyed to your bank ,but your bank did not respond. Now i have been paying the credit card payments from month to month even after the said loss, but to my surprise the due does not seem to decrease rather its increased inspite of the fact that i have had no transactions for the last two years +. To this effect i had asked for the statements but there has been no response but the only response i get is that there is such a sum due in my name how is beyond me.
As such iwould like to get the required information at the earliest before i make any payments.

ICICIcredit Card — Card mis used even after the request for canceling card is raised with ICICI

Hi ALL,

On Aug-2008 my credit card was stolen at around night 12 PM. I got to know about this at 3:00 AM morning. Immediately i called the customer care and raised the request for blocking/cancelling the card. I got voral confirmation on the same.

But after 1 month i am getting a statement due amount. means after cancelling also there was the transaction on the card.

Similarly, few months ago, i transacted around 400 RS approx.. and i could not pay the amount on date. When i received the next months statement there was 2000 Rs due amount. I called ICICI customer care and asked about how the fine amount such a huge 3 times the principal amount of 500. They provided all calculations which were not accourding to any of their interest rete calculation..
Finally they accepted to accept only to pay the 500 Rs.

This is really direct cheating by the Bank ICICI, if any busy person not analysing the statements were end-up paying the amount.

Please people my humble request please donot trust any Credit cards from ICICI.

ICICIcredit Card — reversal of charges

Dear sir, i was penalised different charges. Because of my non availability, my cousin paid my credit card bill in the month of september.unfortunately it is bounced because of some charges made in my cousin's icici bank account.
what is suprising is neither i have received any message regarding the cheque bounce. i talk to ur customer care asked for reduction of charges, they have advised to pay the amount then only they can do some charges reversal. they reversal the late payment charges i think so, because i have paid the bill in time.
plsease see my track record. i am genually paying the bills in time. I have paid the total amount (interest, cheq return charges etc). i am kindly requesting to reverse the interest charges etc.

I stopped and settle my account two years back, i already send fax of all my details, my letter, receipts everything, but now icici cut charges of rs. 6264/- from my bank account. in between i didnt receive any statement or no customer care call for minimum balance. my C.Card no is [protected]. my no is [protected].

ICICIcredit Card — Late payment fees

I, Tejas Jhaveri, a ICICI cc holder since more than 5 yrs now, CC number xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx, would like to inform that there has been some miscommunication between bank and me. I had received cc statement for the month of sep '10 after the due date, your record shows that it was received before the due date but it is without the receiver signature that proves that it was not delivered to me. secondly when i received the fresh copy i made the payments. later next months statement was not delivered on my address again. it was sent to some other persons address and that person sent me a notification that my statement was sent to his address and asked me to pick it up from his address. Thus this was the second time.

After all this mistakes form bank's dispatch department they say they had sent me an email and also phone notification, but i dont have email and phone access due to my working conditions, where both are prohibited. thus only means of communication for me is hard paper, and the same is important for me as only if i submit my hard copy statement the payment form accounts section is done.

Now after being an old customer and a reasonable user i request you to sort this matter and get it resolved.
