MY connection number is 722831 and whenever i called up in Divyansh Gas agency for booking of gas cylinder no one pick up the phone and its not possible for us to visit agency every time for booking purpose.Last two months before they have delivered gas to any other person.Ther phone no is [protected]. Indane Gas — infrequent gas delivery

I am a consumer of indane gas and it is being delivered through INDANE DISTRIBUTOR--- DISTRIBUTOR CODE[protected] M/S ABHAYAY GAS SERVICE , D- SECTOR MARKET, STALL NO. 19, DURGAPUR- 713204, PHONE NO.[protected]/ 2568025. from last three months i am observing that they are not suppling gas cylinder in proper time though i am booking my gas well in advance. if i ask about the delay, they reply so rudely that it is unbearable for a gentleman. my consumer number is AG 18440 dated 09.11.08. address 11/22 DAYANANDA ROAD.i am filling so unsecure about the service and unable to find any other sollution except to inform you.

i. would therefore request you to kindly take necessary step to protect me and my family from this rude and dengerous gas distributor mentioned above and give me relief from mental anxity.

ihave already booke d gas in raghu gas agency before three months but till not receieved delivery

I am a consumer of Raghu Gas service, Khandsa Road, Gurgaon. I booked a LPG cylinder on[protected]. My consumer No. is 1577. Till today ie.[protected] the cylinder was not delivered to me. Thier telephone is alwas engaged. whenever they pick up the phone they just tell that it will be delivered tomorrow and that is it. Please Help.

My consumer id is DG11572. I have been trying to book my gas cylinder for a month from now but managed to do it a week ago. The Gas is not delivered yet after several reminders. Every time I get a false promise from the lady on the other side that gas is going to be delivered today. They are not ready to give the booking number. It is evident that there is a big racket of Black Marketing going on from this dealer. Every time they are deficit of cylinders. One can not speak to them as their phone is kept busy on regular basis during working hours.They bluntly refuse to book for refill giving lame excuses. I am left with 2 empty cylinders for the last 4 days still waiting for its refill but sadly getting false responses from the distributer. The name of the agency is "Dwarka Indane Service".
I would appreciate if my grievance is looked into by arranging immediate delivery of gas refill and an enquiry is made against this dealer and its service

Sub.: Gas Connection No.N-25710 – Manimajara Gas Agency. I have been trying to book my cylinder for the last 3-4 days, but they are not booking my gas and they are lingering and said to me that their computer is not working so they can not booked my gas I went on Saturday on 12/12/2009 and the employs who were ladies treated me badly so I am badly hurt by their behavior. Ana when I asked help line no they did not give me and said whatever you want you can do and if you lodge complaint against me in future you would have problem to have gas because finally I will remain here Please get my complaint solved immediately and arrange to get the gas booking done. The agency is not giving proper service for the last so many days.

I booked 01 refill on 04/01/2010 through phone.Booking was confirmed .Today when i called for delivery confirmation i was told that today they have booked my cylinder. As it is already known that refill is booked after 21 days of last booking.I was expecting cylinder today.Now it will be delivered after another 4 to 5 days.My family will have to suffer only because of carelessness of gas agency.Pl.do the needful.

I have been trying to book my cylinder for the last 2-3 days, but I am unable to contact either of the 2 phone nos..29230474 and 29238762. Either the phone keeps ringing unattended or is busy. There was a similar situation last month & every time in PAST also when I tried to contact the dealers 10-12 days and ultimately had to go personally to book my gas. Since I have just one cylinder it becomes very difficult if the survise is so bad.

This is to bring to your notice that I have booked a cooking gas cylinder on 2nd jan 10 and have been making at least 5 calls to remind same but still my complain has not been entertained when ever i called they say cylinder will be available in 1 hr but it never happened most of the time landline got busy and hence we keep calling the delivery boy who is least bothered to repond our consumer no is 53533 and we are registered with yadu indian gas seva sahibabad gaziabad.i request to take necessary action against the agency and do the needful

Indane Gas Cylinder — NON BOOKING

We are using Indane gas cylinder from so many years but booking of a cylinder is like to win a war. No body available at phone lines to get the call. A person has to go there to book the cylinder. My gas connection number is RP11634 ara is Shakurpur, Delhi. Please help us.

I have grant a LPG single Cylinder connection from MADHU GAS AGENCY, SHOP-NO 102, 103, VARDHAMN APPENEL PLAZA CSC-2 MAYUR VIHAR, PHASE-3, NEW DELHI-96, PHONE NO 22618691, 22611514 on 14/10/2009 ( Consumer No. 14290) as per my application. After one time I have refilled Gas through booking system from Madhu Gas Agency very easily. As I am facing somany problems i.s. Commitment from L&O and Election duty, similarly I applied for Double Cylinder connection and which considered by authority and a letter received by Madhu Gas Agency " that your application for second cylinder has mature and you are requested to call us within 60 days from 28 Nove 2009. For which I went to Madhu Gas Agency in two times, but incharge of Office did not accept my application and told and again inspect your house. . ( I provide One cylinder connection, authority was inspected my all documents and destination) .

On 01/01/10 my Gas has been completed and I have bookd for re-fil on 02/01/2010 to Madhu Gas Agency through telephone and till date they have not supplied the refilled cylinder. On an enquiry three times firstly incharge of Madhu Gas Agency told me to deliver your Gas Cylinder earliest, buth now they said your refil cylinder was already supplied on 07/01/10.

During this few days of period I faces some problems for connection, refill the Gas Cylinder. I am serving in Central Reserve Police Force and servicing for the nation. But Indian Oil Corporation assist the force personnel in any exigency, But Madhu Gas Agency trying to harrasment of me. Hence, I submitted this application for your kind attention and enquired the above matter and informed me earliest.
