[Resolved]  Indane Gas Connection — Booking

The agency is hurting well to the public by not responsing the telephones. The booked gas before 25-30 days they are not ready to deliver to the customer. When we contact over Phone :[protected], 2411697, 2412697 either phones are busy or not not responding. In so many houses, ladies are living alone and could not go every time near to agency for booking & to inform to deliver the gas. Proper care need to be taken on the customers.

We get many problem by panchmukhi indane sakti .
Dear sir,
we have sent complaint against panchmukhi indane to indane oil sales officer A.K. mehar by phone and not any respone and facilities give by sale officer because he is the broker of panchmukhi indane's propriter.
so, please get us complaint against distributor of panchmukhi indane sakti and sales officer of sakti.
Given complaint like,
1.Do not give home delivery and we pay full amount without rebat 357 rs. and give cyilender from gas godawn kaneti which is in 9 k.m. distance from sakti gas agency.
2.gas connection give rs.4500 and not any receipt give us and force for purchase stove i hot plate with newly connection and give lowest quality of stove i hot plate in propriters medical stores.
3.pressur regulater not change dy distridutor and charge rs.250 to all old custmers.
if i give own identity then, the area maneger and sales officer inform to distributor of panchmukhi indane.
so can't give identity of my own.

Indane Gas — non supply of home gas

i have a home gas connection no. TN 003391, s.no.524794, in name of mrs. saroj agrawal , and i booked gas on[protected] and owner of gas Tirupati gas service is not not giving me gas till[protected]. he always gave us gas cylinder approx in 3 months. every month i have to purchase gas from grey market from same agency . it is very difficult to do same on every month pls do some necessory action so i get proper gas supply .

AVERY GAS — NON DELIVERY OF Gas Cylinder even 15 days after booking

Gas booking complaint
whenever we try to book the cylinder with the help of telephone.the telephone is always busy or there is no one to pick it.the phone numbers are 22442983 and 22466949 , and even called on the mobile no helpline available but still no delivery, I had booked the cylinder on 18th Dec 2010 and got the reply that it will be delivered on 20th Dec but not so and on calling again and again, hardly when sombody get caught on phone line they say just two more days just two more days,
please email us any new number for booking the cylinder etc.

But Till Date I can received My Cylender.

I am a indian Gas consumar at your Rajarhat Gas service, Rajarhat, north 24 Paraganas, Kolkata, West Bengal. I was booking my gas over Telephone on 02/01/2011. They replied me the booking no.400.But when I saw (15/01/2011)that they distribute the gas on booking 04/01/2011 I further called them over telephone they search the booking and replied me that I have no booking on 02/01/2011. Then they futher booked on 16/01/2011. The distributor has one Phone this is so many problem to contract them. Their van poller always black marketing the gas cylinder of Rs. 100 to Rs.200 extra from the original rate to decorator and other non consumar party but we are hampered to our gas cylinder in time.
so, I am requesting you to take care and action on your distributor otherwise I take the legal action on them.

Dear Sir,

Sub: Gas Connectin No.12884, Sri Mangai Indane Gas Agency, Balakrishna Nagar, Mannargudi, Thiruvarur Dt. Tamil Nadu

Every time if I book for refilling gas cylinder the said agency take abnormal time to deliver the cyliner i.e. 20-25 days time. I could not understand why they take this much time. After delivery of the refilled cylinder we are eligible to book the next refilling request only after 22 days from the date of last receipt. As such the gap between the supply counts around 42-47 days. If the cylinder becomes empty after a month, we will be left with no fuel for 12-17 days.

Hope your good officers would understand the problem and instruct the concerned to regularise the supply.

Even after continues efforts i am not able to contact m/s OP AGENCY as their numbers are allways engaged, I had booked my gas for refilling on 14th Jan 2011 through IVR and got a booking number 34.on 24th jan i again booked and got number booking number 7(i don't know what happened earlier booking).i personally visited on 25th at gas agency and got a booking number 13259, but till now i have not received the cylinder.MY consumer number is op33969.PLEASE LOOK IN TO THE MATTER.
