Indane Gas — no delivery gas cylinder after booking gas
Dear sir,My self ved prakash sharma, I am using about 5 year of indane gas services,
on my mother name (SUKH DEVI) and my gas no. is 1065.
I have booked a gas cylinder dated on 15.01.2010
and it delivered till yet. i have complaint at gas service agency but they did not take any action, We are facing many problems in daily routine.
Please take necessary action and supply my cylinder as soon as possible.

Sublaxmi Gas Agency, Vikas Marg, Sakarpur New Delhi-110092. The delivery boy, deliver the L.P.G. cylinder on 4th January, 2010 as defective (Pin Lekage) and the gas was keep on leaking. Inspite of assurance to replace the defective cylender, just to come up from the street. He never came back to replace the cylinder without any defect. Even though on many times we have try to contact the service agency on telephone no.22045242/224170 but the number was out of order as announced by the computer. Ultimately we have called upon emergency service provider from Shadhara. One Mr. Naryan Singh, reached at around 1600 hrs. on 7th Febuary, 2010 he gave the opinion of pin lekage defect in the cylinder. Hence, requried to be replaced by the service provider.
You are requested to direct the agency, avoid such irregularities in future, so that the consumer should not face any difficulty/accident in the house when most of the time the lady is alone and anything may happen course of time.

Indane Gas Connection — Always delay of Gas and not attending telephone
My consumer no.26217 and I am a resident of Bareilly. M/s Malka Gas Service(Code --) is the distributor for my connection. I have been trying to contact the said agency
since 10.02.2010 over phone deseperately continously (atleast 8-10 times)for the delivery of gas. But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The tel. nos. provided by them[protected],3295895) are not acccessible consequently, the gas has not been supplied till date 18.02.2010. On a previous ocassion also I had experienced similar kind of problem .
Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system in order so that we are able to contact him for gas booking and non delayed delivery. You may appreciate the precious time and effort already lost by me in this regard.

raghu gas service — Non supply of cylinders
Getting Supply of cylinder through Raghu Gas Service at Gurgaon, is an herculean task. For example to book a cylinder you should wait for 21 days from the date of supply. After booking you will get the cylinder after 45 days or so. Even if you try to contact them over phone, they will not pick up the telephone and answer your phone call. Even if you visit personally you will not get proper reply, On verifying with few customers, I have come to know that you may get the cylinder on extra cost as they supply unauthorisedly to hotels and restaurants. Request this complaint to be forwarded to Vigilance cell, IOCL.Thanks

Gas booking clerk hardly pick the phone and never respound the call. After booking the gas, supply is not being made in due time. Some times it takes 10-15 days after due date. It is his reguarl practice they book next refill only after one month of previous delivery.

This is Rajkumar from Gurgaon Hrayana, my complaint is about Raghu Gas service. 28-29 Kamla Nahru Maket, Kandsa Road, Gurgaon. This gas agency is selling 50 % of cylinder by black marketing. Which is causing insufficient number of cylinder for regular customer. We will have to wait for more then one month after the booking of cylinder. This Raghu Gas Service is not run by the original owner of gas service . He is died and his children are settled in abroad. This is run by his relative and they are black marketing 50 % of the cylinder. Kindly take hard action against them and stop their work.

Then previous gas cylinder of our house was finished on 26.02.2010 and i requested Sri Umesh, Karuna Gas Agency “to delivery the cylinder booked on 12.02.2010 as we have no gas for cooking and we have no option but to go outside for meals ”. He replied very arrogantly (misbehaved)and told that he has nothing to do with that and it will take 2 -3 days more for the delivery of the cylinder.
It is disheartening to mention that gas cylinder has not been delivered by Karuna Gas Agency till date I .e 04.03.2010.
I have evidence with me when several times when we have booked the gas cylinder after 25 days or 30 days from the date of delivery of last cylinder and they have always made the delivery after 10 to 15 days days from the date of booking. They will take either date of delivery or date of booking to suit them and in the manner to harass the
Consumers in the best possible manner.
Sir, we know that cylinder is eligible ones a monthcan Karuna Gas Agency show any evidence when I have applied or allotted more then one cylinder in a month during the period of 4 years.
With great sorrow it is to mention that I have not faced problems connected with gas cylinder during my tenure of services at Sarni (M.P) for a period of 18 years what problem I have faced in the initial period of 6 months with Karuna Gas Agency starting from the year of 2005 when I took the connection. Initially, I was issued Gas Pass Booked in the year 2007 on payment of money without any receipt.
It seems that such people have nothing to do with the sentiments / pains of the peoples and have the only goal of making money. They forgot the basic purpose is to serve the society in the distribution of essential commodities like gas.
If this is the attitude of Karuna Gas Agency with educated people then how they may be harassing the general public and illiterate mass (who have no awareness to submit grievance).
We fail to understand as to how the agencies are allotted to such people by Indian gas without verification of records.
It is to appreciate that the services of Indane Gas are highly commendable through Nagpur (except Karuna Gas Agency) and I have heard from many people appreciating about services.
It is very much disheartening to note that the gas is an essential services and persons connected with distribution do not know to talk and behave, and have nothing to do with the inconvenience and agony faced by the consumers.
In fact the behaviour and attitude of people like Karuna Gas Agency gives a very bad picture about a highly reputed institution like Indane gases.
You are hear by requested to issue orders for the delivery of gas cylinder immediately and take necessary action against Karuna Gas Agency under intimation to the undersigned.

With great sorrow it is to mention that I have not faced problems connected with gas cylinder during my tenure of services at Sarni (M.P) for a period of 18 years what problem I have faced in the initial period of 6 months with Karuna Gas Agency starting from the year of 2005 when I took the connection. Initially, I was issued Gas Pass Booked in the year 2007 on payment of money without any receipt.
It seems that such people have nothing to do with the sentiments / pains of the peoples and have the only goal of making money. They forgot the basic purpose is to serve the society in the distribution of essential commodities like gas.
If this is the attitude of Karuna Gas Agency with educated people then how they may be harassing the general public and illiterate mass (who have no awareness to submit grievance).
We fail to understand as to how the agencies are allotted to such people by Indian gas without verification of records.
It is to appreciate that the services of Indane Gas are highly commendable through Nagpur (except Karuna Gas Agency) and I have heard from many people appreciating about services.
It is very much disheartening to note that the gas is an essential services and persons connected with distribution do not know to talk and behave, and have nothing to do with the inconvenience and agony faced by the consumers.
In fact the behaviour and attitude of people like Karuna Gas Agency gives a very bad picture about a highly reputed institution like Indane gases.
You are hear by requested to issue orders for the delivery of gas cylinder immediately and take necessary action against Karuna Gas Agency under intimation to the undersigned.
