[Resolved]  Indane Gas Connection — Booking

I'm a consumer(no. 19977) of Rohini Enterprisees, Ist Floor Durga Market Naharpur, Sector 7, Rohini.
I have been trying to the no.given by the agency to book my cylinder for many days, but I am unable to contact any of their numbers.The phones are ringing but not picked by anyone.

Please do the needful. The agency is not responding properly.

I booked my gas cylender on dated 2-3-10 but not recd. till date 10-3-10 my
connection no: is 37688 and my distributor is Tanwar gas Service. give me specific reason and solve my problem.

Indane Gas — Appreciation

Dear
We are consumer No.KM 3930 with Messers Kandhari Gas, Plot No.A 63, Pocket OO, Sector 2, Rohini Delhi 110085.
We booked the cylinder on 12th February, 2010. There was an obituary in the family. We were often not available at home.

M/s Kandhari Gas deputed their delivery van FOUR times to deliver the cylinder.

We therefore made a call on 13th March, 2010, at about 1100 hours and submitted on phone the difficulty faced by us on account of no gas cylinder available with us.

To our utter dismay, the gas cylinder was got delivered the same day, creating a HISTORY. We must therefore, appreciate M/s Kandhari Gas for their splendid work and efforts.

We would request you to publicise in your house customer journal. I am a tiny cusumer to recommend any award for M/s Kandhari but they require to be recognised. I would deem it a pleasure to accompany the Rep of M/s Kandhari Gas to accompany to the stage to receive the honour.

In our Area Mukund gas interprises, barkatpura, hyderabad, andhra pradesh Gas services is authorized for indian Gas (domestic uses) Distribution.

Expected delivery was 02.03.2010

but regret to inform that till today (15.03.2010) we have not received .
we request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful if possible.

i am a regular customer of indane gas since 20 years but sorry to say that
i never ever got cylinder delivered at right time. they take more than 45 days to deliver cylinder and when we complain to distributor he and his workers use bad language and tells that what ever you want you can do, we will beat you, and many more bad words. i want to file a complaint against my indane gas distributor which is

K2 Gas — Not able to Book Gas

Noe Days it very difficult to bnook the Gas cyclinder for Home usage as number is alwys busy and if computerised booking is tried its does not book the Cyclinder for the residential use

Please get my complaint solved immediately and arrange to get the gas booking done. The agency is not giving proper service for the last so many months and if go on agency there staff talking is so bed alway throw the booking book and not attending properly .

I got a connection in my mother name Karmily, she died on 2003, after that i tried to change my address, our agent didnt allow me to change, they told it is in the name of mother, so there are so many formalities. Now for the last one year i am not able to book my connection. Our agent is M/s United Gas Services, New Road, Cochin- 682002 Ph No: 2225421 : 2223555.

I want to apply for my 2nd cylinder also, for that what is the formalities, I am suffering a lot, as my husband is in abroad. Looking forwad to hear from you.

Sir, We had booked our gas booking on 25/06/2010, afterthat we make a call to local office and they advise us that your gas is already booked on 24/06/2010, now still we have not received gas cylinder from M/S Jemini Enterprises, Najafgarh New delhi. My gas book No is 21626.

I booked gas on July 12 2010 but till date i.e. July 21 2010 dealer did not supply gas. Every time they take 8-10 days to supply gas. Some times due to non receipt of gas at their end there may be delay but not every time. Please see to this, waiting for your quick response

I book a cylender at Laxmi Gas Agency, Rashid Market, Delhi-110051, my consumer No. is 7987.in the name of Sh. Baldev Raj, Residence at 53, Radhey Shyam Park, Delhi-110051. the delivery man despatch the cylender, but the cylender waight is 23 Kg, 7 Kg. gas is short in my cylender, i was complaint in Laxmi Gas Agency, the executive not gives satisfactory reply.I am not only there are many customers to face this problem.
I request you that please solve our problem.

This is to inform you that the gas cylinders supplied from the agency [Bareilly Gas Agency] near C.B.Ganj (Bareilly) to my locality are mostly expired.. the attitude of the agengy is also not satisfactory toward the complaint.. Please see towards this matter and take the neccesary action. Hope you will listen to my complaint.
