Indane Gas — non-supply of indane even after 14 days by M/s Kanmdhari Gas, Rohini, Delhi

I booked for indane on helpline no. 1260 on 18.08.08. Uptil now the gas has not been delivered. All involved right from the Dealer, the IOCL inspector and the delivery boy have joined hands to trouble the puiblic and nobody listens. this is the state of affair since last three years. Can u pl cporrect it and arrange the supply of gas immediately now and in future. If not pl confirm how more time will be required. Public is suffering only because o[censored]r monopoly

I BEEN A CUSTOMER OF VIDYASAGAR FROM VERY2 LONG PERIOD.BUT NOW ADAYS THEIR STAFF BECOME SO IRRESPONSIBLE 1ST OF ALL THEY WONT PICK ANY PHONE .THEN THEY WONT STICK TO WHAT THEY SAY.THEY JUST KNOW HOW TO SHOUT.I[censored] GO THERE THEY WILL SAY TODAY, TOMORROW ND SO ON.LAST MONTH WHEN I CALLED THEY SAID WITHIN 11 DAYS DEFINATELY THEY WILL SEND THE CYLINDER.I SHOULD SAY IN THIS COMPANY IS AT FAULT.IF THEY IMPLEMENT SOME RULE.THEN ONLY ITS POSSIBLE.NOW SIR U ONLY TELL ME IF THIS HAPPENS TO U.PLEASE CONSIDER MY COMPLAINT ND REQUEST TO HELP US RATHER THAN KEEPING SUCH A BAD STAFF.I M SPEAKING ABT PITAM PURA, RAMA MARKET AREA

WE FIND THAT MOST OF THE TIME THEY PUT THEIR LPG BOOKING TELEPHONE[protected],[protected]IN DEAD POSITION OR ENGAGED CONDITION, OUT OF ORDER CONDITION. WHICH PREVENTING US BOOKING INDANE LPG OVER PHONE.

SINCE I LEFT FOR MY OFFICE AT EARLY MORNING. THE LOCATION OF THE SHOP IS NOT NEAR TO MY RESIDENCE, I HAVE ONLY OPTION TO BOOK INDANE LPG OVER PHONE. SINCE MOST OF THE TIMES THEY ARE NOT ATTENDING PHONES OR PUT THESE IN BUSY CONDITION IT IS VERY DIFFICULT FOR US TO BOOK LPG DIRECTLY AT DEALERS SHOP. SO WE ARE NOT GETTING LPG AS NEEDED BY US.

WE NEED ONE LPG CYLINDER IMMEDIATELY. PLEASE HELP US.

indane gas agency-jyoti gas, satna — not delivered the cylinder after 15 days of booking till date

I am booked our Indane gas dt. 28.08.08 but till date i am not reced . our home delivery of cylinder and they told in phones delay will be 7-10 days more for delivery.

I resides in dwarka in new delhi.I booked LPG INDANE at its dwarka counter near Ramfal chowk of sector-7 named as "jai jawan gas agency".My serial no was 16, they told about sending letter up to serial no 30 since 30th August.My vodafone post paid bill has been given by postman.How is it possible that gt may be just a postal delay.The gas agency isn't a transparent one.Help me

Indane Gas — nondelivery of refill

I have booked a refill on 9th August 2008 and was told it will be delivered in 7 day's time. Still it is to be delivered though I am persuading daily. Actually we are taking our food in Hotel foe want of gas for the past 2 days.

Indane (Gayatari Gas Agency) Bhilai. (C.g) — poor service

this agency is very poor in delivering lpg cylinders,
they sell cylinders in grey market, leaving the genuine customer in pain.
i havent received delivery at home since five month or so.
they dont deliver cylinders on declared date and force the customer to take delivery from agency.
forcing the customer to visit the agency 2-3 times to get a cylinder.
if any one cares for this complaint,
pl make investigation of this agency,
and take necessary and strong action against agency..

Not picking the phone

I am using indane gas service for my LPG usage. I have booked a refill 2 months back, till now, i have not received the refill, even after repeated complaints. The dealer response is very poor.

This is the state of every refill booking since last 8 years. The minimum time taken is 2+ months for each delivery.
we are facing severe hardship, because of this delay in service.

This has become big problem for the entire area. I would really appreciate, if you can please look into this issue at the earliest.

Indane / Gas Agency — delay in gas delivery

Dear sir,
I am a consumer of Indane gas services and I am facing a regular problem in receiving gas cylinder supply. I booked for a cylinder on 28.7.2008 with booking no.9063 and consumer no.21496. Till 21.8.2008 I had not received the gas cylinder. I confirmed from the agency that on 21.8.2008, they were supplying the gas to consumer with booking date of 30.7.2008. I contacted again on 22.8.08 and today on 23.8.2008 for the gas but still they are not able to tell me that where is the delivery slip and the gas cylinder.
This is a every time problem and if we dont stand on their head and cry for the gas cylinder it is never delivered before 20-30 days of booking.
Hope to get a better consumer services and response.

I have booked for new connection for LPG CYLINDER from Indane gas agency (GUDIMALKAPUR) VIDE FORM No.SL69, SL.No.sr ap[protected], Wl.No.530853 Dated 12th December, 2006. When ever I visit the agency, they reply only that the letter will from HEAD OFFICE to your address.

I also prove that if we buy in black, they will issue on the same day. (Indane gas, Agency(Shaikpet). But no one cannot stop it.

I am waiting for last around three years for getting new connection from Indane gas.

I am a customer of CITIZEN GAS AGENCY (ALAKNANDA), MY GAS CONNECTION NO IS CT-1098
I have been trying to book my cylinder for the last 3-4 days, but I am unable to contact any of their numbers. Either the phones are ringing or busy. 24 hour booking no. as well as the helpline nos. are also not responding.

Please get my complaint solved immediately and arrange to get the gas booking done. The agency is not giving proper service for the last so many days.

Indane Gas — too much late gas delivery

I am custmor SAINANI GAS AGENCY IN ALIGARH. I am facing late gas supply.This agency are booking in 21 days and gas delivery are in 45 days.Only 1 cylinder are gets after in 65 days.My connection no. s-21970. Sir i am facing this problems from last 5 months.
please do solve this problems.

Indane Gas — I have not received Gas cylinder

I'm a LPG consumer with M/S ANUSHUKA INDANE, Shop No:F-007 Ground Floor Near Railway Station Complex .Consumer No is AI9163 consumer name:Arvind Kumar.I booked for gas cylinder for 2 months before but I have not recived till date..I meet personally many time with indane emloyee.They are very roude and un cooperative.They asked me to pay extra money as bribe to issue gas cylinder.If this problem is not resolve.Then I will file my case to consumer court.

I feel u will understand my problem and take suitable action against them.

I had take slander from Telli Indane Gas services Railway station road bulandshahr, and they are not issuing me my DBC slander they are saying that company had baned this.
Kindly do the need full or i have to take the help from court .

Indane Gas — SELLING OF CYLINDER IN BLACK AND NOT DELIVERING THE REAL CONSUMERS ON TIME

MY NAME IS NAVEEN KUMAR, RESIDENT OF NARAYANAGUDA, HYDERABAD. I MY HOUSE WE ARE USING INDIAN GAS SINCE MORE THAN 15 YEARS. OUR INDIAN GAS AGENT IS mukund enterprises, BARKATPURA
HYDERABAD. SINCE 2 YEARS THERE IS A MASSIVE SELLING OF THE GAS CYLINDERS IN BLACK ( before 6months they used to take 400 to 450 for a cyliner to be refilled in black and now they are charging 500 to 550) THEY TELL US TO WAIT FOR 21DAYS TO BOOK A CYLINDER AND AFTER BOOKING THEY GIVE US A TIME OF 10DAY MORE TO SEND THE CYLINDER, BUT THEY TAKE ATLEASE 15DAYS TO SEND THE CYLINDER (they try telling that the load has not come) BUT WHEN THE DELIVERY BOYS COME TO OUR COLONY - WHEN WE ASK FOR A CYLINDER IN BLACK (offering extra money - 500) THEY GIVE USE THE CYLINDER ON THE SAME DAY. WHEN THIS ISSUE WAS TAKEN TO THE mukund enterprises, BARKATPURA, MANAGMENT THEY SAY USE TO CATCH THE BOYS SELLING THE CYLINDERS IN BLACK IF WE CAN(with out the notice of the managment how will the gas delivery boys sell the cylinders in black). PLEASE DO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION REGARDING THIS AS IT IS BEING REPEATED EVERY MONTH.
