[Resolved]  Indane Gas Connection — Booking

I am a customer of INDANE with customer no 27050 and have been registered
with M/S MAA GURGA GAS SERVICE, Gomti Nagar Lucknow LUCKNOW. I booked my gas
cylinder on 19th Aug, 2010, till 31nd Aug, 2009 no delivery has been made by
the agency. Whenever I make phone call to gas agency, either he don't pick
the phone or he says it will take another 3-4 days for delivery due to
non-supply of gas. I called 3 times, he says same reply. I have also called
FO Lucknow II on [protected], but no response till date, you are requested to
kindly do needful and ensure that no customer will suffer further.

I have been trying to book my cylinder for the last 20 days, but gas agency is refusing to book the cylinder .iam unable to understand what for they are asking me to call back after 7 days

Please look into the matter and rectify the problem.

THIS agency has set booking of LPG refill after 21 days from the previous refill but no telephone of it's office responds any time spot booking time is very short 1st of all booking is a difficult job but the main problem starts after booking they pretend that refill will be available10 to 15 days after booking . I could book this time on 21/08/2010 while prev. refill dt. 27/07/2010 after much efforts but after that i became so much teased by going to the agency godown every day but couldn't get refill after waisting 4-5 hours daily every time they told cylinder will be delivered to your door but no result after whole day standing in que i could get yesterday evening dt. 27/09/2010 door dely. agents(rickshaw pullers) give cyl. to those only who pay Rs. 50-60 extra

i was try many time to book a cyclinder. Some times they said book after 21st day from the last billing date, some time they said book after 21st day from the date of delivery. the prob is after we book for a cylinder they take a week time to deliver. after 4th day they raise the bill the delivery take 2 or 3 days after raise the bill. so arround 30 days will take to get delivery from the last delivery date. What i need is when can i book a cylinder. 21 dyas after billing date or delivery date. please send the reply AEAP

It is to update you that on my regular booking of refilled gas cylinder
Your delivery man always trying to deliver leakage cylinder and if we don’t supervise it then same gets used. Each and every time we have fight with him for the cylinder. This is becoming a regular habit. I have informed about it to seniors of this delivery man and cylinder. They always come with the excuse that they are receiving the stock from Godwon just like that only.

Secondly, for booking purpose I am using internet services and last two transcations they are charging me ADMIN PTD: Rs, 25/- extra.

Please look in to this as this is becoming a serious issue for me and for the security of my family.

I have gas connection of indane gas with Supreme Enterprise Gas Agency, Vivek Vihar, Delhi. My consumer no is 06946.

My problem is that after booking they have never supplied the gas on time. Presently I booked the gas 14th October 2010 to day is 26th october 2010 no cylinder has reached my home every time. kindly request u to take immediate action to deliver the cylinder in time.
